燃姑寺因座落于龙灯乡燃姑村而得名，是一座与众不同的藏传佛教寺庙. 楼上是天堂之神，平和端庄；楼下是地狱之神，狰狞恐怖。楼上楼下都有一尊巨型的双修佛居中，周围有四尊大双修佛对着四个方向，其余为奇形怪状、神态各异的小佛像。双修佛都是男女两两相抱，男佛像或愤怒状、或端庄状，女佛像搂着男佛像做痴迷状。四周墙壁上是神态各异的双修佛壁画。楼上的窗户，都用有鸳鸯、双喜图案的布蒙上。双修佛并不代表男女之间的事，有着深刻的宗教含义属于密宗.
