Google Music AI Sandbox Broader Access And New Features

Music AI Sandbox now has more features and accessibility.

Hardware, specific plug-ins, digital audio workstations, and mobile applications help artists create and discover inspiration. AI, a powerful new tool in this creative armoury, is expanding processes and sound possibilities.

Google has collaborated with artists, producers, and musicians to develop music AI. Since 2016, the Magenta project has investigated how AI might increase creativity, inspire, ease discovery, and enable new forms of expression in collaboration with the music community.

Our continuous cooperation led to Music AI Sandbox, which we made available to composers, producers, and musicians via YouTube's Music AI Incubator in 2023.

Adding Lyria 2, the latest music generation model, to Music AI Sandbox today builds on previous work. More American artists, producers, and composers will try these tools and provide input to improve them.

People collaborated with musicians on Music AI Sandbox. Their comments guided research and development, resulting in a set of ethically constructed instruments that are useful, practical, and might inspire new music production.

Adjust music precisely. You may modify the tone, genre, or style of a clip or sections of it using Edit. With straightforward controls, you may make subtle or radical changes. Users can use preset transformations to patch gaps, mix footage, create musical transitions, and change audio with text prompts.

Since founding Lyria, music industry specialists have advised and guided creativity. Lyria 2, their latest music generating model, delivers professional-quality audio outputs and high-fidelity music that captures minute nuances in various genres and intricate compositions.

The creators also produced Lyria RealTime, which enables users mix styles, genres, and sounds in real time to create, perform, and control music. Lyria RealTime lets users quickly explore ideas, create music, and form musical relationships.
