Eggman is a villain. Remember when Eggman dominating the world was a thing in Sonic Forces? Pretty sure many suffered for that. He's really a menace like he had Sonic as a prisioner and didn't bother to unalive him IN THAT MOMENT just because he enjoyed more the idea of making others lose hope via him? Or the time he didn't care that Infinite dissapeared and instead get full mecha not giving a damn about his "indestructible invention". I don't think he even saw Infinite as nothing more than a weapon this is why I believe he was actually a sentimental creature with his memory completely erased, similar to Surge and Kit but this is more of a headcanon than a fact lol. Whatever the true is this only shows what you have said earlier about Eggman, that all his inventions are disposable no matter what

To know this isn't the worst he has done is something that shouldn't be ignored lol

YEAH Forces got it so right... It got absolutely everything right about Eggman and its only flaw is for such an important and significant role to the plot. He deserved way more screentime to see the full extent of his actions and plan on screen and spotlight in his temporary glorious victory and progress in taking over- but his characterization was perfect.

Forces is an example that Eggman is smart and capable and despite his massive ego, he has very real reasons to be as proud and confident as he is with his real 300 IQ genius and skills. It also shows that he has a reason to be so determined to win because he CAN in fact accomplish his goals, he just can't keep it as long as Sonic is around but it counts.

But I also like how he kept Sonic alive and imprisoned for six months so he could finish and show off his completed empire to him and break his last bit of hope and fully prove his victory and superiority over him before "banishing him" (definitely killing him lol) because it would've been much more satisfying to him than just killing him immediately.

Also while only present in English and people have their different opinions, I like the idea Sonic was tortured and that it's said to be Eggman specifically and not Infinite. I'd like to believe he would be delighted to toy with him in a few ways once he gets his hands on him, primarily psychologically. Love to imagine him having his fun with him.

He only saw Infinite as a tool and a weapon he'd use up for all he's worth and drop the moment he no longer needed him because he doesn't share, or failed him before. Proven by how he didn't care he was gone even despite his loyalty, he said victory would be sweeter to defeat Sonic himself and was delighted to surpass Infinite in power with the ruby.

Everyone has always been vessels for Eggman to manipulate and use for selfish gain and later discard like they're nothing, while others are enemies and obstacles to be destroyed, and everyone else is so worthless and insignificant to him that all they should be are mindless slaves to the empire. Everything is his to use and destroy as he pleases.

I adore how Infinite is yet another example, even despite his loyalty to him the whole time. It never makes Eggman see them as anything more, doesn't make them any more worthy, and still don't deserve a fraction of his power in ruling the world in the end because everyone and everything is beneath him and disposable no matter what.

That's a cool idea for Infinite! What also works is him being heavily manipulated by Eggman after discovering their shared desires through the phantom ruby, and maybe the Jackal Squad's doom and his hatred to Shadow was yet another way to take his devotion to the empire further and allow him to use the phantom ruby on him.

And even despite his lack of genuine long term respect and value of any of his lackeys and how they'll always be temporary and worth nothing more than what they can do for him no matter how badly they get hurt is bad enough, it is indeed not even the worst thing he's done and that's why he's a magnificent evil bastard through and through! 💜🥰

With all my modern Eggman focus, I'm sure it's not surprising that I find him the sexiest for both his personality and design! And not just in the games, I love his modern form across multiple media because the design makes him eye candy all the while and his personality is usually consistent. I think about the games, X, Archie, and IDW Eggman. If he has the modern design, voice of either Deem Bristow or Mike Pollock, and all the aspects of his personality that make him so great, then I want him.

I imagine that some days, one of the biggest reasons why he's hesitant to get out of bed is that lifting himself up when his big heavy belly is in the way and trying to carry it around is especially challenging when he's tired or just being really lazy. I can picture their surprise when he gains weight and starts to get even heavier to push. At some point it'd become too much for them to handle and their arms would give way so Eggman just falls back. They might be able to move out of the way fast enough, or he might land right on top of them! And it takes time for him to gather the energy to try to get up, so he just lays on the floor for a bit. Maybe he even falls back alseep and there's no chance of waking him up or moving him until he finally brings himself to do it. XD

'I'll get fat from eating your black hearts' is honestly not just my favorite Eggman quote, but my favorite villain quote of all time (as well as the quotes that follow after that one that would normally be out of character for a quirky Sonic game like Lost World).

I don't know why that quote's been on my mind lately, but it literally sends chills down my spine. Eggman deserves more moments like that imo

Lost World Eggman is fantastic as a whole, he's beautifully characterized, the most entertaining and well written in the game and steals the show, gave us so many interesting moments and smaller clever details that say a lot about him and capture his feelings and behaviors brilliantly, and I find it one of the most fun to delve into and analyze. It has a special place in my heart 💜

And of course that's one of my favorite scenes ever. I think about it all the time, it brings me as much joy and excitement today as the first day I saw it. I love how he stood up to the D6 fiercely even after they'd taken control of everything he owns, then gave a perfect example of how he's not weak without his creations as he used nothing but his fists to break down that ice wall! 🥰

But while his display of strength is godly to watch, the dialogue itself doesn't get enough focus and appreciation in comparison. They're absolutely epic lines, especially from a game like Lost World. The sudden shift in tone with such raw dark lines from him gives it all the more impact. It's really hard for me to pick favorites but it's definitely up there as some of his absolute best.

This is such a hardcore comeback, they try insulting him for being fat and he just steps the fuck up and hits back a hundred times harder like "oh yeah? I'll get fat from eating your hearts!" I also love the grabbing of his belly for emphasis as he's not ashamed and owns it. Also I'd like to see him do just that hehe. 💜 Calling them wannabes because they wish they had his power but use his creations is great. That's how he feels about all villains that dare to try to take his place!

Threatening to burn their world, destroy everything they love, and make them watch are some of his darkest and cruelest lines too and it makes me go crazy. I'm OBSESSED with the concept of him doing something deeply evil and abhorrent and devastatingly destructive and forcing people to witness and acknowledge his power and the true messed up shit he's capable of... 🥴 so I appreciate this a lot. They're not empty threats, he could and would do it happily.

And of course him threatening physical violence people especially after his thrilling display of strength gets me weak 😳💘💕

This is all the kind of stuff I always dream of with him. 😍 I only wish that we could've seen him go through with it but it's fantastic just hearing him threaten it too and how his anger came out in his strength at him take his anger out on and throwing punches at the thing closest to him. The D6 are lucky they weren't actually there because he totally would've done it and enjoyed it and strangled some Zeti after.

And Mike Pollock's delivery makes it all even better as some of his best line reads which is saying a lot. This scene gives me chills every time without fail too. It makes me sad when people entirely dismiss everything about Lost World and say it's forgettable when we got one of the most legendary Eggman scenes. He deserves to be gloriously evil and threatening like this as often as possible because I love it so muuuch it's peak Eggman truly 💘💖💕💗💜

Hello! I have one quick question. Who is your favorite dr eggman boss fight? Mine is Egg Emperor because of 3 reasons.

1 reason: he is the final boss of my favorite sonic game

2 reason: the music is just chef kiss

Aaagghh it's hard to choose because he has so many great ones, especially when it comes to the designs! So I can't order them properly or possibly list all my favorites but I'll put some of the ones I think of and go back to the most for both design and actual gameplay here because not all of them have as great gameplay as they look but they're all cool.

My favorite that's actually controlled by the real deal Eggman has to be the Egg Dragoon. The way it has fire, ice, electric, drill, AND bullet attacks is super epic. The separation attack in Generations was pretty cool too. I like how the tail can throw things like when he'd try to swing it to through Sonic off him in Unleashed and throw rocks at him in Forces.

And it has a really awesome design, it's my favorite mech that wasn't modelled to look like himself 💜

My favorite version of the fight is the 360/PS3 Unleashed version of course, it's intense and I love how he gives it his all in throwing everything at Sonic that he's got, it still never fails to get me hyped. I also love how energetic crazy and angry Eggman sounds, he's beautifully threatening and it's my favorite Mike Pollock performance ever so 🥰

I'm still proud of my video of the fight in all three games with all S rank with no damage. You can tell I play them over and over a ton lol

The Egg Emperor is equally loved by me and that's why I have the name. It's metal as fuck, it's designed to look like him, and he made himself into the glorious emperor mech of his empire 💕💜💖💗

I'm just sad that he didn't get to use it himself (though I like to imagine he got to in Generations 3DS and seeing him use it in IDW was a delight). I love his lance and missile abilities and his super fast violent charge that used to make me jump. The music is hype and the way it changes to the repeated 3x loop of the guitar at the peak increases the intensity of the fight. All the teams would've been obliterated if it were actual Eggman in there for sure hehe

This is like looking into a mirror because we're both Eggman enjoyers, Heroes is both our favorite game, and my edit is your icon XD

Honorable mentions would be the Death Egg Robot and Nega Wisp Armor. They have simple gameplay but the Death Egg Robot is a classic with cool abilities to stomp on and shoot spiked arms at Sonic, and one of my favorite designs for being designed to look like himself. And the Nega Wisp Armor is always a blast to play with the speed, music, and the seconds you get to come face to face with Eggman hehe

The Egg Breaker is also actually really cool, I dig the different abilities it has in the different fights, like the mace he can jump and slam down on people and he runs and swings around, the laser beam eyes, and the bombs with his face on them are golden. And also the- okay I'm gonna stop otherwise I'll just be listing every single Eggman boss ever at this point because I love them all for their designs, gameplay or both wjhshksbgkshf

I love the real Eggman so much, including every single aspect of him that actually makes him a villain and I don't get why some people think he's better without it or that it should ever be changed. I love it when he's fucked up and evil and loves every second of it with no remorse. I love his diabolical schemes, I love his fucked up actions, I love how he's a rude selfish bastard and a total asshole. I love how he only cares about himself and loves himself so deeply. I love how he'll do whatever it takes to get what he wants, even if it causes so much destruction, suffering, and even death. I love how he'll be cunning, sly, and manipulative and fuck with people's brains for personal gain. I love how he'll even intentionally and directly attempt murder to get what he wants and express taking pleasure in doing so. I love how he clearly has a blast with it all without shame with his maniacal laughter, wild evil grin, and total guilt free honest pride. I love his moments of apathy but also his canonical hints of sadism that even further proves just how much he really enjoys what he does! I love how he knows he's evil, how he chooses to and doesn't let anyone else think for him or force him to do anything he doesn't want to do, and will always be his true self unapologetically!

Alright now that my brain is letting me form coherent thoughts after that immense amount of love and hype from Eggman in TailsTube lol:

I wish they'd stop pronouncing Ivo as "eye-voh" instead of "ee-voh" absjfnsmgksnghd Still, the only time it's been pronounced by Eggman himself when voiced by Mike Pollock in anything official was in the first Twitter Takeover, where he said "ee-voh." I just hope that if Eggman ever says it again himself in a game or something, they won't get it wrong there because I'm always trying to tell people the right one and this doesn't help! XD They ain't gonna stop me from saying "ee-voh" though.

But with that aside, I really love how they define Eggman in this so fucking much, it's spot on. Absolutely perfect. That's the game canon Eggman I've always known and loved and I want them to make sure everyone knows who he is and what he's about!

I think it's really funny that some people still don't understand why Robotnik uses the name Eggman, so I'm glad they finally addressed it in something official. I hope slightly less people will complain or say that it's stupid and lame because Orbot is right, it is empowering for him to own it and find a way to turn an insult into pride, I've always admired that and that's why I affectionately use his Eggman name the most 💕

I'm so happy that TailsTube assert the truth that Eggman is a powerful genius AND the most dangerous!!! He IS and he's not to be underestimated in his status as powerful, intelligent, and a serious threat! Idgaf what monster of the week villains and edge lords do, they don't keep coming back as a consistent seriously destructive, deadly, and catastrophic threat to the whole world like he does and that's one of the many reasons why he's the very best and most dangerous ;)

Also the way they said his goal is always about being in control and the center of attention! YES!!! No good guy bs deep down or implying that he thinks he's genuinely a hero because that would be nothing more than his propEGGanda. His goals are evil and selfish and all about power, control, and being hailed as the almighty emperor and brilliant genius he is and that's that and I wouldn't change a single thing about it hehe 💜

God how I would've love to have seen Eggman put GUN in their place during Forces... his little laugh after he said it too, ohh this beautiful evil bastard. 🥴💜💕 Uh um so YEAH it really makes me wish we could've seen more of his side in the story like be truly deserved with the most important role in it all. I still love what we did see of him in the game but I'll never forgive them for the way they didn't give my man the full amount of spotlight he really deserved aaghhhg
