I like to make what I call Midwest fusion food where I just use deer meat for everything because I can get a whole deer for the low low price of one deer tag and processing the meat myself
#just used deer nest for the rest of my tikka masala sauce because there wasn’t enough paneer to the sauce ratio#I have a bunch of vacuum sealed butterfly chops#very tasty
