Something I hate seeing on social media is the hate on pit bulls. Like, there is nothing wrong with them.

Yes, they used to be fighting dogs. USED TO. They aren’t anymore. I have met multiple pit bulls and every single one of them were some of the sweetest dogs I have ever met.

This isn’t the 50s/60s anymore, dog fighting isn’t acceptable. Pit bulls aren’t gonna eat your children, don’t worry. I know, it’s a shocker. The hostile pit bulls aren’t like that by nature, it’s their owners that are the problem. They’re hostile because their owners couldn’t give less of a shit and trained them wrong.

Please. Pit bulls aren’t the dogs of the devil, you’ll live. Try showing them less hate, maybe you’ll notice they’re not killers. They’re just pets with a bad reputation because of previous people’s mistakes. I understand if people have a fear of dogs or just big dogs. That’s fine, there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s just pit bulls specifically that get this kind of hate and I despise seeing it.
