Absolute shot in the dark but does anyone know any way to fix like the middle part of a crochet project?

I just finished a cardigan and I absolutely cannot stand the flare they have right below the shoulder, but I already frogged the sleeves like 5 times for dif reasons and I cannot take frogging both of them again.

The middle #I'm even fine w frogging from the bottom though as long as I can then just basically work in the different direction #Cause that would mean just reworking like 60 very regular rows #While the other way would mean redoing over a 100 quite irregular rows aka doing a decrease every 3 rows in some parts and not decr every 3 #Rows but then also sometimes breaking w even those and I cannot take doing that again I will burn the whole project b4 doing that #Also the yarn I have is not available anymore and not the best quality so Im not sure it would even survive another complete frogging #So yes #Please help #Any tips are welcome #Also for reference the whole thing is just done in single crochet #And I'd say I'm still a beginner #This is like my 3rd finished project #4th if you count a tiny octopus #Like 20the if you count all the simple squares I did to get used to how crocheting feels :D #Also I wanna follow more crochet blogs esp in the how to direction so if you can give any tips it is v likely I'll follow you :D
