#Megaten Q AU

Okay but a scene that I think would be super funny and silly if some sort of a "Q" game but including ALL Megaten characters from all games would came out (we know that Atlus would literally never but shut up, the girl can dream and sniff her copium okay?):

Some sort of a club for Owners of a Talking Cats formed (you know, for the boys to be able to talk together about their talking cats and share some tips of how to take care of the little divine souls being trapped in a I-am-not-a-cat! bodies and how to remove cat fur from clothes and share other problem the talking cat owners might have)

And there was a first meeting. And of course only Akiren, Raidou and Serph (I know the latter one isn't really a "true" owner of Schrodinger but he and later Seraph were the only one who actually heard him talking I believe, that's why I included him in this imagine) showed up with their talking cats respectively. But the first meeting of Talking Cats Owners Club turned out to be a failure because

1) All of these characters are silent protagonist in their games so they were just standing there in a confusion just looking at each other and just holding their talking cats and showing them silently to each other like that:

(edited stock photo with Akiren and Morgana because the og guy had so creepy smile I was genuinely scared lmao and needed to showcase my idea)

2) If they somehow started talking later then none of them was actually able to prove to each other that their cat indeed can talk (I mean Raidou would be the closest to prove it since Gouto was heard by demons too and Serph can turn into a demon but for more laughs let's say that Serph was just too shy to transform in front of strangers just to prove that Gouto indeed is talking lmao, but for example no one would believe Akiren since neither Raidou nor Serph were Persona users)

3) The cats tried to hold a conversation with each other but somehow there was also a language barrier here (or just a fact that all of them comes from different universes) and they ended up just meowing to each other (further proving the circumstance above)

So yeah imagine this three just not speaking to each other, holding their cats like on picture above and cats just loudly meowing :PPP Bonus points if some other character from completely other megaten game that don't know about talking cats' existence walked in and witness the scene :P

The first Talking Cat Owners Meeting was a disaster.

[I'm sorry haha this scene appeared in my brain today when I was playing P5R and then DDS later and I just HAD TO describe it to you because gosh if only this game existed this would be so funny scene lmaoo, I'm still laughing myself when I think of it

Okay but I'm having so much fun with coming with potential funny scenes for Megaten Q game 😆

Another scene I think would be funny would be if Demi-Fiend for some reason felt the need for making some precious Macca fast (perhaps he just wanted to buy himself a new Magatama in Manikin Shopkeeper's shop?) so he came with idea of holding a sparring competition and he tried to find any (because he was already infamous for his battle skills haha) foo.. uhm, I meant 'sparring partner' for the competition so Pixie was giving the fliers out and he made a giant sign that was saying

Have one of the lifetime* chance to fight with the legendary Demi-Fiend! Now, approved by the Lucifer himself***! 100% satistaction guaranteed!** 4 out of 4* previous sparring partners* would reccomend!*

[then half of the flier/sign would be disclaimers what possible injuries won't be covered by Lucifer's insurance company - written in small print after the "*" - Gaea Rage being casted twice a row being like cause of 90% of them mentioning there]

Behind the Demi-Fiend's back Nahobino, Serph Raidou and Dante (i know that he's not a Megaten character but he is a honorary Megaten character in my heart,okay?) would stand with a signs "that's a lie, we wouldn't reccomend this" (Naho holding a sign that says "I would CERTAINLY not reccomend this ;_;")

Then imagine that some Persona character that isn't even a Wild Card (why I see Ryuji or Junpei (alternatively Yosuke or Eikichi as well) here with their stupidity ?😆) would accidentally sign the list thinking it's a list for some free stuff givaway and realising their mistake when it was already too late (not only they had to pay the ungodly amount of macca but also that would be the last time anyone has seen them alive in this game)

[Bonus scene would include Akechi, Naoto and Katsuya holding an cooperative investigation for the cause of said character's demise (and Adachi butting in from time to time) 😆]

I'm sorry this scene is so funny in my head and I'm having so much fun with this AU/concept that I had to write another post haha

Okay, controversial opinion that might get me cancelled in eyes of neosona fans but I can already see countless of arguments (like on youtube under videos about P5X) whether P5X would be canon or not and usually people who scream the most that "Atlus shouldn't make this game canon because it seems like alternative universe and it'll fuck up the timeline" are usually neosona fans

So my controversial opinion is that: Newsflash - Yes, the game might take place in alternative universe and be canon at the same time (if you want examples: literally every single one mainline SMT game after SMT II)

Like for me this whole argument of fans is so pointless cause 1) We still don't know whether this game is in alternative universe or not (Personally, I think it might be some kind of AU, because of what was said in first couple seconds of story trailer about " a man who made a choice" - and we don't know whether it's about Tatsuya or Minato or even Kotone or someone else - it can be even about one of the SMT protags (like in SMT V True Ending - Nahobino also "made a choice" to create world for humanity etc etc - it's one of the theories I saw that P5X might be happening in the post SMT V True Ending world) - we still don't know if it's really in post-P2EP Persona timeline, so arguing about whether or not new game will fuck it is literally pointless at this point 2) In the universe like Megaten where there is canonically confirmed (for example in SMT Nocturne) that there is countless of alternative dimensions and even time loops might be possible to some extent as well, I think it's even more pointless to argue about that things - okay, something (like Persona Q) might not be canon in one timeline (for example Persona main post-P2EP timeline), but we can't prove nor deny that there isn't some other dimension in the universe where something like this is actually possible - imo Megaten is this type of multiverse where everything is canon and nothing is canon at the same time tbh -and I honestly think that's what make this multiverse beautiful. When you look at the map of the multiverse (you can easily find it online) - there is like at least 20 different timelines already, so at that point it really doesn't matter much if we add another timeline to this or not imo. If the game will turn out to be canon - cool, if it's not - also cool.

So yeah, in conclusion - P5 fans, let's just chill and wait for some more info about P5X before y'all argue with each other as rn it's pointless and only creating more toxicity in the fandom, thanks
