Hey guys, it's been a while since I've made art for this fandom I know lol, but I was recently able to contribute to the 2025/2026 hunkles calendar (@gfhunklescalendar), which is currently available for preorder! So I thought I'd post a preview of my contribution to help entice anyone who wants to see some hunky hunky grunkles in action!

1. Who plans a romantic getaway?

Hmmmmmm I think they both would? But I could totally see Keith surprising Lance with a getaway to a beautiful beach planet, because he knows he misses the ocean.

2. Who asks the other’s father/father figure to marry their son/daughter?

Haha. Keith actually asks Lance’s whole family. And it’s kind of confronting cuz he’s just like “Hey, I know you’re really excited to have your son again, and you don’t know me, but I’ve spent the past 3 years falling more and more in love with Lance, and I am going to be the worst person in the world and selfishly ask you if I can have him now... for the rest of my life.”

Lance asks Shiro who just replies “I gave you my blessing from the first bonding moment, dude.”

3. Who buys a goat because the goat loves them?

LANCE ALREADY RECRUITED A COW, WHY NOT A GOAT?

4. Who has a vast knowledge about random facts?

Lance has all the interesting knowledge. Keith is the one who knows all the weird historical stuff that is borderline conspiracy, and basically, citation needed Keithy boy.

5. Who likes to clean?

LANCE. Gross Keith is gross.

6. Who sleeps on which side of the bed?

Lance tries to sleep on the right. Keith sleeps on ALL THE BED.

7. How do they celebrate valentines day?

UM CUDDLING. Pizza in bed and holding each other close, making plans for when they get back to earth.

“I can’t wait to take you to my favourite amusement park.”

“We’ll go camping and sleep under the familiar stars.”

“I’ll bake you brownies”

“I’ll teach you how to ride my hover cycle.”

8. Do they like to go on double dates?

Lance loves it. Keith hates it. Depeding on who it is. Double dates with Hunk and Shay are fantastic! They go bowling or explore new jungles together. Keith hates double dates with Shiro. Cuz Shiro in love is gross, but he can also feel Shiro laughing at how in love he is the whole time.

9. Who likes to stay up really late?

KEITH.

10. Who would be lovely dovey drunk? 

KEEEEIIIIITH. “Lance, no.... I need you.... you are the most beautiful boy in the universe. AND IVE ACTUALLY BEEN TO THE UNIVERSE! So you... you win. You’re so beautiful”.

11. Who do they ask to be their bridesmaid(s)/ best man/men? 

Hunk and Shiro are best men. Coran officiates. Allura is maid of honour. Pidge is the flower girl because it makes Lance laugh at how salty she is. 

12. What would their baby room look like?

Despite the somewhat traumatic experience of being thrust into space, they still hold it very dear. SO I see a lot of light blue wallpaper with soft white stars. Cute, chubby rocket ships are hand painted on the door. They’ve asked all of their friends to come in and paint a portrait of themselves on one of the walls. That’s called the family wall and when their child gets older they point at the figures every night before bed.

”Who’s that?” “Aunty llura!” “And who’s this guy?” “Hunkle” “Say goodnight to Pidge!” “Night Pidge Pidge!”

13. Who can’t stop laughing at their own jokes?

Lance. Like this is just canon at this point.

14. Who distracts the driver by being a bit too provocative in the car? 

They’re both awful but Keith is by far the worst.

”Stop it!”

Keith smiles and bats his lashes. “What? What am I doing?”

“YOU KNOW.”

15. Who is the competitive one?

Haaaaahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. C’mon. They’re whole attraction is based on a rivalry. I guess you could say lance is more competitive because he’ll announce “I win” at things that were clearly not a competition. Cooking, doing the dishes, ... sex.

This was her look back in the 40s where she was one of the first female superheroes (and the most androgynous one). She was consistently mistaken for a man and is considered the first cross dressing female superhero.
