Sometimes I laugh when I think back to that post an anti made on twitter a while back, claiming that Wang Zhuocheng was a bad actor because he conveyed too many emotions through his performance and as such mischaracterised Jiang Cheng (you know.. the character that went on a fucking rollercoaster of emotions throughout the story..)..

What they really mean is that they felt something watching his performance and refuse to accept that he's a great actor playing an equally great role and they're just mad that he played it so well that they actually sympathised with the character. 😊

The poor man went through so much shit #the inner conflict he went through rrgarding WWX #the love for his sect and people #his love for JL!#his complicated feelings and emotions and the sacrfices he was willing to make for those he loves..#how can you be surprised that there are people who love him when all this exists?? In ALL canon versions might I add??#y'all are sleeping on such a good character here #i can guarantee that we all didnt need WZC's great acting and good looks to fall in love with him #JC did all that on his own 💜✨️#still appreciate WZC for his stellar performance tho..
