Thanks Bunny! So besides 'Bread' making me giggle like a dumbass whenever I say it outloud I like to bake a lot when my anxiety is bad, and how complicated the recipe is tends to correlate with how stressed I am ^^; Like rosemary rolls or caramel brownies after a rough day, and then for something like a breakup I like baking my citrus croissants or sfogliatelle.

I just find the measuring and kneading very relaxing, and complicated recipes & the following cleanup just gets rid of that nervous energy for a few days ^^
