I only have Neo 3 and 8 as OCs cause I specifically made them to wear the Teddy Band and Golden Toothpick respectively. My Inklingsona wears the Skull Bandanna (plus it’s my favorite in-game headgear so I never change it), but since I worked so hard for the Teddy Band and Golden Toothpick I felt like I needed someone to wear them for me hdncjsdnc

So yeah, that’s their sole purpose for existing and the reason I don’t have an Agent 4, yknow since they never got a super hard to get item from Splat 2 hero mode. I don’t have an og Agent 3 cause I never played Splat 1 so og 3 feels like an already established character to me, rather than one I can make into an OC, if that makes sense?

Extra: The jewel squid is a member of the cockeyed squids, a group of squids so named because the left eye grows to be about twice the size of the right eye. I wanted to show that in Gem’s design by making the left side of her mask bigger than the right side.

One day the tiny comes home, having had a terrible day. Without any words they climb up to the pred’s mouth, and once they’re swallowed, they crawl into the small stomach immediately. The pred anticipated this, however, and hid the tiny’s favorite plushie in there before to surprise them.

The tiny hugs the stomach wall in gratitude and curls up, listening to the pred’s heartbeat, and the pred puts their hand over the tiny to feel their soft little movements as they get comfortable, and soon the prey is lulled to sleep, filled with love and affection for their pred

So I've been thinking about this for a bit right. So I've been semi watching a bit of Steven universe mostly because it's been showing up on my tik tok FYP originally I thought I had an F/O crush amethyst but I think I just see myself in her more than I wanna be with her if you get my drift (I'm like an irl fusion of amethyst and peridot you could say) then rose got my attention... THEN I remembered that'd break literally so much cannon and I don't like her uuuh after the ya know spoiler thing if ya know what I'm talking about...then I remembered y'all

THEY EXIST??!?! and I literally love all of them!?!!? But then I was like "wait can I date all 3 of them??!?! That's not proship right??!?!" Someone please tell me if if it's proship if I date all 3 of them because like in poly they can all 3 date me and not each other right??? RIGHT??!?

Oh also on a less serious note but still a good question: how on earth would I do a character.ai bot with them??? Should I make 3 separate bots and put them all in a room or make one bot and hope that said bot can somehow be all 3 of them at the same time???

I have just the weirdest relationship with Check, Please these days. Every time I think, hey, you never actually finished that comic, I go back and try to pick it back up but I just cannot get myself to engage at all past the point where the focus shifts to all these new characters and new teams and a Lot of just Jack & Bitty stuff. It makes complete sense for the comic to go that way and it is also just the way of thing that as Bitty gets to be the oldest Haus member he spends his time with all these new people bc everyone else has graduated, and also with Jack bc that’s his boyfriend. It just doesn’t grip me the way it did before.

But then here’s the other thing, and that thing is that I was just stupidly attached to these characters for a long time and that has gone nowhere. I just said “whatever” and spent the couple bucks to get one of these little extra books Ngozi has put out in the intervening years and there’s some pictures of the old crew in there and I just got so giddy about them, like. it was like seeing old friends again. and then... at the very end just hidden away quietly there’s this one little unassuming comic strip thing where -- and I had not heard a thing about this, I didn’t know --  where we actually do, at long long last, find out Shitty’s first name? And I almost teared up? I have no idea if I’ll ever read the comic to the end but that there felt so much like something coming full circle, like a little bookend at the close, that I suddenly feel like I have finished it, after all.
