Okay, okay. You got me there okay. What about dofuwani? Is doffy get turn off of him too? Or got batshit and make direct problem with Dragon / worse purposely make move to make Dragon jealous?

I don't think Doflamingo would give a damn about Dragon (though maybe he would be amused to know whom Crocodile had been with in the past), that said, I think...

Luffy (the little shit who literally destroyed his life, dethroned him and sent him to Impel Down) being Crocodile's son could sour the relationship for him and want to have nothing to do with Crocodile anymore (which, I mean that's just a win for Crocodile, his son is a natural flamingo-repellent)

...Or maybe he wouldn't give a shit about the two being related (hating the kid's guts aside), and the revelation would only drive Doflamingo even more bonkers about Crocodile because he needs The Tea, he needs to know what the fuck happened and how that rubbery menace was spawned etc.
