 　　“我的健康管家”（MyHealthManager）是由美國凱薩醫療機構推出的一個集成個人健康檔案系統，這在全美也是唯一的。截至去年年底，已有430萬人注冊使用，這個數字還在快速增加。僅去年上半年，通過該系統，患者已查看了1750萬次檢驗結果，向醫生發送了740萬封郵件，續購了710萬個處方，完成180萬次預約。

 這套系統爲什麽如此受歡迎呢？在聯網狀態下，使用者只需在該網站注冊成爲會員，就能了解到它提供的多項服務。該網站已將醫院內部、各業務科室、臨床與藥房、醫保、財務全部聯網。使用者首先能看到的是“我的信息中心”，在它的下方，用戶可以用發郵件的方式與醫生交流，既可以很快知道自己所需的就醫信息，又省去了去醫院的時間，方便快捷。在“我的信息中心”旁是“預約中心”，只需簡單的操作便可進行網上預約、浏覽和取消預約。接下來的是“我的醫療記錄”，用戶可以查詢包括檢驗結果、接種疫苗記錄等各種信息。如果已經有了花費，用戶可直接點擊“我的保險和費用”，就能直觀地浏覽自己的醫療保險和所能報銷的部分，同時還可以下載各種文件，並進行網上付費。診斷完病情後，醫生會直接將處方發到用戶附近的藥房（當然，藥房必須要聯網），病人在那只需報出名字等基本信息，即可領取藥物。這家醫療機構分布範圍廣，已成爲美國很多醫院的合作商，不但減少了患者去醫院的麻煩，而且藥物價格透明，不會出現醫生擡高藥價的情況。

  據調查，隨著該系統的推廣，使用了“我的健康管家”的用戶中，80%的人健康水平有了提高，他們的健康意識也逐步增強。用戶會及時向醫生報告自己的不適症狀，既能做好防範措施，也能得到及時治療。最近一項研究發現，使用該系統的用戶也更願意帶自己的孩子做例行健康檢查，2007年1月~2011年7月間，這些用戶帶0~15個月大的嬰兒做健康檢查平均至少6次，是其他人的2.5倍。來自佛羅裏達的瑞切爾就說：“有了‘我的健康管家’之後，我們全家人的健康狀況都改善了，它就像我們的家庭醫生，隨時關注我們的健康”。由于越來越多的人通過該系統就診，醫院也不再人滿爲患，醫院與藥房之間的合作加深，工作效率明顯提升。▲
