I had to hit pity to get Oberon, goddamn why does this game have the worst pity system. I also got spooked by Hephaestion, which I think was the game’s way of flipping me off.

i’ve got enough quartz saved up for one last roll and i’m honestly not sure which banner i should roll on

there’s the anastasia pickup 2 banner, which i initially rolled on to get salieri (and a chance at ivan)

now, i’ve got no ivans and two copies of salieri. getting more copies of salieri couldnt ever hurt because i’m already working on getting him to 100 (angra is my only other avenger atm + i just really love salieri) BUT at the same time i know it’s a pretty low chance to get either of them on this banner

now, i’m not hurting for riders. i’ve got both ozymandias (np1) and astolfo (np4) FA’d, and they both see a good amount of usage. they are also, unfortunately, my ONLY riders up to speed, and I like having at least three usable servants for each class, just in case. i also really like ivan after playing through LB1 and I know he wont have another rate up in a while (why is he limited???)

THEN there’s the sanzang coming to the west banner, which features a number of decent servants

namely, the one i’d be hoping for is waver, because i’m seriously lacking in support. xuanzang wouldn’t hurt either, although i won’t be rolling on her rate-up unless someone convinces me to

now, the caster class is always going to be lacking damage, however so far nursery rhyme, gilgamesh, and elizabeth take care of everything i need them to on account of them being unkillable (it helps that gilgamesh has that arts buff) BUT man i really dont have a reliable support caster other than hans and mozart

plus there’s the additional chance at the other banner servants. i might be able to NP2 my li shuwen and my shinsin, or i could get nezha or wu zetian. again i’m not worried about either my assassin or lancer roster, they would just be nice to have

the event CEs arent terrible either...

honestly i’m pretty torn on this. in hindsight it does seem like one is obviously better than the other, but i’m a real sucker for attachment :(

MAYBE i should just start saving up for mothman (qin shi huang) now and just not roll? idk

can anyone give their two cents on this and help me decide? literally any and all advice is appreciated (note that i’m primarily F2P so i wont be purchasing quartz)
