Morgana Dodds is ‘The Medium’,  one of a million children who appeared across the globe on New Year’s Eve 1999. Known as Millennium Citizens, these children all have unique abilities. Morgana is trying to live the quiet life, keeping her head down, and out of the limelight. That is, until she agrees to help a young woman find justice for her death. This leads Morgana on a journey across the world, relying on friends and enemies, to get justice and find her own origins.
