It is unreal how bad so many programs for writing assistance have gotten lately. All of them just give me patently and obviously wrong advice now. I started using a few to cut down on editing time later but one is literally telling me to describe walking to a house as a "walkover", which is a different noun that has a different meaning and makes no sense in this context.

#Guess I'm back to a 4-7 hour per-page editing process rather than a 2-hour one...#I definitely overedit but using programs that let me do it as I go helped cut that down a LOT.#Like I know these are “AI-powered” but they worked fine for so many years. Did they change something because ChatGPT became a thing?
