Can anyone tell me how they take baths I haven’t taken one in like a year bc it’s like the worst experience always idk like first of all idk how to wash myself if I’m submerged in fucking water and it’s kinda nasty to be sitting in my own dirt for like 30 mins so it’s like ok I take a shower first but then it’s like why don’t I just take the shower instead of a bath why even bother. So can someone tell me their bath routine bc I do like taking baths except I also hate it.

#I think a big part is my asthma starts acting up when it’s super humid eg in a bath or shower #like one of the few times my asthma acts up these days #so if I take a shower its not that bad but it’s like ok I feel kinda uncomfortable alteady. so if I decide to stay in a bath for another god #knows how long it’s like. idk if I take a shower first I just can’t make myself take a bath #like I am already kind of short of breath I’m not going back in #but if I just take a bath also without showering first i can make myself go through with it. even if I get short breathed I’m already in-#this nice cozy warm water. I’m just gonna stay here. I can deal.#omg what am I even saying why am I so bad at talking today #anyways does anyone here know how to fucking bathe
