I hope I’m not bothering you but your cccc aus and your art make me feel more okay doing the same with my friends

For the longest time I felt icky making my own aus for my special interests even though I was told it’s okay

This is incredibly heartwarming if not very relatable! For a while I was apprehensive about making aus too! Esp for CCCC due to the subject matter. But taking something you love and putting your own spin on it is never stupid or silly.

Sure the ideas may be unserious, but other times they can help you grow as an artist, writer, or even person in general.

The media we love inspires us, and we have every right to explore that inspiration and new ideas within that media so long as it is not harmful. Especially with friends.

Im glad to have helped you become more comfortable with doing so! And I hope you have the fun you deserve in making those things and sharing those spaces and ideas with friends.
