I forgot to post this here on my Tumblr! I’m really proud of how this turned out since a lot of it was follow-this-online-tutorial and first-time-experimental for me and I saved it from a couple of close calls! So, I thought I should share!

This is an ink and watercolor of @jenjoink’s OC, Zoe from an upcoming project we’re collaborating on. I’m super hyped about it and constantly inspired by Jenjo’s characters, ideas, and willingness to believe in me even when I struggle to believe in myself. So, I made this and sent it off to her for Christmas and as a thank you! I think she liked it because she told me she immediately hung it up where she likes to art as a source of her own inspiration and that made my heart so incredibly happy!

Inspired by and done while listening to the song “Flicker” by Porter Robinson. The text used are the lyrics from that song with the English on the right being a translation of the Japanese on the left. This song always reminds me of Zoe so I knew I just had to draw something of her with the lyrics alongside her!

My art style and method has changed a lot since the last one so I decided I needed to redo it,, and I used Bee because she’s just a real cutie and I like drawing her the most lmao
