The Trump campaign has filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission claiming that Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign cannot take over President Joe Biden's campaign's money, calling it a violation of campaign finance contribution limit. "Kamala Harris is seeking to perpetrate a $91.5 million dollar heist of Joe Biden's leftover campaign cash -- a brazen money grab that would constitute the single largest excessive contribution and biggest violation in the history of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended," the complaint filed Tuesday and obtained by ABC News, claims.

The complaint, written by Trump campaign's attorney David Warrington and targeting Harris, Biden, the Biden campaign (now the Harris campaign), and its treasurer, Keana Spencer, argues that the Biden campaign is "flagrantly violating the Act by making and receiving an excessive contribution of nearly one hundred million dollars" to the Harris campaign. Harris campaign spokesperson Charles Kretchmer Lutvak in response to the complaint wrote in a statement, "Republicans may be jealous that Democrats are energized to defeat Donald Trump and his MAGA allies, but baseless legal claims – like the ones they've made for years to try to suppress votes and steal elections – will only distract them while we sign up volunteers, talk to voters, and win this election." Multiple campaign finance experts have said the Harris campaign has lawful access to the Biden campaign's leftover money -- nearly $96 million as recently as July 1 -- because a presidential candidate and a vice presidential candidate share the same entity as their joint campaign depository under federal election law. On Sunday, the Biden campaign officially changed its name to the Harris campaign, placing Harris, who was previously listed in its filing as the vice presidential candidate, to the top of the ticket.

But the crux of the Trump campaign's argument is that because Biden and Harris have yet to go through the formal nomination process to become the presidential and vice presidential nominees, they couldn't share the same committee.

•Kanao was raised in a hunter camp, she was treated like a tool, a experiment to see how monsters tick.

•Her sisters found her when the hunters got careless, they were running an experiment near a river the sisters owned. •The sisters saw the treatment and immediately went ‘No, that’s mine now~’ and took her. The man that was experimenting on her well, let’s say neither went back to camp that day.

•so in truth, even when she grew up she never cared for humans. Whenever she sees them she can only think of the cruelty of her earliest memories.

•Even with her oldest sister trying to get humans and monsters to live in peace, it only made her reconsider a bit. But that all was squashed when her sister was killed by a hunter.

•So when Aoi finally confessed she had been watching a human of all things, she felt betrayed. She felt like Aoi was betraying not only her, but Keana as well, and that she could not stand for.

Shinobu a moth.

•Shinobu doesn’t remember a time before she had Keana, and she wishes she didn’t remember a time after, but alas, she does.

•Shinobu knows she has turned cruel over the years, knows not all humans should be made to be punished for the deeds of her sisters killer, she knows, but she’s doesn’t care.

•when Aoi told her she was watching over a human child, her mind completely cuts out the word child. A human, her sister was watching over a human.

•She storms off immediately to her room, locking it and not letting anyone inside. Shinobu wasn’t mad, no, she was terrified. Terrified for her sisters well being, she can’t loss another one.

•They had lived in the woods the sisters occupied. Their parents leaving them behind for greener pastures.

•in truth they don’t remember much about Keana, they don’t remember much at all because they are so young.

•they didn’t know what to feel when Aoi came clean, but they felt like their sisters were quite harsh with her, so they tried to comfort her.

keana lyn and rohan campbell as callie shaw and frank hardy (1x06), the best dressed kids in town.

i love callie and frank's outfits so, so much in this scene !! as soon as we see them, their clothes tell us everything we need to know about them in this moment.

both frank and callie are clearly wearing their "best clothes" for the entrance exam. they're dressed smartly, but their clothes are obviously cheaper and a little out-dated compared with what the other candidates are wearing.

callie's wearing a dagger collar blouse with a corduroy vest, both of which were more popular in the 70s than in the 80s. it feels like these are pieces that callie has had for a few years but because they're her "sunday best" she keeps them in very good condition and hasn't replaced them. her shoes, white boots with a short stiletto heel, feel a little out of place with her outfit but are clearly newer, like they're her current best shoes. i honestly love this look, i think the patterns and the silhouette are so beautiful, but there's a very clear contrast between callie's smart but dated clothes and the other candidates who are also dressed smartly but in more timeless, subdued and "expensive" looking outfits.

frank is in a similar position, he's dressed smartly, but it leans much more towards a working man's idea of formal -- a neutral plaid pattern shirt and jeans -- than the other candidates, who have the classic "preppy" look going on. frank is dressed for function ("smart") over fashion; the jeans are made to be long lasting, and the shirt is versatile so can be worn at multiple events. i love frank's outfit too, it's within his colour scheme and i think it reflects his tendency to be very grounded.

the distinction between the candidates who have been born into this elite world and callie and frank who have working class backgrounds is so important for highlighting the way they are both trying to take control of their own futures. if frank chose it, he'd have a free-ride to rosegrave and to a lot of opportunities, but he's been raised away from that sort of environment. on multiple occasions we see he can't take the pomp and pageantry of rosegrave seriously, and his clothes reflect that -- he's a legacy student who is actively turning his back on that legacy.

however, callie is striving for everything frank is turning down. her intelligence alone should be enough to thrive at rosegrave, but her socio-economic situation (reflected through her outfit and how she presents herself) is "holding her back". in another episode, she confirms that she has faith in her intelligence but not in her appearance. she clearly tries harder than frank to "look the part" and still falls short.

both callie and frank has a distinct disdain for the rich kids they're competing against, but callie is more willing to try and blend in because she feels she needs the opportunity in order to make the most of her potential.
