get all these men running a marathon then i can judge them
#I said this all the time except with 5k but I KNOW they've all got good 5k/10k times#*all the time for f1#So we're UPPING THE STANDARDS#Also cuz I'm trying to figure out my summer races... Gonna do a may half and then a marathon at some point...#But gotta decide on my training#ESP BC THE ONE I RAN LAST YEAR WAS AMAZING#But they CANCELLED IT FOR THIS YEAR AND NOW ITS ONLY A HALFFFFFFFFFF#Also i will say like... How much treadmill running do I rlly want 2 be doing and how. Much skiing is a replacement u know....#Idk I rlly liked the fall one AND liked the altitude boost#BUT the biggest L of that is that i curtailed how hard I went on hikes most of the summer bc i didn't want to burn out my legs#So idk..... I think i know where I'll be tho and there's a couple good races around...#Tetrapod runs#My friends were like oh so ur gonna get hooked after u run a marathon and like... Yea. Yea I am.#But I maintain that a half is just like SUCH a perfect distance like you can just trot along at a nice threshold pace#And finish not even too tired!!!#I'm sooo excited to run my next one it's with my college xc BFF and it's gonna be so fun!!!#Also i need some focus I'm bored if my daily!!!!!!!!!!!
