horror movie concept: a man goes about his week chores doing mundane shit like going to his job, getting groceries, taking his wife to work, etc etc, but each time he does anything, the film is spliced with scenes of another version of himself throwing stuff at the cashiers, yanking the steering wheel, screaming a bunch of curses at his shitty boss, etc etc.

The whole movie you wonder "is this some kind of alternative universe deal? An evil twin? Hrm?"

But then the ending shoes us him picking up some meds n talking to a therapist of some kind and it's revealed that Oh. Those were all intrusive thoughts.
