#my mediocre attempts at making mini layered cakes without the proper equipment continue#this one was a sour cream chocolate cake with a tahini whipped chocolate ganache#and once again I ran out of frosting (and patience when it came to decorating) lol#but it was scrumptious#I also made banana tahini muffins (not pictured) and they were equally incredible and will now be a part of my baking repertoire#ultimately not much from June (it was very gloomy)#mostly just worked and tried to setup long overdue doctors appointments (still working on that tbh)#but my real accomplishment was finding those EMBROIDERED FLORAL CONVERSE (!!!) in my size#still can't believe I actually managed to track down a pair#paid far far too much for them but it was worth it (I mean look at those pink soles!!)#(is this too many parentheticals? probably)#WOOF#this much writing looks INTENSE when its in tag form?? but not having to write in full sentences takes the pressure out of writing#so this is how its going to be lol
