I can't really call them process vids bc it's just the layering and some late stage edits but there you go!

How do you keep posting banger after banger so fast??? Your art is so beautiful do you post speed drawing videos anywhere? If not have you ever thought about it? I'd love to see your process!
I have not- though I do have OBS and I have streamed my art before on discord servers (so people who have been in those streams know I am super speedy cuz they get to see it in real time)
People always ask and I always forget cuz it's just not on my mind. HOWEVER I can say that It does help to have my canvas open on one side and then having my big collage called "the ref sheet" on the other side of the screen so I can go back and forth easier. Plus the normal stuff of being comfy with anatomy and used to my brushes and stabilization, lots of selection tool and paint bucket to block out colors after lines, locking layers and knowing my way round layer types (multiply overlay and glow dodge my beloved). Also yeah for interiors I "cheat" (its not cheating its a legit helpful tool) I build sets in sims dropping assets in and draw over them later with the actual objects- IT WORKS! It's all in perspective and easy placeholders, you can do it with Minecraft too.
The longest thing for me is just lining tbh. Once I get an idea it's hard for me to stop and take a break too- it's like zoning out but in reverse and suddenly it's 6:00 and I need to make dinner. Downside of that is uh even my art gets lost in the vast amount of posts I make even if none of them are reposts- like I could give it time to breath but I'm also really passionate and cant help but share.

[12] Is it okay for people to ask you about your process?
For my dear clients: sure thing! I share my wips for peeps who commission me when I need to consult or showcase the progress milestone. And I also sometimes share some process stuff on my patreon including steps vids with commentary alongside.
I'm not really a timelapse person (tbh I'm just too lazy on managing OBS and shit to clean the vid reel), but if I'll switch to another drawing program that allows to record the process naturally then I'd be using this feature for sure! Always lovely to share some insights and have more content for people to see.
[18] What are you currently trying to improve on?
Ohhhh you already know an answer firsthand Fran. It's definitely a human body anatomy drawing ;'D
First things to do when i'm finally out and free from this round of commissions? I'm gonna chug up on that body anatomy theory juice and practice it like a madman. Gotta study it all ( β—‰Ο‰β—‰)🀌
And after that? Probably landscapes / scenery rendering and using dynamic perspective and angles for illustrations. Might also get some extensive courses on it alongside. Nghhh... there's really so much to learn in that field it's practically endless
Art is a constant struggle learning after all πŸ™ƒ
[27] For digital artists: how many layers does a typical piece require?
About 12 to 15, 5 of which is just some floating ref pieces or separate sketch/lines and 5 others are different overlay effects. I tend to merge my main chunk of the layers on the go to free up the space and don't mind to do the actual render on a single layer.
