Bella (Bristow) runs a dog rescue with her grandmother Lily (Jayne Eastwood, “Workin’ Moms”), a passion project started by her late grandfather. The rescue’s future is put into question when they discover they’re losing funding from their main sponsor – a dog food company being sold following the owner’s passing. JR (McNally), the late owner’s son, is a soldier who is home on leave to handle the details of the sale. While visiting the rescue, JR quickly bonds with Indie (Moxie), a retired military dog, and continues to stop by to spend time with his new, four-legged friend. When Bella learns that the rescue’s property is also being sold, she turns to JR for help in finding the missing document proving her grandparents purchased the land many years before. In the process, Bella and JR become close and start to fall for each other, but JR’s upcoming return to active duty could put a halt to their budding romance.

Newly single and unemployed after losing a waitressing job just before Christmas, responsible Brooke Bennett (Chabert) is convinced by her impetuous sister Margot (Ali Hardiman, “Blasts from the Past”) to go on a holiday adventure. They decide to fulfill their father’s lifelong wish and travel to Ireland in search of their Irish roots. When they arrive, Brooke meets Aiden Hart in the local pub and soon discovers that he’s, in fact, the Earl of Glaslough (Townsend). Having recently returned after years abroad for his job as an architect, Aiden does not receive a warm welcome home from his sister, Siobhan (Aoife Spratt, “Locus of Control”), who has been managing the financially troubled Castle Hart in his absence. Less than two weeks before the castle is set to host the social event of the season, the person planning the event drops out and Siobhan is desperate to hire someone to take over. Believing Brooke and Margot to be high- profile New York City event planners, Aiden makes introductions and they are hired to take over the prestigious evening. The trouble is that Margot has misled Siobhan and Aiden into believing that Brooke is Paige Monahan (Donna Anita Nikolaisen, “Fair City”) – the very person who just fired them. As Brooke works closely with Aiden on the event, she begins to fall for him, but knows that once he learns the truth, she might lose him forever.

Chloe Day (Kelley) is a renowned travel writer. She and her team, including photographer Sara Webb (Murin), travel to Malta for an upcoming story about the newly renovated Hotel Optima. Late on their first night at the hotel, Chloe hears an argument in another room, then sees a body fall from the balcony above hers. She is immediately drawn into an investigation and is the primary witness to the murder. FBI agent Aaron Maxwell (Donnell) is staying at the hotel to investigate another crime at the US embassy but finds himself working with Chloe to solve the homicide she has witnessed. They must put the pieces together to find the killer before the killer finds them.

But when his twin-brother, acclaimed big-city chef Julian (Jordan), injures himself, Josh agrees to pretend to be Julian in order to compete in one of the most elite culinary competitions in the world. There he meets Meg (Lowndes), the ambitious organizer of the contest who is eager to prove herself with her first big event. Feelings start to develop between them, but the situation is complicated by the fact that Meg thinks Josh is his brother Julian, who is married.

Anne Garrison’s (D’Orsay) annual holiday visit to the small town in Maine where she grew up is somewhat bittersweet this year. With her dad set to sell his toy store and retire from his wood-carving career, and the town’s lumber mill up for sale, this will probably be her last Christmas there. But when Anne is drafted and paired with handsome local widower Keith McClain (Donovan) to co-chair the town’s Christmas celebration, she begins to question what she really wants in life. Soon, Anne becomes torn between returning to her fast-paced career in New York and remaining in the small town to take over her dad’s hand-carved wooden toy business and seeing where a burgeoning romance with Keith might lead.
