Man I loved Halsin romance but they are not made equal. The amount of content for Astarion took me by surprise, I haven't even left Act 1 yet, and I already got two camp interactions I haven't seen before. (I believe these are most likely romance exclusive, but I can't be sure, Harvey's relationship with him at this point is "good" and I never went beyond "fair" in my last playthrough.)

I'm so into it it's not even funny. Their relationship at this point is Harvey being deadpan and serious as much as he can to throw him off and Astarion not missing a beat in return. It's a game between the two and I feel like they both enjoy it. No serious commitment and definitely no feelings involved.
