Metal woven wire mesh screens are used in almost everywhere in the industry, architecture, study and several aspects of daily life. Varying from flow filters to precision filter mesh screens in aircraft, woven wire mesh meets different requirements and is a fundament to the application area. Major application areas of woven wire mesh screens include aviation, automotive, electrical engineering, medicine, chemicals, water filtration, machine, plastic processing etc. The material, shape and performance are closely associated in filters and components made from woven metal wire. These screens are made from copper, nickel, Monel, aluminum, Hastelloy, and other alloys.

Single-piece or multi part production occurs by using different processes- rotary or static components. Standard applications of Hastelloy C276 wire mesh include- filtration, melt screening, automotive components, oil filters and others.

Multi-layered Hastelloy C276 wire mesh screens are produced for use in large filter area through careful quality inspection. The manual or automatic screening is based on the production quantity. The smooth mesh in cylindrical form is commonly used screening, classifying, separation of different materials such as filtration of water, hydraulic oil, and cooling water.
