#I've been using up some expired yeast packets I found in my kitchen drawers

I have learned these past couple weeks that I actually do like making bread and can make bigger batches in one go, which wasn't a possibility on my previous attempts for multiple reasons. But there's a new problem.

If there's more than "one serving" of bread, especially flat bread, my inner Pippin awakens and I WILL demolish most of the batch on one sitting.

I probably should have kept making one small bread at the time...
