If you could choose only one fashion trend from any era in history to make popular again, what style would you choose and why?

It can’t be a coincidence that society began to decline when puffy skirts and ballgowns so big they could not fit in a Ford Kia began to disappear. That’s what I want back. I’m thinking like late 18th century or maybe like 1850′s-1870′s? I want tight bodices that strangle boobs and skirts so big they are impractical for day-to-day life, so the only alternative is to just lounge around looking like a decadent vision of silks and taffeta and lace and velvet. Also like, those off shoulder sleeves Victorian dresses had, whose only purpose was to attract vampires. We should have those too.
