While this Galvsport RB28TT R32 GTR was at Motul Racewars 2017 it was not ready to compete yet. It will be one to watch next year though. Amazing amount of engineering in it. The more you look the more you see. Tilton brake and clutch reservoirs, pedal box, Motec everywhere, Alcon front brakes with StopTech rear, AST remote reservoir coilovers front and rear and then you start looking at all the custom metal fabrication other than the lobster tail intakes.

As promised the other pics i took of this HKS R32 GTR replica. Replica is perhaps the wrong word as there are a few differences. Look-a-like is possibly better. Pics of the motor are some i took when it joined me at a track day some time back. At that stage it still had standard paintwork but had a HKS RB28 stroker motor. Bottom pic is of the real HKS GTR to compare. The Panasport G7C5C wheels are a reasonable match for the originals.  This car came 3rd for ET with a 19.438second @271.30 km/h run over the 1000m at Motul Racewars 2017. It"s fastest run of 271.98km/h with a slightly slower ET was still only good enough for 22nd fastest.

This 2011 Lamborghini Gallardo was the fastest car at Motul Racewars 2017 with a speed of 324.97km/h over the 1000m just beating(by 0.65 km/h) the second placed RH9 BNR32 GTR.  It’s quickest time of 18.791 seconds was 0.866 seconds behind the GTR’s quickest of  17.925. And no it wasn’t a stock Gallardo. They filled up an icebox around the coolers before each run and then drained the water out before the next.

Go before show 2001 Subaru Forester GT at Motul Racewars 2017 ran a best of 22.138 seconds @ 236.84 km/h.

This 1986 Ford RS Sierra Cosworth ran 233.77 km/h over the rolling 800m at Motul Racewars 2017.

1995 JZX90 Toyota rolling on Enkei RPF1′s covering Project Mu brakes ran 23.210 seconds @ 251.75 km/h over the Motul Racewars 2017 1000m track.

1999 ER34 GT-T Nissan Skyline. 22.465 seconds at 258.06 km/h at Motul Racewars 2017.

1987 R31 GTS/R Skyline coupe. The plates might mean it looks a lot faster than it is as it only ran 195.64km/h in the rolling 800m runs. No times listed for the 1000m runs which were held on the Sunday so it would appear to have had mechanical issues.

Very nice BNR32 GTR that wasn’t at Racewars to compete. If the RH9R plates are accurate it would have been quick. For those unaware the RH9 club is for street driven cars in Japan that run 9 seconds over the 1/4. There was another R32 GTR competing at Racewars with RH9 plates. That was the quickest car at the event and only lost out to be fastest by a poofteenth. Will be posting pics of those cars later.

1994 JZA80 Toyota Supra which ran a best time of 25.085 seconds @ 218.84 km/h over the 1000m at Racewars.

This 2001 S15 Nissan Silvia ran 233.01 km/h over the rolling 800m at Motul Racewars 2017.

1992 R32 Nissan Skyline GTR. 20.286 seconds @  272.07km/h over the 1000m was still only good enough for 21st position for trap speed over the 1000m at Racewars. The E/T was good enough to get 12th quickest though. I was in the lane next to this a few times and watched it disappear into the distance.

1995 CC Mitsubishi Lancer coupe. These were sold in Japan as a Mirage and were the 4th generation of that nameplate. Australian cars only got 1.8L 16V SOHC four cylinders as the biggest motor available in this body. This one has had an Evo 2L twin cam turbo motor fitted. It’s times and speeds were very close to my cars times over the 1000m at racewars with a 27.882 seconds @ 188.48 km/h best against my 28.120 @ 191.49. So it was slightly quicker but my car had a better top end.

1993 BNR32 Nissan Skyline GTR. 21.342 seconds @ 236.84 km/h over the 1000m at Motul Racewars 2017.

1997 JZX100 Toyota Chaser. There were a few Chasers at Racewars, This one ran 22.492 seconds @ 254.42 km/h over the 1000m.
