Purgatory was made for foul play. It was made for toxic relationships and constant inconveniences. They split all the love interests, best friends, siblings, and lovers apart from each other simply to get them to fight each other, for god’s sake.

They even have a fucking inconvenience wheel to challenge the players even though simply surviving is already challenging enough. Blazing sun? You better have brought an umbrella, oh and also it drains your thirst by 200% if you didn’t know. It’s just inconvenience after inconvenience and of course it’s unfair but that doesn’t matter to the fucking purgatory entity eye thing. That’s exactly what it wants. For everything to be unfair.

That’s why it added the whole cursed team rule, too. So it’s based on luck and there’s nothing they can do but deal with it, so it’s unfair. So there’s almost no perfect outcome, no matter who wins.

Eggs will be left behind, but there’s nothing they can do about it. People will grow apart, betrayal will occur, grudges will be held. But that’s just how it goes. That’s just the outcome the purgatory entity wants, and they just have to deal with it.

It’s so fucking unfair, to everybody, but in the end there is no perfect outcome for everyone, even if the cursed team wins. And everyone, the fans, the players, (who are much more attached to the eggs and the qsmp as a whole, btw) just have to deal with that.

that said, everybody please have good sportsmanship towards this event, as philza says, it is just block game. it is never that deep. please do not send hate towards others over this event, especially towards the content creators.

Also if I sound happy about this I am not I am still delusional about all the eggs coming back unharmed and everyone having a happy ending. I can dream okay
