IT’S HERE.
LOOK AT THAT. You NEVER see official merch for Stardust Chronicles anymore, especially merch for Rise of Jupiter. I am now the owner of a piece of Stardust HISTORY! Those dickheads on the SC Forums would be SO jealous.

It’s not much in terms of detail, but what we DO have is SO fucking cool. Look at Nova’s outfit, a lot of people don’t like the third movies Nova interpretation, but I don’t know why. It looks awesome, I’d wear those goggles. And the cape? Chefs kiss. I wonder if there’s an auction for any of the costumes…
I DO wish we could get a poster where the phantom ISN’T a mysterious shadow though, this poster simply doesn’t do him justice. He’s so much more than a looming entity, he’s a character that has connections to ALL of the previous antagonists, he’s the final piece in this puzzle made of starbits and love.
Quick shoutout to Kyle over here, by the way. The milkshake played by Tyler K. Tyler does an incredible performance in this movie, and I think Rise of Jupiter was a test of his acting skills. His relationship with Nova feels real, every time I watch this film I’m basically screaming “JUST KISS”! Kyle wants to pursue a relationship with Nova, you can tell Nova wants to be with him as well, but Nova automatically associates anything with the Galactic Federation as a bad thing. And who came from the Federation? Kyle. She’s thankful for his friendship, but she just doesn’t want to ruin what they have, it’s so… poetic.
Aw man, how could I forget Barb? The potion (played by Sadie Ryder) is an INCREDIBLY sweet part of this dramatic movie. Barb just wants the best for everyone, she tries her best to help everybody out, but she’s kind of a klutz. Personally, I relate to aspects of Barb’s character. I always want to help people and give them advice, but I end up coming off the wrong way. Much like Barb, who’s advice comes off as coddling instead of supporting.
Well, I accidentally started talking about Stardust 3 instead of the poster itself, but that’s okay. I think you’d have to know these characters on a deep level before you can truly appreciate the poster. Thank you so much to the person who sold this to me, I’ve never been more thankful in my life.
