on happier terms: did you see sea's thank you to jimmy on twitter???? he....is so, so precious. hopefully this show with its popularity is a catalyst for new jimmysea appearances/shows. i love those boys so much and while i do fear a drought incoming soon (the perks of stanning introverted kings), atleast we know that this show's blatant success means gmmtv will have to push for them in more shows (whether that be as side characters or mcs, together or seperate. i love you so much monica. hopefully we find a new hyperfixation soon to distract us and fill the void.

i swear every time i want to express how much i love jimmysea i inevitably find myself at a loss for words. i've always shied away from parasocial relationships and im very aware that everything we see is filtered by cameras and social medias, but i'll be damned if what transpires from all of that isn't the image of two sweet dedicated hard working boys who love and care about each other a whole lot. it's at times like this that, while i do want them to branch out and work with other people, my brain also ends up screaming PLEASE DO NOT SEPARATE THEM. there's just something so magical that happens every time they're on screen together, and im so proud to have witnessed their growth

im honestly 99.999999% sure we're getting that p'jojo series at the very least, so until then i hope we're gonna get some more events, and since GMMTV apparently decided to air starlympics for a month instead of giving us 23.5 on friday (IM IN THEIR WALLS) i do wonder if we should just all do a vice versa rewatch (one episode per week)

You read the most fanfiction about Utsukushii Kare. Like way too much. (According to my ao3, apparently. Good fic about them is so hard to find. Most fanfic I read this year has actually been about shows from 2021/2022)

Another of your favorites from this year was JokeZo. they captivated your gay little heart. (This show is a certified mess, but brought me a truly unexpected amount of comfort. Their chemistry was so so good and I loved Zo's storyline in particular. Love and communication and healing, what more could a 90's gay ask for?)

The soundtracks you listened to the most were [the entire About Youth soundtrack is in my spotify top tracks. But that drama is not from this year] Your World, My World (Our Skyy 2) and Better Days (Last Twilight). It made you feel really normal.

did you see the turnout for the taiwan fanmeeting???? im going to sob. i sent you an anon message last year predicting that last twilight was going to make our boys' efforts finally be recognized but to see it being actualised!!!! to see how big our nomnom family is now compared to like the 50 people who cared about vice versa is incredulous...like rarely was js mentioned on social media and now everyone is talking about last twilight. i never care for celebrities/actors, but i have the biggest soft spot for those two- they really really earned all this love.

i feel the same way as you about celebrities actually, i’ve never really cared about getting involved with them outside of their works, which is why it took me some time to get interested in jimmysea as people outside of their roles as puentalay in vice versa, but the second i started to look more into them and their relationship it was basically impossible not to grow fond of them, and im firmly convinced this would happen to anyone who followed them a little bit more closely

im just so happy last twilight is giving them the opportunity to be known by more people because it’s so easy to fall in love with them and they worked SO HARD to get here. this popularity didn’t come easily for them, i remember people criticizing them about their acting, about their chemistry, about their kisses, i remember people saying they wouldn’t last as a pairing and wondering why p’aof would even choose them for one of his projects, i remember people calling them a flop…. and now so many people showed up for them that even jimmy could not believe it at first and got emotional about it. now their merch is getting sold out and their engagement is getting higher and higher with each passing day

they really deserve all the love and recognition in the world, and i hope that everyone will keep supporting them like this for a very long time

Monica my adoration for the boys is off the roofs today. Their easy going, respectful, understanding, caring, trying, comforting bond is very strong and very simple and normal at the same time so so special and unique. Just love how our own fondness is growing more and more each day, the same time they also become fonder and fonder with each other and it shows! The video where Sea brings the cake to Jimmy they both look extremely happy and it's just what we all need, happiness. For them and for us

I KNOW I SOUND LIKE A BROKEN RECORD BUT. idk sometimes i say i feel like a proud mother of two and unfortunately im not even kidding ;;;;;; it's been such a pleasure to see them grow together in this past year, their relationship only getting stronger as they settled into it and learned more about each other. and the thing is.. i always keep a fair amount of skepticism when it comes to actors because we will never know how things are behind the cameras, but one of the reasons im so drawn to jimmysea is because their friendship seems SO GENUINE: they're comfortable enough to both tease and be affectionate with each other, they support each other through good and bad times, and most of all they just seem so full of joy every time they are together, even when they're working. and i will never get tired of saying that being able to achieve such a nice relationship with a 5 years difference between them is such an absolute feat!!!!!

also not to sound pathetic but their joy is so contagious!!!!! life is hard as hell but when i look at them i do feel just a little bit lighter. they are each other's safe place and ours too!!!!! and like sea said in his post for jimmy's birthday, i hope we can all stay together and be happy for a very long time!!!!!
