Looking into the depths of the future(my bank account), I'm going to be coming up short before my next payday, again

Rent's and car payment/insurance was covered by my paycheque, and I have enough food for a week, but I've got bills due, need meds, and desperately need to get some new underwear(it's been so long since I could afford clothes that weren't dirt cheap at the thrift store), I'll be out of food and gas by next weekend with no way to buy it, and my tax return was eaten by the government doing covid benefit clawbacks
