I hope you're taking proper rest and consuming plenty of warm, soothing beverages (hot cocoa is always a good option, though I imagine your scholarly duties may not be conducive to indulging in such luxuries just yet).

Please, do not rush on my account! Your health is of utmost importance, and I am quite certain the argument will be even more impressive once you've recovered. In the meantime, I would recommend ample rest, perhaps a cozy blanket, and perhaps a bit of herbal tea to ease your mind. I personally recommend chamomile or mint—it works wonders.

And as for the receipts of my words… well, you shall certainly have the pleasure of hearing them, won't you? Sigh If only I could avoid all challenges, but alas, I fear I must face them head-on!
