I totally meant to go to bed at a reasonable hour, even if it wasn't going to be quite on time due to how late I ate dinner.
#I stopped watching Netflix at like 11:25 and gave up on showering by 11:50 but I only just now at 1:25 took my sleep meds?#Oh I need to put medicine on my hand too.#I need to ask for a lower dose of long acting awake meds because I should not still be feeling it when I took them at like 8:20 am.#In theory I'd be out Monday but I've been *avoiding* taking them on my days off because if I take the meds at 8:30 am and stay up until#2:00 am and then sleep until 11:00 am how late would I stay up if I took the meds at 11:30 am?#Like with my old meds I didn't take them after noon just on principle but if I had taken them at 12:30 I'd probably still be able to go to#sleep by 11.
