Bali, May 2024
Sunday, 19 May 2024
I took a dawn flight to Bali (again) started the first chapter of the Novel I borrowed from the Library "the people we met on vacation" to accompany me during this holiday.
My first destination was nana's home to store my luggage. After that, I headed to Canggu to grab my coffee and enjoy my first beach of this holiday.
My second drop off was the viral Gigi Susu, it was so pretty as I expected but way too crowded. I took away hot flat white, and forget to ask to oatmeal for the milk-- in which it's their specialty. Well, anyway I continued my walk and passed through Kawi Sari Kopi and Motel Mexicola, arriving to Batu Bolong Beach. I continued my walk to Nelayan beach. There I contemplated by listening to songs that probably can drag me to past memories, and wrote in my notes:
TS - Wildest Dream: I no longer feel anything about my previous relationship & he himself. I will burn that gift, if I had the chance.
(I forget the song, probably Kung-These Girls): Still wanna have my own family who love each others. I cherish my current life. I can buy myself flight ticket to Bali, I can't buy myself flat white & sip it on the beach-- which felt so right
Rihanna - California King Bed: call me masochist, but that reminiscing of teenage brokenheart felt so good. I hugged my younger self and told her she's cool, she's broken, but she's fine. The one who love you is yourself. Go girl!
I continued my schedule to Zycle Canggu: such a worth experience, the vibes, and the song (all I can remember is "wonderwall") really love Zycle Canggu. After that I waited for Nana in Zin Cafe, ordered Green Juice & Pomodoro Spaghetti. I really enjoyed the noon there with a summer breeze, and fatigue due to zycle. I saw a guy swiping dating apps, thinking he's looking for someone to hook up for free. I mean really canggu full of people my age and are beautiful.
After few hours, Nana and her family came to pick me up and we continued to Sunday Market La Brisa which is so crowded and full of people. The only thing I bought was Gusto chocomint & caramel seasalt. After La Brisa we catching sunset at Times Beach Warung but it was also crowded and we had to wait for 12 queue. While waiting for the queue I took a nap on beach and ate beach tofu. Approaching sunset we got the bean bag and I ordered another juice, this time carrot and friends, match with the book cover I read.
I hate having a crush while I'm on vacation, he could ruin my mood. That day he kindda screw my mood after replied with laconic answers (if I may not mistaken), and yeah off we go to our next destination for dinner, it was mediterranean restaurant called "Shelter" in Pererenan. I ordered Buratta and it was amazing! The place is also comfortable. After that, we went to Orchard Bar in seminyak, but we were late and missed the first session which consists all of my favorite songs :") but thank God I had a courage to request Everlong.
During the way I told nana that my mood was dropped due to this guy. I really like him, but we're fundamentally different. I can't drag him to worship God if from the beggining of his consciousness he refuses God.

Nana made me breakfast of instant noodle, beef bacons, scrambled eggs, and tomato cherries accompanied by exelco gold which tasted so good. After that I continued my journey to ubud by taking Trans Dewata. I did not really see the road because I was too focus with my phone, and then, I arrived in Ubud before midday. I took 1 km walked to Pillow Inn and redeemed my free massage with extra 15 minutes. After that I went to Kebun Bistro and read few chapters there, savouring my food and my moments. The moment I've been waited for a decade; visiting Kebun Bistro.
An impromptu idea came after lunch, I headed to Paradiso and missed to estimate time. A fatal mistake was by not bringing mukena so I wasted time to commute: Paradiso - Pillow Inn - Paradiso - Pillow Inn, and sacrifice my wishlist toward Panipuri in Chai of Tiger. Anyway just like another slow B&W movie, I fell asleep in the semi private cinema. After woke up, I tried to bring back my mood by choosing dessert in Paradiso, but turned out I mad at supermarket because I was tired, thirsty and broken heart.
Back to the inn, I called Eka and told her that I will give up on B. I really love him but he seemed pulled himself away. Eventually, I pulled myself up and forced myself to take dinner and sleep fast. By the time I arrived in the restaurant, the dinner is exhaust but I said to the crew that I don't eat rice, so it's OK if it's only the oseng tempe and bihun. I mingled with the kids and got a bad full of pride teenage parisian who works as bartender. I felt like ubud was like a small community which is one knows another. I didn't talk much that time unlike the usual me because my energy is draining, my mood was drop due to a lover that hasn't ever been a lover. But from the short conversation I joined I heard a conclusion that "what is meant to you will me meant to be yours." Well, no need to worry, Nona. We'll be fine.
Tuesday, 21 May 2024
Another long awaited list: campuhan rigde walk. I didn't force myself for sunrise, I just woke up as fast as I can. Turned out campuhan is not that magical as I imagined. It was path. No ricefield--- just bush. Also, it's quiet crowded. Reaching the edge, I took a rest in a random restaurant to buy a bottle of mineral water and meditate. After my jog, walk and meditation, I finally found the solution for my feeling for B! It's always been my skill when I was a teenager: dragging a guy to friendzone! You name it! I don't know whether my current bestfriends who are boys were initially wanted to know me more as a crush or purely a friend, but one thing true is I always dragging them to a best-friend zone. I love B, and I don't want to lose him, at the same time I know that he was not an ideal husband for me. So, it will be fair enough if I drag him into a beautiful friendship; I will always be there for him and he'll not go anywhere. Is that cruel? Well, I don't think that he's in love with me. So, as long as no kissing and cuddling involve. It will be fine. Holding hand still be fine, Bram hold my hands several time under some circumstances.
Okay after campuhan I waited for Yoga class which was late. The yoga also involved meditation, so it was really nice to affirm myself that I will embrace good energy and release negative energy to universe. After yoga, I had breakfast and chose menu called "Bonjour" which was croissant with scrambled egg, beef ham, and veggie. It was such a delicious meals.
I went to the rooftop (co-working space) to write (reflect the prior day and affirm the day) and read few chapters of the novel.
After that, I dropped my clothes in laundry and continued my journey to next inn called ubud tropica. This time I had my private room but sadly by the time I arrived there, I cannot do the early check in. Thus, I kill my time by chilling by the pool with my pink sportbra and grey training. There I tried to read the novel but then I saw a cute guy laid next to me, he's there before I came.
I forced myself to greeted him first and the conversation flows, I was also the one who asked his name first. "Will," he said, I believe it's the shortern of "William", then I introduce as "Winona."
After bragging, at 1.30 PM they say I can go to my room. I was surprised the room was more comfortable than I expected. If I could rank the accomodation in ubud, this one would be number one. After took a shower and dry my hair, I went back again to Goutama street, this time to Jinny's garden, which is so pretty. Prettier than in social media. I ordered another juice, which I don't remember: pineapple orange perhaps. After Jinny's I went back to hotel and prepare myself. But Nana didn't estimate the traffic and we were late for the dinner, almost an hour late. Okay so this is the second time she made me wait. Another drama was it was suddenly rain when I want to go to her hotel.
Well, anyway the fine dining experience was amazing I finally ate caviar for the first time in my life. The food amazing, I will make a separate post about it. After dinner, the manager took us for hotel tour, which is awesome! Hope someday I can stay in Kappa senses. Now it's time to go back to reality, and work hard for money.
As it is predictable, B denied to watch movie with me virtually. He said he just finished work by midnight, maybe a lie maybe not, that time I believed it's a lie. Thank God I did meditation earlier that day, so I embraced it, I did not feel disappointed or anything because he didn't even say sorry. I mean who am I? Don't you remember your plan to be his bestie only? So, no string attach, no hard feeling. Be cool. Ok knp malah curhat ya, ini kan blog bahas liburan ke Bali heuheu.

The essence of holiday: you can get up from bed anytime you want, and this is what I did. My auntie called me and we talked a lot mostly about his husband health condition lately. After our phone session, I dried my underwears and prepared myself for the day. I don't even have time to go out and chill by the pool again, which is okay because partially I was to lazy to get out from my comfortable room.
First stop of the day was also a long awaited wishlist which is Casa Luna. I went there for brunch which I ordered Shaksouka. Seeing old wealth people enjoying their brunch as much as I did.

Bali Travel Guide for First-Timers
Tumblr media
Bali has always been on the top list of every traveler nowadays. You cannot blame everyone as this place is indeed radiating with rich culture, delectable cuisine, and don’t forget those instagrammable spots you keep on seeing on your feed. It was my first time on this country and to be honest, I unexpectedly got mesmerized with its beauty right off the bat!
Tumblr media
I actually once belonged to that very small percentage of people who really doesn’t have that much hype for this Indonesian gem. Unfortunate stories of scams always hindered my plan; And to my opinion, I have seen way more beautiful beaches than this place has to offer. I already took the chance when I scored a cheap promo fare and was accompanied by a friend so I know that the perfect time has come for me to personally witness what this tropical island has to offer.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
How To Get To Bali?
Tumblr media
The famous Bali Swing
Bali being the main tourist destination of Indonesia has its own international airport strategically located in the provincial capital, Denpasar. Flying in and out of Bali is not an issue since its Ngurah Rai International Airport serves numerous domestic and international flight routes from and to most known destinations.
Philippines’ Cebu Pacific and Air Asia offer cheap direct flights from Manila. I got mine for Php2,186.04 RT via Cebu Pacific on one of their grand promo fares. Philippine Airlines also offer a more comfortable direct flight but with a steeper price.
Direct flights from major hubs like Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Bangkok also have direct flights to Bali. You can always check Skyscanner for the best flight options to your destination.
You can also reach Bali without flying if coming from some of the most famous destinations in Indonesia like Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya. On the other hand, a ferry ride from Lombok is also available.
How To Get Out Of The Airport (Ngurah Rai International Airport)?
Tumblr media
Mandatory airport photo opp ;)
Since airport taxis are notorious for their excessive pricing, the Grab app would be your best bet going to your accommodation or to whatever your next destination is coming from the airport. A motorcycle-ride hailing service app, Gojek is a more feasible option if you’re a solo traveler.
But if you’re on a group, I would advise to just book your airport transfer online (e.g. Klook) as it is more hassle-free and way cheaper than taxis. Klook is an online booking platform that offers cheaper prices for almost all your travel needs. From activities, admission tickets, transport, and even wifi and sim card, Klook is the way to go. If you’re new to Klook, make sure to sign up HERE to get a Php 150 reward!
  How To Tour Around Bali?
Tumblr media
If you have an international driver’s license and confident enough to drive around Bali, renting out a motorcycle or car would be the best option. Commuting in Bali is not recommendable.
For convenience, best option for tourists would be hiring a guide/driver to tour you around. Prices are reasonable enough specially if you’re on a group.
I actually had booked all our travel activities in Bali through the same person I had booked our airport transport with. He works together with his brothers/friends and they have detailed day-to-day itineraries for you to choose from. You can also customize it based on your preferences. Make sure to contact him for the updated rates.

  Where To Stay In Bali?
Tumblr media
Ubud – Even though it’s far-off from the airport, Ubud has been one of the most famous areas in Bali to book you accommodation with. We actually had our Airbnb in this area. Ubud offers more of a peaceful stay compared to other areas. It is also more culturally-rich as a lot of Buddhist temple-looking residences can be seen around. Fun fact: Most of the Bali locations for the movie Eat Pray Love were filmed here in Ubud.
Kuta/Seminyak – This area is where all the hustle and bustle are. If you’re into partying, this place is perfect for you. A lot of well-rated restaurants and shops are scattered around. A few decent beaches are also in reach from this area.
Jimbaran/Uluwatu – These areas south of Bali are also a perfect choice since most of the best beaches on the island (e.g. Dreamland Beach) can be found here. It is also just less than an hour away from the airport.
Check out the coolest accommodations in Bali through Airbnb! If you haven’t signed up yet, make sure to create an account HERE to get Php 2,200 off your first trip!!!
  Day 1: Ubud Tour
Tumblr media
We arrived in Bali in the morning and since it’s too early to check in yet to our Airbnb, we already started our tour that day. Yes! That is possible! So that is airport transport + tour in one! We definitely saved a lot on this day! I opted to have this day to tour around in Ubud since our accommodation is already in this area.
Tumblr media
Coffee Plantation (Lumbung Sari House of Coffee)
You get to try 14 different flavors of coffee and tea for free! Coconut Coffee was my favorite.
You can also try the famous Kopi Luwak (also known as cat poop coffee) for a fee.
Tumblr media
  Ubud Palace
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ubud Market
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
  Bali Swing
Take note that there are several Bali Swings in Bali. Our guide gave us recommendations what to take. There is one that has a lunch buffet included. There is also one that is the cheapest yet doesn’t have much of a view. The other one is on mid-range pricing yet one of the most famous Bali Swings and this is what we took.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
  Pura Tirta Empul
I’ve been eager to go here and experience the custom since I have seen the cool pictures online. Unfortunately, it was a holiday and the place was jam-packed. But it didn’t stop me in experiencing what I have been looking forward in doing. I still dipped in the cold water of the temple and lined up with a lot of tourists.
Day 2: Nusa Penida Day Tour
Tumblr media
Definitely the highlight of our Bali trip is this not-so-far island from Bali, Nusa Penida. For less than an hour, you can get to this majestic island via ferry boat from Sanur Beach Harbour in Bali.

  Day 3: Bedugul Tour

Ulun Danu Lake Temple
Admission Fee – IDR 50k (PHP182)
Tumblr media
  Handara Gate
Admission Fee - IDR 30k (PHP109)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
  Wanagiri Hidden Hills
Admission Fee – IDR 100k (PHP355)
I actually found the admission fee quite expensive for a small park/viewpoint like this. Nevertheless, the view was amazing and we had fun taking photos around.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
  Taman Ayun Temple
Admisssion Fee – IDR 30k (PHP109)
Tanah Lot Temple is also included on this tour but we skipped it and just opted to go back to Ubud Market for more souvenir shopping. 😉
  Day 4: Seminyak/Uluwatu Tour
Tumblr media
Our last full day is a customized tour combining both the Seminyak and Uluwatu area. I just handpicked some of the most interesting spots on these areas to maximize our time. The spots for this day were definitely far off from our accommodation in Ubud so we exceeded our time allotment. Take note that most tours here impose reasonable fees for additional hours. I also had here the most tremendous traffic jam I have experienced yet in traveling. LOL. It took us 3 hours to get back to our accommodation in Ubud from Uluwatu Temple.
Tumblr media
  Seminyak Beach
It was on the plan to search for La Plancha Beach Bar and Restaurant for the colorful bean bags and umbrellas but it was a fail. ☹ We were probably dropped off on a wrong spot.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
  Motel Mexicola
I actually want to try this famous restaurant bar during the night time to experience the party scene but it’s just far-off from our accommodation. I just decided to include this on today’s tour for a quick lunch. The interiors were so colorful and undeniably worthy of a shot for your IG feed.
Tumblr media
  Mad Pops
Right after a filling lunch is dessert of course! We went to Mad Pops for a quick visit for their ice cream and also for a shot with this famous wall art.

  oneeighty° at The Edge
Together with Nusa Penida, the experience in oneeighty° at The Edge is the highlight of my Bali trip. I kept on seeing amazing photos of their amazing glass-bottom sky pool over the cliff edge, overlooking a breathtaking 180° panorama view of the ocean.
Due to high demand & limited seating, reservations are recommended. Make sure to book your reservation online HERE.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
  Uluwatu Temple
Don’t forget to watch the Uluwatu Kecak & Fire Dance on the late afternoon. I greatly enjoyed the show having the sunset as the background. It was definitely a surreal view.
Tumblr media
Bali left me in awe. I didn’t expect my experience to be one of the best. I already had this place listed as one of my favorite destinations. It might not be the cheapest but Indonesia in general is cheap to travel. The place is also diverse with countless breathtaking natural and incredible man-made attractions. Good thing, I didn’t focus more on those unfortunate stories that I read. With proper research, open mind, and passion to travel, no doubt that your trip to this wonderful island could be your greatest to date.

📍✈️Traveling to Bali: Part 3 - Seminyak, Bali (Day 6 & 7)
Tumblr media
Hey there! 🤗 This will be the last part of my Bali experience last November 2018.
Days 6 to 7 was spent in Seminyak, Bali, Indonesia. We decided to shorten our stay here last November 2018 since Seminyak is near the beach and there were Tsunami and Earthquake news that we heard during that time.
Two whole days in Seminyak were mostly spent on eating, eating and eating! 😅 This travel vlog will probably will look more like a food vlog so, enjoy!
DAY 6 November 26, 2018
SISTERFIELDS
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Here’s the menu of Sisterfields in Seminyak. Mainly, they dishes for breakfast.
Tumblr media
1st breakfast at Seminyak, I ordered Sisterfields Big Breakfast and a Strawberry Milkshake.
Sisterfields Big Breakfast costs IDR 130,000 (PHP 481). As per their description, it has eggs your way, bacon, mushroom, roasted tomato, potato rosti, hollandaise, sourdough and the Strawberry Milkshake costs IDR 40,000 (PHP 148).
It is a little pricey, however, serving was big as if it is for 2 people. I was just trying to finish it all since I was full before I could finish my meal.
Tumblr media
A little toilet break and their restrooms were actually pretty. This was shot inside their toilet.
After our breakfast, we decided to visit Love Anchor in Canggu, Bali.
LOVE ANCHOR
Tumblr media
We found out about Love Anchor through Laureen Uy’s Bali vlog and learned that its a place where you can shop.
Going to Love Anchor, we took a cab from Seminyak to Canggu. If I remember it right, it was around IDR 100, 000 - 150,000 (PHP 370 - 555) for the taxi fare. The cab we rode was good for 6 persons. It took us about an hour or more for us to arrive at Love Anchor since it was a little traffic during that time.
Tumblr media
There were cafes and restaurants in Love Anchor but we didn’t try them since we were still very full from our breakfast.
At the end of Love Anchor, was a bazaar. They were selling bags, clothes, accessories, and more. It was a little more expensive compared in Ubud. So if ever you would want to shop, I suggest to shop in Ubud Art Market instead.
Afterwards, we walked around the area and saw Mad Pops.
MAD POPS
Tumblr media
Mad Pops is known for its delicious gelatos.
Tumblr media
Mad Pops has a lot of variety to choose from. You can even try their flavors first before ordering.
Tumblr media
However, Whisky Cream from Oh My Cone is still the best for me! 😍
Tumblr media
If I remember it correctly, I ordered Mint Chocolate Chip and Rainbow Coconut. 🍨 It costs IDR 45,000 (PHP 166.50) for two flavor.
After spending some hours around Canggu, we decided to go back to Seminyak and have our late lunch at around 4 in the afternoon.
BATIK
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Decided to eat at Batik for its interiors. We saw a couple of amazing reviews about its food and decors that made us decide to eat here.
Tumblr media
The staff are very nice at Batik. They even suggested us to go up, look at their 2nd floor, and we could even take some photos there.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Some photos we took on their 2nd floor.
Tumblr media
I want to have a taste of all Bali food and tried their Nasi Campur. One Nasi Campur costs IDR 90,000 (PHP 333). A meal includes a small sample Indonesian dishes. As I remember, it has chicken satay some chips, vegetables, and a dish that tastes like Caldereta.
Not in the photo, but I also ordered a refreshing Strawberry Pleasure that costs IDR 45,000 (PHP 166.50). The juice includes strawberry, orange, and mint.
After having our late lunch, we decided to go back to Casa Kayu Aya to have a rest and freshen up for Motel Mexicola.
MOTEL MEXICOLA
Tumblr media
Motel Mexicola was a 10 to 15-minute walk from our hotel. It was a must to have a reservation here to have seats instantly and to avoid waiting in line.
Tumblr media
It is an open place however, there were fans and air conditions around the place.
Tumblr media
Here’s how the seats are divided on our side looks like.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
My opinion about Motel Mexicola is that there were no blogs or vlogs that mentioned that it is not a good place for asthmatics like me. 😅 The smell of smoke was all over the place (even in the toilets!), and it was overly crowded like the people they let in was not controlled.
The alcoholic drinks and food was so-so, and quite overly priced for its quality. There’s not even a hint of alcohol for their alcoholic drinks. We spent a total of IDR 2,047,980 (PHP 7,577.526) including tax and service charge for our 2-hr stay in Motel Mexicola. The following items were our orders:
9 cocktails - IDR130,000/ea (PHP 481/ea)
2 Calamares - IDR 85,000/ea (PHP 314.50/ea)
2 Guacamole - IDR 50,000/ea (PHP 185/ea)
2 Que Conchinita - IDR 85,000/ea (PHP 314.50/ea)
2 Que Queso - IDR 65,000/ea (PHP 240.50/ea)
Service was also quite poor since the same waiter keeps asking us to order more drinks. We know it’s business however, I think it was rude to ask every time the waiter passes by our table and sees we almost finish our drinks to ask if we would want to order. Also, the approach of asking if we would want more was not kindly done.
Personally, I think I won’t come back to Motel Mexicola again during nighttime.
DAY 7 November 27, 2018
REVOLVER ESPRESSO
Tumblr media
Breakfast on our last day in Bali was spent in The Revolver. I wasn’t able to take a lot of photos of the place since we were hungry and it was a little dark in our area. You can have sneak peek on the place on my vlog at the end of the post.
Tumblr media
For my morning drink, instead of the regular coffee or hot chococolate, I got to try their Coolers since it was a sunny day. I ordered Poison Ivy that has organic roselle, dried hibiscus, lime, bitters, and soda in it. One drink costs IDR 45,000 (PHP 166.50)
Tumblr media
Breakfast meal for me was The Mother Clucker on the left side most of the photo above. A order consists of a southern fried chicken burger, smoked cheddar, pickles, lettuce slaw, jalapeno & buttermilk dressing, and a black bun. One order consists of IDR 95, 000 (PHP 351.50).
I wasn’t able to get all of my other 4 friends’ order since it was a bit difficult to take photos. However, I got to take a photo of one of my friends’ meal that morning which was Underbelly. The Underbelly consisted of glazed thick cut bacon, fried eggs, chorizo sausage, house baked beans, rosti, mushroom duxelle, sourdough that costs IDR 120, 000 (PHP 444).
We ordered an extra dish to be shared by all which was Ammo. Ammo consisted of Tiramisu hotcakes, white chocolate mascarone, coffee ice cream, coffee jelly, with chocolate powder for IDR 95, 000 (PHP 351.500).
Overall, The Revolver Espresso was a good experience to dine in. Staff were very accommodating and food was very delicious. I highly suggest to try their Poison Ivy drink and Ammo pancakes, it will be worth it!
W BALI: WOOBAR
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Woobar is located inside the W Bali hotel. We had our reservation for the daybed, however, we were transferred first inside since it was raining that time.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
My friend and I ordered one from their promos which ‘Pick The Best.’ It was a promo staring from 11am until 10pm. A ordered included one pizza or burger, one hot or cold tapas selection, and unlimited softdrinks (which could be interchange with other soda options/brands). One promo costs IDR 265, 000 (PHP 980.50).
We chose to order Sweet & Spicy Chicken Wings (sweet soy glaze, sesame seeds, coriander, lime), and a Pepperoni Pizza. Our drinks were either 7-Up or Pepsi Blue.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We waited for time to be 4 in the afternoon since the staff mentioned a promo of a two drinks for the price of one on their signature cocktails from Monday - Thursday from 4PM - 6PM. Each order costs IDR 165, 000  (PHP 610). The following were the different cocktails to choose from:
Passion Fruit Mojito  - Old school favourite: The Mojito. Try our fruity twist With passion fruit. Together with mint and fresh lime wedges and finished with a little bit honey and Touch of soda. Enjoy.
Pineapple Vanilla Rum Sour - Refreshing fruit cocktail with perfect blend or fresh pineapple, rum, sweet sour, vanilla syrup.
Mango Tango - Tropical fruit cocktail with sour creamy taste flavoured of mango, coconut and lime.
Bubble Gum Sour  - This drink will bring you back to your childhood memories. We made our own bubble gum vodka and combined this with bubble gum syrup. Sweet bubble gum flavours with some sourness of lemon.
Smoky Margarita  - A twist on classic margarita with hint of smoke.
Coco Old Fashioned  - The classic old fashioned cocktail, smooth flavour of whiskey combined with coconut and cherry syrup.
All of 5 out of 6, ordered the promo, which was a total of 10 drinks. I ordered the Passion Fruit Mojito and Mango Tango, which were both flavorful. I was also able to taste Smoky Margarita which was not in my interest because it tastes like as if I drank a glassful of cigarette. It was also the least favorite within us. Other drinks such as Pineapple Vanilla Rum Sour and Coco Old Fashioned were also good as well.
My other friend ordered the Pink Raspberry Coconut Slushy that was a frozen pink slush puppy cocktail that is refreshing ice cold and fruity flavours of raspberry combined with coconut and light rum. One drink costs 145000  (PHP536.50).
Tumblr media
Rain stopped and finally we were able to transfer to the daybeds! Perfect weather for a sunset view by the beach.
Tumblr media
We had additional orders of French Fries Duo that has 2 flavors which were Truffle - garlic aioli and Sea salt - Ketchup. One ordered costs IDR 115, 000 (PHP 425.50). Classic Margarita  Pizza was also ordered that has fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, parmesan, and oregano rich tomato sauce. An ord.ered costs IDR 155, 000 (PHP 573.50)
Tumblr media
Our W Bali: Woobar stay had a total bill of IDR 1,820,205.405 (PHP 6734.76) including tax and service charge. We ordered the following items for its price:
10 cocktails
1 slushy
Promo of Chicken Wings + Pizza + Unlimited Soda
1 Pizza
1 2-flavored fries
Food wise, every food we ordered were delicious and very appetizing. In terms of their cocktails, it was actually way better than in Motel Mexicola. Woobar’s cocktails has more alcohol taste compared to Motel Mexicola’s. The only cocktail we didn’t like was the Smoky Margarita.
Service at Woobar was excellent! ❤️ All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Upon giving us the menu, first thing they said was we didn't need to hurry up and just to take our time in ordering our food/drinks. A staff actually passed by our daybed to ask if we need anything and if we were enjoying our stay. He even had a little chat to know us a little like the country we came from, and if we were still students or working girls.
If I’ll give a rating for my whole experience at Woobar from 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, I’ll rate it at 100! 😂 My friends and I even want to go back to Seminyak just to experience and stay at their hotel.
Woobar was the place where we felt that every money you spent, were so worth it for its quality and quantity. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ To the Woobar staff last November 27, 2018 around 2 - 6pm, thank you for your excellent service! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Below is a vlog on our adventures for days 6 and 7 in Seminyak, Bali. Feel free to watch it!
