Gotta love my professor introducing smth for the lab that we Literally didn't talk about at all in class. Which left me with a Fucking Headache just trying to parse what the fuck I'm supposed to do bc it's the most indirect way Ever to build a form with javascript. And now I've run out of time bc I spent over an hour and a half just combing through the fucking internet trying (and failing) to find how the FUCK I'm supposed to do this bullshit

Didn't figure it out. I only have like 2 lines of code to show for the headache. Giving up for the night and I'm just gonna try to turn it in within a day late. I have a fucking headache and vaguely kinda wanna cry

#speculation nation #JSON object in javascript i will kill you right now immediately #it's like. she gives us this JSON object (didnt talk about JSON in class AT ALL!!!) that we r supposed to use as input to a function #that will then take the components of the JSON thing to build a form with it #which is so. it would literally be so much fucking easier if i just built the fucking form myself #i dont really understand forms yet either but that at least is smth she covered in class #so i can look back on the slides and look things up online for anything the slides dont cover #there is literally NOTHING on JSON. i looked. this wasnt me not paying attention it's just not there #and in looking it up i understand it's a language-independent way to share information or Whatever #and i have to convert it into a javascript object??? but how do i do that and then use its fields to make the fields of the form????#i dont know and after an hour and a half and a genuine fucking headache im giving up for the nighg #im so frustrated i want to kick things and cry. but i will do neither.#im just going to hope that my brain will be fresh enough tomorrow to suddenly make sense of it #if i cant then i might just fucking scream.
