I'm SO TIRED the FUCK
#it's that kind of#I'd feel better if i did some real actual physical activity tired#but I'm too tired to get started#i need to start moving around more though#I'm really starting to drift from my writing/drawing/crafting/gaming bc i have to sit down all the time#and keeps my hands in similar positions and my muscles/bones are like nooooo#but i also can't nosedive straight into fuckin fulltime athletics#it's hard to get started and hard to keep the habit#but i felt p good yesterday when i was out and about and being a bit social#and now it's a plan-less lazy sunday and everytbing hurts and I'm SO fucking tired and i can't start anything#and I'm still a bit shaky#idk i really wish atm that i knew which of my ailments are bc of my general unfitness and which are genuinely things i should get checked#anyway who wants to come drag me out to physical activities so i have no choice but to go#mr. bees speaks
