You are tasked with lifting something heavy and carry it a good distance. You think nothing of it and work it off as soon as you can. On the way you come across your f/o on the way and they spot the heavy load you are carrying.

While impressed you can carry so much on your own to begin with they also can't just leave you like this. Thus they decide to approach you and offer you their help.

Do you try to decline? After all, this is your responsebility. Too bad, your f/o won't let you! They are happy to help and it is not good to tire yourself out either! So whether you like it or not, they will help in their own way so you don't arrive too tired at your destination! They are ready and happy to help!
