Middle school me cursed adult me with a decade long affection for a series that I cannot properly engage with because almost everything about it is too scary for me
#FNAF scawy#middle school me opens the latest Markiplier video and a pop up appears ‘this action will have consequences’#and those consequences are I love animatronics and I wanna see them in the VR playtrhoughs becsuse they’re 3D and they MOVE#but I am AFRAID because I have the horror tolerance of a frightened squirrel#I wanna see balora why is her level so scary I can’t even look at the screen 😭#also I can’t even watch jumpscare free theory videos cause I don’t even like still images of some of the characters#I’m fine with most of them but like all the afton fur suits (glitch and spring trap) and the mimic fur suits disturb me#so it’s not an actual jumpscare but it is for me cause I don’t wanna look at them#if I had a Time Machine I’d stop middle school Ama from watching the Markiplier FNAF videos#‘you are not ready for the years long huperfixation this will cause. it’s a horror franchise like don’t even try it’
