okay, settle an argument for me. I'm being told it's weird to listen to an audiobook while simultaneously reading a different book. Do you do this? Like, audiobook in your headphones, unrelated book being read at the same time, not just alternating which you're working on by listening to a chapter, then reading a different chapter.

#i often read a book while watching tv or read a book while listening to an audiobook #not...the same book #unrelated books #mostly because tv and audiobooks are too slow to meet input threshold alone #I do tend to always have audiobooks at 3x speed because that's about as much as I can get away with before verbal comprehensibility suffers #but still not usually enough unless im doing Additional Activity #which is SOMETIMES another book
