no because like it's the way Ray throws in Sand's face that he likes Ray. Even loves him. He can't walk away from him and everyone thinks if Ray knows that if he's known all along doesn't that make him awful. And I'm here to say. Ray doesn't know shit. That right there was him desperately throwing the words out drunk and high and praying he'd see something in Sand's expression or reaction that confirmed it wasn't some delusional belief he was clinging to. Something he wanted to be true once again which wasn't. He says it like accusation but it's desperation. It's love me. when I say you love me look at me like it's true. Show me it hurts you to pretend like you don't. Make me believe I can be loved. He tells Sand he can't walk away from Ray knowing damn well it's him who can't walk away from Sand and clinging to some self defence that maybe if it's true for Sand too then at least they can share in this messy confusion and sadness.
