ＮＸグループが提供する電子契約・契約管理サービス「WAN-Sign」と 契約書保管クラウド「どこでも契約書クラウド」が連携開始 ～AI-OCR処理で全文検索、紙の契約書と電子契約書の一元管理が可能に～
NIPPON EXPRESSホールディングス株式会社のグループ会社である株式会社ＮＸワンビシアーカイブズ（本社：東京都���区、代表取締役社長 林田 直也、以下、ＮＸワンビシアーカイブズ）が提供する電子契約・契約管理サービス「WAN-Sign」（URL：https://www.wanbishi.co.jp/econtract/）は、アストロラボ株式会社（所在地：東京都港区、 代表取締役：日下ヤスユキ、以下アストロラボURL:https://www.astrolab.co.jp/）が提供する契約書保管クラウド「どこでも契約書クラウド」と、APIによるシステム連携を2023年４月１１日に開始したことをお知らせします。これにより、「WAN-Sign」で締結した電子契約書を自動的に「どこでも契約書クラウド」に取り込むことができます。
【「WAN-Sign」と「どこでも契約書クラウド」のAPIによるシステム連携の背景】 近年はリモートワークの浸透で、69.7%の企業が何らかの電子契約を利用しているという報告（一般財団法人日本情報経済社会推進協会（以下、JIPDEC）「企業IT利活用動向調査2022」https://www.jipdec.or.jp/library/itreport/2022itreport_spring.html）があります。また2023年のJIPDEC「企業IT利活用動向調査2023」速報では、電子契約を利用している企業が7割超になったことが、最新情報として発表されています。 電子契約が普及する一方、各企業はそれぞれ異なる電子契約サービスを利用していることから、受注側の企業は発注側企業の利用する電子契約サービスでの契約締結を求められる、といったことがあります。そのため、締結済みの電子契約書を一箇所に集めるには、締結済み契約書を特定のファイルに収める必要があり、また締結の権限を持つ会社代表者自らが作���をしないと契約書が行方不明になるという問題も発生しています。また従来の紙やPDFの契約書なども存在しており、管理が複雑になっています。
このような課題を解決するため、「どこでも契約書クラウド」と「WAN-Sign」はAPIによるシステム連携を開始し、「WAN-Sign」で締結した契約書が自動的に「どこでも契約書クラウド」に保存できるようになりました。従来の紙の契約書はアプリで撮影するだけ、PDFはドラッグ＆ドロップするだけで、紙の契約書も電子契約書も「どこでも契約書クラウド」で一元化して保管が可能となります。取り込んだ契約書はAI-OCRで処理され、全文検索することができます。
【APIによるシステム連携の概要】
連携を行うことにより契約書情報を双方でシームレスに同期することが可能になりました。「WAN-Sign」で締結した契約書は自動的に「どこでも契約書クラウド」に保管され、「どこでも契約書クラウド」上で編集や変更をされた契約書情報は「WAN-Sign」上においても自動更新が行われます。 「どこでも契約書クラウド」の設定画面から外部サービス連携で「WAN-Sign」を選びログインしていただければ連携が開始します。

【どこでも契約書クラウドとは】（URL：https://keiyakusho.cloud/） 「どこでも契約書クラウド」は紙の契約書やPDFの文書、電子契約書をクラウド上に暗号化して保管する契約書保管クラウドサービスです。紙の契約書はアプリで撮影するだけ、また、PDFはドラッグ＆ドロップするだけ、電子契約はそれぞれのサービス上で契約締結するだけで、AIが独自のOCR処理を実施し、本文を全文検索可能な状態にします。一般的には暗号化した文章は検索することができませんが、アストロラボが独自に開発した暗号化ロジックにより、暗号化した状態のまま全文検索を行うことが可能になりました。 さらに、クラウド上に契約書を保管することにより、PCだけではなくタブレットやスマートフォンからもリモート環境下での内容確認が可能。外出先からの内容確認ができるだけではなく、遠方の支社や関係者とも情報共有を行うことができます。現在、「どこでも契約書クラウド」は「WAN-Sign」、「GMOサイン」と連携しております。今後もさまざまな電子契約サービスとの連携を行なってまいります。

New Zealand expresses cautious optimism after cases slow
New Zealand's Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has said she is cautiously optimistic about slowing the spread of the novel coronavirus after the country reported the lowest number of new daily cases in two weeks.
"We may yet see bumps along the way but I remain cautiously optimistic that we are starting to turn a corner," Ardern told a news briefing in Wellington.
New Zealand imposed a national lockdown in late March. Itreported 50 new cases on Wednesday from 54 on Tuesday and 67 on Monday, bringing the total to 1,210. One person has died.
Ardern said there were no plans to relax the restrictions during this week's long Easter weekend.
