hi again mon!! >:D first i dont mind if you answer my asks publicly so dw about that! but second i read those poems you recommended and theyre SO GOOD!!! i really love the bittersweet ocean motifs in we were all to be queens!! but the one by alejandra pizarnik is def my fave so far; the way she describes the loneliness and longing of the night while also making it feel so endless...it captures the feeling of an all-nighter SO WELL im going INSANE! ik you said gabriela mistral is one of your fave poets, so who are your other faves? and what themes do you usually like to see in poetry? :D

there's pablo neruda but i Hate that guy JWBJFBFJJ there's only one poem i like from him and it's called "walking around". the first lines make me go insane!!!!!! my fav poets at the moment are gabriela mistral, cristina peri rossi, alejandra pizarnik, teresa willms montt and silvina ocampo :] all of them talented women🩷

my fave poems are about memory, the ocean and the way women describe their love for other women. it gets me everytime :]
