According to analysts Forecasting & Analyzing Digital Entertainment Microsoft's Xbox Live Arcade market revenues increased by more than US$290 million (AU$278million) in 2012.

OKBuddy Minecraft Server Is Here!

It's been quite a while but it is now happening. Far too long. I apologize! It's been a while since this server was promised. Since then, me and the rest the mod team have had to deal with several issues while trying to get everything in place. From deciding what the design of the spawn should be to understanding the rules, it has been a long and difficult process to get all the pieces in place. But now I can say with a hint of joy, BuddyCraft is finally here!

It will be Friday. Exciting times... I hope that this date will coincide with semester's conclusion for many of your school-bound friends out there, ideally giving you all a chance to unwind while your workload is lessened. https://iqbalir.com/ And I don't know about you, but whenever I hear "relax," my mind immediately brings to mind the idea of playing Minecraft with a plethora of insane loners who "roleplay" as insane individuals on Reddit. Now, it is not forgotten that this server could morph into a community that is worthy of its own discussion section and I'd like to make all of you aware of the r/okbuddycraft subreddit. In terms of what the server will be like, it will be a standard survival server running 1.16.4 (for now) with plugins. It won't be anarchy but it will have many people building towns. A more detailed set of rules will be available on the r/okbuddycraft channel shortly prior to the server's launch.

Minecraft: Pocket Edition now Available on The Android Marketplace

Minecraft's Big Wilderness Update Arrives June 7th

It took several months, but Minecraft's The Wild Update is nearly here. Mojang and Microsoft have announced the release of The Wild across all platforms on June 7 and it's just as extensive as they had promised. The refresh adds two biomes Mangrove swamps as well as the "deep dark" that hides dangerous mobs (such as the Shrieker and Warden) as well as special resources. You can also take a boat with a chest, meaning you won't need to carry your supplies if you're traversing the water.

The upgrade also adds the Mud block (made using water and dirt naturally) and a popular item collector mob (the allay) and a frog that grows from Tadpoles. It also produces "froglights" when it is attacked by magma.

Big changes are in store for everyone's favorite blocky builder.

Even though the highly anticipated Super Duper Graphics Pack for Minecraft was canceled, there's now a different official graphic update for the blocky building game. While graphics enhancements are among the top Minecraft mods, wouldn't it be wonderful if the game could be made to look officially prettier? That's exactly what Minecraft RTX does.

Minecraft RTX is an official Nvidia-designed patch for Minecraft adding real-time DXR raytracing to the Windows 10 version of the game. Nvidia describes the whole game as "refit" with path tracer. This dramatically alters the ways light, reflections and shadows interact within the game engine. Given how malleable Minecraft's procedurally generated sandboxes can be they're the ideal place to experiment with the technology.

If you're not worried about lighting that is fancy, Minecraft is still one of the top games for laptops to play on low-spec machines.

'Minecraft Earth' Early Access is Available to the United Kingdom and 8 other Countries

Minecraft Earth's early access release is now rolling out to countries around the world but it's not available in the places you'd think it would be. Mojang and Microsoft have confirmed that the augmented reality game is now available on Android and iOS in nine countries. The UK is the most recent update, but it's also been available for a few days in Australia, Canada, Iceland, Mexico, New Zealand, the Philippines, South Korea and Sweden.

You've likely noticed that the US and a lot of other countries aren't on this list. You'll have to wait while the developers roll out Earth to other countries in the "coming weeks." The developers clearly want to be sure the game is prepared for a massive launch. The early access version of the game is not a complete representation of what it will eventually include. Minecraft Builds View Redstone used by YouTubers to Create MS Paint

Minecraft builds have hit an all-time high. Redstone - which has previously been used to recreate the Ghostbusters theme and a playable version of Dance Dance Revolution, and even real-world Redstone devices - has now been manipuated by YouTubers to create an actual version of MS Paint, inside the multiplayer building game.

Microsoft Paint, often referred to as "that program that we used to learn IT lessons but was unable to access the internet", has seen a lot of improvements in the last few years. Recreating the current version of it would be a huge undertaking even for the skilled Redstoners of YouTube and so MattBatWings, MattBatWings, and Sloimay have focused on the classic version, and used it as the basis for cool and highly detailed project that really belongs to our list of the most impressive Minecraft builds.

MattBatWings showcases the entire creative process. Building MS Paint isn't something that they or Sloimay really plan, but raher decide to cobble(stone) together when they're chosen to participate in a video for Sipover, the YouTuber who puts the two Minecraft Redstone pros against a team of normal people. Sloimay and MattBatWings decide to implement the line tool and brush tool, as well as a circle and square tool and a sprite tool.
