Burn Marks

They had told her to be careful. 

After a successful three days in Seoul, two days in Japan then the show two days ago in Madrid, AG had finally made it back to Paris. It had been years since the girls were in the city of love for Breakthrough’s music video shoot. This time, thankfully, no creepy guys or horrible managers were in sight. 

The members got to enjoy a day on the town before a stage rehearsal later that night. Immediately, Moxy and Aurora dragged their other members through the streets until they reached Miss Eve’s bakery. The older woman was beyond happy to see the girls again, this time all grown up. Juno and Hannah understood why the youngest member couldn’t stop talking about the pastries. They all tasted heavenly. While eating, they filled Miss Eve in on what had been going on since she saw them last. They even brought more posters and memorabilla to line the bakeries walls.

“I know you all getting big. Every year, more and more fans stop to admire my posters. I tell them ‘I meet AG before becoming famous.” Miss Eve's bragging had the girls falling out of their seats. 

Before they left, the girls invited Miss Eve to come to the concert, her eyes light up in excitement, “I bring niece! She big fan.” Miss Eve wouldn’t let them leave without bringing more food for their staff at the venue. The girls waved at Miss Eve as the car pulled off.

It’s been a long rehearsal. AG would be lucky to be in bed by 3am. Being at a smaller venue meant, readjusting every single performance so they stayed safe. Fortunately, the end was in sight. The director wanted to run through five more songs, but first was Cannonball. In the Seoul stadium, Cannonball had huge balls of fire going off all around the stage. Because of the size the girls were free to run wild. In smaller stadiums, everything was shifted and restricted for the girls' safety. The director would rather be safe than sorry especially with Hannah and Aurora since they were closest to the pyro. 

Everything was going smoothly until they spread out for the second verse of the song. Everyone was tired. The lethargy creeping into their bones had everyone acting silly in an attempt to make it through the song Aurora was jumping along with her group of dancers near the left of the stage. None of them paid attention to how close they had gotten the pyro until it was too late. The maknae flung her arm out just as her previously recorded voice screams “Let’s Go!” into the empty arena. 

Aurora smelt it first. She couldn’t place the exact smell nor could Aurora describe it. Can one really explain the smell of burning. 

Then the pain set in. 

Aurora's terrified scream halted everyone. Her three older members all flinched at the sound, taking a moment to realize that sound came from Aurora before they surrounded her. Encircling her between them. 

“What happened?”

“Aurora what hurts?”

“Do you need a doctor?” 

Somebody's finger grazed the burn spot on her arms causing another shrill scream to echo around the venue. “It hurts unnie, it hurts.” Aurora whimpered, clutching her arm close to her chest. Hannah catches the eye of their leader nodding her head toward backstage. Nodding, Moxy takes off to find the doctor. Without prompt, Juno turns her attention to the dancers.

“Did you see what happened?” Juno asked. One of them, a female dancer that has been with AG for years, nodded. 

“I guess we got too close to the pyro. Aurora-ssi flung her arm out just as the fire went off. Her arm was only in it for a second, Could that much damage happen that fast?” The dancer asked. 

“I’ll be able to tell you in a moment.” The voice of the on-site doctor answered as Moxy followed behind him. He walked onto the stage with his first aid kit toward the two girls and kneeled down in front of them. 

“Hi Aurora-ssi. It’s nice to meet you. I had hoped it wouldn’t be this soon but that's neither here nor there. I’m Doctor Choi and I’ll be traveling with you for the duration of your tour.” Doctor Choi placed his first aid kit in front of the quartet, opening it so they all could see inside. 

“Now Aurora, Moxy-ssi has informed me that you’ve burned yourself on the pyro. Could I see your arm? I won’t even touch it. I just need to see how serious the burn is to determine if you need to go to hospital..” Aurora looked to her unnies first. At Moxy’s nod, she held her forearm out in front of them for Doctor Choi to examine. Compared to her complexion, the burn mark stood out. The skin had turned red, some places puffed up and bumpy. 

“Good news, Aurora-ssi doesn’t need a hospital but we do need to move her backstage for me to treat her.” Doctor Choi closed his case and stood up. Worry grew between all four girls.

“Why backstage?” Hannah asked while helping Aurora stand without putting pressure on the younger arm. The doc was already walking to the back, the members forced to follow. 

“Because she has second degree burns. They need to be treated properly and I don’t have all the supplies in need in my bag..” At the doctor’s answer, four pairs of footsteps sped up. Doctor Choi led them to his makeshift treatment room and enlisted the girls' help in patching up Aurora's arm. 

Through each step he explained what he was doing and why. First, they rinsed the burn under cool water. “This’ll get the pain to stop.” Next, Doctor Choi had Hannah gently wash the area to disinfect it. Pangs of hurt ripple thru the older girls every time their maknae hissed in pain. 

Then, as carefully as he could, the doctor spread petroleum jelly across the entire burn. “This is to keep the area hydrated while it heals. I’ll also get some gauze with petroleum jelly already on it.” Lastly, Doctor Choi wrapped the burn snug enough not to move while Aurora dances but not tight enough to hurt. 

“Now, as long as you wash it every day and keep the wound hydrated with an ointment or more petroleum jelly, the burn should heal in three to four weeks. You’ll have to wear the gauze during performances though. If that’s all, I’d suggest Aurora-ssi sit out the rest of the rehearsal." Before she could argue, Moxy agreed. 

“Actually, we're all heading back to the hotel until closer to showtime.” 

Aurora shook her head, “Unnie we had four more songs to run through.” 

“Four song rehearsals don’t take priority over your health. Thank you for your help Doctor Choi.” Moxy bowed while Hannah pushed the group out the door, through the stadium  and to the parking lot where a car was already waiting for them. 

The ride back was quiet, all the girls were rocked physically and emotionally from what happened to Aurora but nobody felt that more than the maknae herself. Now that the painkillers were kicking in, the pain was ebbing away. But the sight of her bandaged forearm was an ugly reminder of what happened. Finally the familiar front of their hotel greeted their eyes. Slowly, all four women dragged their bodies through the ornate lobby to the elevators. The maknae knew after everything that had happened, there was no way her unnies would leave her alone. But she just wanted a second to process. Aurora tugged on her leader’s sleeve. She mouthed the words, Code: Alone Time. Migyeong pursed her lips but nodded, everyone in NCT respected the codes. When the elevator opened, Moxy herded Juno and Hannah to her room leaving Aurora to enter hers. There was a bit of push back but one look silenced them. Aurora closed the door and flopped onto her bed finally able to breathe. 

With nothing else to do, Aurora took a nap, taking care not to lay on her bandaged arm.

Aurora didn’t know how long she was asleep until she felt fingers running through her hair, gently undoing the slight tangles. Aurora could tell it was Hannah. Her other members weren’t ones for gentle wake up calls. 

“Eunji-ah? You awake?” Hannah murmured. Her fingers were pulling away but the maknae pushed her head back into her unnie’s palm. A soft smile grew on Hannah’s face, fingers continuing their mission. It was rare for Aurora to let her maknae tendencies loose. 

“You gotta get up. It’s time to head to the venue.” The elder got a hum in response but neither moved to get up. Hannah wasn’t in a hurry to rush the younger singer. Aurora was strong but that didn’t mean she was immune to shock or pain. If she wasn’t ready then they’d postpone until Aurora was. 

“I wanna inform the fans…about what happened.” she sat up, stroking her arm softly, “I don’t want them to worry when they see this bandage tonight.” 

Hannah reached over ruffling Aurora hair, “I think we can make that happen. But first we gotta visit the doc and get that gauze changed.”

Hello this is SM Entertainment, We’re here to inform the fans of a minor injury update. At the rehearsal for NCT AG’s concert in Paris tonight, Aurora sustained a minor burn on her arm. She is okay and has been treated already. Aurora has also chosen to perform tonight and will keep her arm wrapped until the injury heals completely.  Aurora is okay and urges fans to ease their worries and enjoy the show. We wish Aurora a speedy recovery and good luck for the concert tonight.

Dizzying Thoughts

In Osaka

“Unnie-yah, You ate right? I didn’t see you grab anything.” Juno sat down with her full plate in catering. The younger barely missed the leader's wince. Moxy’s face snapped back into a neutral position when Juno looked up. 

“Yeah I had some food earlier.”

In Madrid

“Migyeong-ah, I didn’t see you eat today. You’ve had something right?” Soonjae asked her charge while Moxy adjusted her mic.

“I ate a granola bar Unnie. You know how my stomach is before a show. I promise to eat after.” Before Soonjae could respond, The stage director started rehearsal.

In Paris

“What did you order last night, Gyeongie?” Hannah luckily was lounging on one of the beds in Moxy’s room while the aforementioned leader was finishing up her skincare in the bathroom. It’s lucky cause Hannah missed the flash of panic that racked thru older’s body while she thought of an answer. 

“Uhh…..I got a……burger?” 

“Really?” Hannah sat up, “I got one too but Kenji-oppa never mentioned getting you one too.” 

“He must have gotten mine earlier than you.” Moxy walked out the bathroom, praying her face didn’t betray her.

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\

The members of AG and their tour crew were crowded around two long tables with piles of food lining each one. The group was celebrating ending the European leg of AG’s tour with a final show in London tonight. While her members and staff sat around talking jovially and devouring the food laid out for them, Moxy sat hunched over. Moving the food around on her plate, illuding that she was eating. But Moxy had been doing quite the opposite for a while now. 

See, our precious leader has an anxious stomach. Sometimes things get so severe that the sight of food nauseates her. Leading to the rapper going on stage with nothing for her body to feed off of for three hours of vigorous dancing and exhausting singing. Nervousness mostly affects her before big moments in her career. Her first stage of Limitless. The first time she sang You Don’t Know Me. Her first recording session for Something Like A Party. You get the point.

It was never something she couldn’t manage. Once her worries were disproven, she’d take the time to eat and everything would be right with the world. Noone would be none the wiser. The first time it got real bad was during 127’s tour, Neo City - The Origin. Moxy was so nervous. Anxious over how each crowd would receive her. Everytime the boys offered her food she shrugged it off, promising to eat later at the hotel. Then she’d there and a whole new batch of fearful thoughts crept into her brain, taking her appetite with them. 

This went on for a weeks. Regretfully, all of 127 were just starting to get along. So the boys weren’t tuned into Moxy behavior until it was too late. After the group's show in Phoenix, Moxy collapsed as soon as she made it backstage. Nobody had a clue what was wrong so Soonjae made the decision to call an ambulance. She was diagnosed with low blood sugar and was forced to spend the night for observation. The managers knew they had to get to Houston. They all could tell getting them to leave would be like pulling teeth so they rebooked flights. Migyeong got the scolding of her life from Johnny when she came to. She proceeded to get smothered within an inch of her life between the arms of Doyoung and Taeyong. 

127 had a serious talk about what Moxy had been going through after the next show. Jaehyun and Doyoung paired up on ways to help the rapper get past her nerves before they got on stage and it worked. As the tour went forward, with her members help, Moxy was able to stomach small meals and snacks before performing. Anytime another attack came, she knew her members would be right there to help even when Moxy had to fly back to Korea for AG’s debut.

Before AG left for their tour, Johnny talked to her about keeping up with meals. 

“I’m seriously Migyeong-ah. I do not want to hear about you fainting while I’m here and you’re across the country.” Moxy grabbed Johnny’s hand. She felt the same concerns but she was better now. 

“It won’t get to that point and if it does I’ll tell Hannah. You know she doesn’t play with any of our health.” Moxy continued to pack. She missed her oppa’s concerned gaze. 

Now almost a month later and it was worse. Moxy was lucky to fly under Hannah's radar while the second oldest fretted over Aurora and her healing burn. As she looked around at the others happily shoveling food into their mouths, it nauseated her even further. Moxy pushed her plate away, ready to escape the stuffy restaurant into the sweet silence of her hotel room. But her actions caught the attention of her dongsaeng. 

“Unnie have you even eaten anything? Your plate still looks full.” Juno stole a piece of the elders chicken. The leader had to fight off the look of disgust. Then the question registered in her brain. If Moxy was in an anime, that one sweat drop would be right next to her forehead. 

“Oh! That's just because….. I grabbed more food than I can handle. Don’t wanna be too bloated before tomorrow.” She rubbed her stomach to sell the lie. 

“Are you girls excited?” Soonjae interrupted, “The crowd last night was crazy. I swear they’re the loudest we’ve heard so far.” 

Hannah snorted, “Yeah lets hope we don’t get another crying session courtesy of Aurora.” Aurora reached out to smack Hannah’s shoulder but the elder ducked out of the way. “YAH! I told you that was because my nanan was in the crowd.” Happy to have the attention off of her, Moxy slumped down in her chair.. The nauseous feeling dulling down. Maybe once she gets to the hotel, she’d be up to eating something. 

Yeah, she could do that. Just make it to the hotel. 

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\

That hotel meal didn’t happen. After dinner finished, Moxy had every intention of ordering something small but the girls were called to the venue to do some testing and last minute rehearsals. They didn’t finish until 3am. By that time, food was the furthest thing from the leader’s mind. She crashed as soon as her body hit the bed. 

Breakfast and lunch didn’t cross Moxy’s mind either. Even after a flawless show yesterday, Moxy woke up worried. She didn’t want to underperform especially when their fans had paid money to see them at their best. The leader went through the motions all day. Time passing in a daze of anxiety. She blinked and the group were being ushered to their places. During the entire opening, Moxy fought off several bouts of blurriness. The rapper was lucky her spots were drilled into her brain. She could find a formation blindfolded. 

Nobody questioned if something was wrong……at least until the dizzy spells started. 

Come on….not now… Moxy thought as another wave of dizziness washed over her after the girl group cover section. The results of her mistake had been growing and growing all night. Honestly, the stories of adrenaline doing crazy things to the human body was a fact to her now. Moxy had no idea how she made it through this much of the concert with passing out. 

She couldn’t wait until the show was over so she could finally eat. 

In the middle of the cordi noona’s helping her change for the next stage, Moxy felt her legs give out for a moment before she caught herself. The noona’s around her shared a look but Moxy waved them off. “Just lost my balance.” reassuring everyone

Come on girl……two sets then you’re home free.

Everything was moving in slow motion. Every step felt like it took minutes. Moxy barley felt the hands ripping clothes off and replacing them with the ones she needed for the encore. 

The noise around her turned into sludge. The rapper was incapable of distinguishing what anyone was saying around her. She didn’t even notice when her members surrounded her. 

“Noona?”

“Moxy..can…..you…..hear……”

“Is…..-thing…..on.” 

The world around her felt far away. Like she was floating into a dark abyss. The arena’s backstage a small box as she lifted off. 

Moxy didn’t even register when she hit the ground.

Her eyes opened to the concerned eyes of Soonjae. 

Moxy’s brain caught up before her body. The memories of the night coming like photos in her brain. Skipping meals. Feeling sluggish just as the concert started. The dark spots in her vision as she looked out at the thousands of fans. The dizziness giving way to exhaustion finally taking her out. Confusion, recognition then panic rattled through her. She sat up but another sudden wave of dizziness almost sent her back down. Soonjae tried to push her back but Moxy twisted away. 

The director ran in, “I don’t know how much longer we can stall.” 

Hannah’s eyes snapped over, anger blasing, “You better find time. Migyeong’s not awake yet but when she does there's no way she’s going on stage yet.”

“Actually look who's joined us.” At Soonjae’s voice, three faces snap to Moxy’s place on the couch. All wearing different expressions: one pissed, one of concern and another of relief. They crowded around the leader but instead of assuring them she was ok. Moxy went against Hannah’s words. 

“Yes….I am.” Moxy was finally able to say after the dizziness faded. She tried getting up but Hannah pinned her with a dark look. 

“Moxy you just passed out. No way are we performing the encore.” Hannah was ready to argue back but Moxy glared. 

“Good thing you're not the leader.” Four pairs of arms reached out as Moxy stood up, wobbling a bit in place but quickly steadying herself, “I was only out for a couple minutes. We’re going out there and finishing this show.” Everyone tried to object but Moxy just held her hand up. “I’ll take it easy but we are going out there and that’s final.” Nobody said anything. Well nobody had the courage to. 

Hannah, Juno and Aurora worried over the leader's condition but they all knew she wouldn’t change her mind. Slowly everyone resumed their tasks. Three women surrounded Moxy to fix her makeup and clothes. Practically erasing the past four minutes from reality. 

The girls ran to reenter the stage while the music started up for Our Time Is Here. Several mangers followed behind the eldest, making sure she made it to the stage safely. Before Moxy walked out, Soonjae grabbed her hand. 

“Answer me one thing? Have you been eating?” Moxy’s silence was answer enough. She couldn’t even look Soonjae in the eye. 

If looks could kill, Moxy wouldn’t be walking into a stadium full of cheers from the crowd. She’d be in for an earful when they got back to the hotel.

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\

Moxy stayed back to get checked by the doctor while her other members left for the hotel. Maybe I won’t get chewed out tonight Moxy though as the car pulled into the hotel's parking lot. The dread built as she walked through the lobby to the elevators. The leader dragged her body down the hall, feet sliding on the carpeted floor. She swayed on her feet, fumbling with the key to unlock her door. 

She could feel the embrace of her bed close by but instead of a blissfully cold bed, there sat Hannah with a full bag of food and holding a phone, Moxy sighed knowing what she was in for.

“Oppa’s on the phone for you.” Hannah held the phone out for the leader to take.

“Taeyong-oppa?” She said, hopeful. 

“No…..Johnny-oppa.”

“Shit…” Hope’s shattered, Moxy plopped down on the chair across from Hannah. The dancer focused on taking out the food while Moxy braced herself for a pissed off Johnny.

“Yeobeoseyo?”

“........Thea Marie Thompson.” 

“Oppa before you start—” 

“Don’t even try it, Thea.” Moxy’s mouth snapped shut. She could feel Johnny's anger through the phone. 

“I can’t believe I’m talking to you about this. You promised me we would not repeat what happened during Regular promotions. You promised me you’d eat, Thea. But now not only am I getting calls from Soonjae but from Hannah about you passing out and still going back on stage.” Hearing Johnny’s retelling of what happened tonight made Moxy feel worse than she already did. Maybe things had gotten bad and she just didn’t want to acknowledge it. 

“I did and it wasn’t going that far. At least I didn’t think it was. I…I was only skipping food before the show. I tried to eat after..…but things got hectic. And that's on me. My nerves have been getting to me and I felt like I couldn’t stomach anything. So I kept going because I had to” Both sides of the line were quiet. “I’m sorry for not calling for help.”

“Tell me why I shouldn’t fly out to make sure you’re eating before every show.” 

“Hannah’s already got food sitting in front me.” Moxy looked out at the impressive spread Hannah was able to put together between the ending of the show and the car ride to the hotel. 

“You should have told Hannah beforehand.” 

“I thought I could handle it okay! I’m not some little kid Johnny. I’m a young adult who made a mistake and went past her limits” She heard Johnny sigh on the other end.

“You’re right…..You’re right you are an adult. But can you blame me for being concerned? Last time this happened, you landed in hospital with no one knowing what was wrong. I never want any of us to go through that again.” Moxy didn’t like to think about her last stretch of not eating. All of her memories revolved around the worried looks of the 127 members as they surrounded her hospital bed. 

“I’m sorry Johnny. I promise to keep a closer watch on my food intake.” 

“And I promise to help her.” Hannah chimed in, making Johnny and Moxy laugh. “Don’t worry oppa, we’ll get our leader back on track.” Hannah placed a container of food in front of Moxy and a fork. Before he hung up, Johnny told Hannah to take photo evidence of Moxy eating and send it to him. To ease his worries. 

Moxy finally dug into the delicious food Hannah had ordered. It’s not weird to cry over really good food, right?

“So what happens?” Hannah asked between bites. 

“What do you mean?” 

“When it feels like you can’t eat. What runs through your head.” Moxy blew a raspberry trying to think of how to answer that.

“I guess….I overthink about everything. The performance and my vocals. I want everything to be perfect for the fans. I don’t want to disappoint them. Those thoughts…..they run through my brain like a hamster wheel. I get overwhelmed then my stomach gets queasy. You know what happens next.” Moxy took another bite of her food. 

The members of 127 set up a code word to help Moxy through these anxious moments. Code: Underwater. Anytime her emotions took over, Moxy could text one of the members at any time. They in turn would help calm her down and get a couple bites of food down in Moxy’s system. The more she thought about it. The more the truth behind her regression became apparent. She was AG’s leader. Calling her older members for help with her anxiety felt like she was being a baby. Someone that wasn’t fit to lead a team, especially when they were away from home. 

“Now, you got me to help. And anytime you feel nervous like that I’ll remind you that you’re a beast and one of the best leaders around.” Hannah shook her shoulders, getting a smile on her face. 

Luckily, she has the greatest members on the planet. Who would never think less of her for having anxieties. 

“Even if you made a mistake you could never disappoint anyone. Not us and much less the fans, okay?” Moxy nodded. It would be difficult reaching out at first. But she never wanted to worry her members again. Not when it can be stopped beforehand. Taking Hannah’s words to heart, The oldest began to eat with earnest, savoring every bite. 

As they ate, Aurora and Juno joined them with their own food. The four of them crowded around the small table, sharing what they had between them. Moxy knew the younger two wanted to be close after she scared them today. 

The members decided to screw bedtime and just stay up. They scrolled through instagram, played music, danced and even caught up with some of the members. They all needed a night like this. After all, the tour just started. AG had a long way to go.

I Care

"I'm gonna kill the company." Haechan's eyes followed his fellow members figure as she paced back and forth in the living room of his home. Juno had stormed into his house a mere thirty minutes after he texted her about packing for the airport.

The woman marched through his front door, threw her purse down and had been plotting the downfall of SM ever since.

"You can't kill a company Juno."

"Then I'll get someone to buy it."

"Do you even know anyone with enough money to buy SM as a whole?"

"Have you met Chenle?" She paused her pacing to look at Donghyuck incredulously.

"I love Chenle just like everyone else. Unfortunately, He does not have enough money to buy out the company." Juno began to throw a mini tantrum, whining and stomping her feet. Haechan had to cover his smiling face with his hand. It was impossible not to find cute. Minutes later, Juno flopped down on the couch crossing her arms with a pout while Donghyuck continued to pack his bag.

He went back to his room to get his latest clothing obesseion, his loewe beanie, only to see the women now laying across his luggage case in protest. Haechan walk over to stand over Juno, trying and failing to look stern.

"You have to let me pack."

"You need to rest."

"I feel better."

"NOT ENOUGH FOR ME!" Juno sat up, eyes sharp in anger but they quickly turned sad. She walked over to the window looking over the Korea skyline.

Juno was so worried when the news came out about Haechan being sick. The signer was halfway booking a fight until Thea called to give her the rundown. The talk with AG's leader stopped her from flying out to 127's location but it didn't stop her worry. After Haechan told her he'd be flying back to Korea, she forced one of the managers to take her to the airport and pick the sick man up.

Mama Lee and Juno had been tag teaming, getting Donghyuck to do nothing but sleep, eat and drink water. Day's later, their hard word paid off. Donghyuck was better. His fever went down, his throat wasn't as scratchy but it still hurt when he swallowed.

Someone should have told SM the better didn't mean best.

Juno let out a deep sigh. Wishing there was a way to get the company off the younger's back so he can rest, properly.

Haechan made his way to her side, wrapping an arm around her waist and bringing her close. Haechan may have indulged a bit and placed a soft kiss on the side of her forehead.

"It's just a fansign. I won't be doing anything else."

Juno sighed, "A fansign which leads to a performance. Which leads to practices for dream then SM just takes advantage of you again and works you until your sick...again." She turns around in his hold to face him, "You need rest to get better. You can't keep getting to 70 percent then go on about your day." Haechan could tell the singer was serious about this. Serious about him taking care of himself. But its hard when it feels like your success as an idol is reliant on you being present twenty-four seven.

Donghyuck somehow pulled her closer, resting his head against hers. The pair stayed that way for awhile, pausing the world until its just the two of them. Juno wanted to fight more. Storm into the company and force them to let Donghyuck rest but she didn't have that kind of power. Not yet anyway.

She also knew her fellow singer found it hard to sit in one place for more than a day. The younger confessing that having her close made the time pass quicker. Made him feel less lonely. If that's the least Juno can do, she'd do it.

"Wanna help me finish packing?"

"....fine. I'll be making sure you dont forget an ounce of your medcine. Mama Lee's orders."

"Of course! Wouldn"t wanted to disrespect Mama Lee."

The rest of the night was spent folding clothes in comfortable slience.

And if Juno force fed him his medicine right before he got out of car the next day....nobody needed to know.

When I See You Again

The twenty members of NCT were gathering to practice for their all member concert, NCT Nation. On and off through all their schedules the members had been adding extra practices to get ready for the show. Today, all twenty four members were supposed to rehearse Resonance and the new version of Black on Black. But their leader informed them, he let the members of AG off the hook. 

The four girls had successfully wrapped the U.S. leg of their tour the same weekend Taeyong and WayV were in L.A. for Kcon. Taeyong had taken one look at the girls once they landed and sent them off to their dorm. 

But it seems they didn’t listen. 

“I thought I told you guys to take this practice off.” Taeyong looked at the last four members of NCT in exasperation. 

“And I said that if we were all practicing then all of us should be here. No matter how tired some of them are. Now aren’t you gonna welcome us back.” At Moxy’s word, all twenty boys were clamoring over each other to welcome back the members of AG. 

This was the longest time they all had been separated from their female members and it was a hard adjustment. Taeyong made frequent calls to Soonjae checking on every little thing, ever the leader. Yangyang wasn’t one to sleep with a stuffed animal but nobody in WayV questions the plush sheep that stayed on his bed after Hannah flew out. The dreamies made sure no one would forget they are eight during ISTJ promotions. 

NCT missed their girls. Sue them. 

The only one not rushing over to greet them was Dream’s lead singer Renjun. To be honest, after AG’s first show in Korea, He took advantage of the girls being busy to deal with his feelings a bit more. He always knew he liked Moxy but he didn’t know how much until that night. Where he saw her blossom in front of his very eyes. Renjun didn’t take his eyes off her the entire night. A fact that he members wouldn’t let him forget after Chenle caught him on video drooling during Fuego. 

He was in fact not drooling and you won’t get him to admit it. 

But when he finally came to his senses, Moxy and her members were jet setting off across the globe and Renjun was left in Korea. Now here they were. Moxy stood right in front of him with freshly sunkissed skin and a toned body that left the younger breathless. Renjun’s inner thoughts were acting up. He almost asked Jeno to slap some sense into him but he wasn’t that desperate. Yet. 

The blonde was so caught up in his brain, he noticed Moxy coming over a moment too late. Renjun was not ready for this. So when Moxy came closer for a hug, Renjun made an impulsive decision. 

He dogged her, awkwardly placing an one arm around her waist and pulling her in for a side hug before ducking away when Chenle and Jisung took up her attention. Badgering her for stories about their time in America. As if they weren’t there a couple months ago. 

What the hell was that, He thought while sulking in a corner when Haechan wandered over. 

“God! I did not know one of my best friends could be so pathetic!” Haechan slung his arm around the shorter wide shoulders, The impact moving them both forward a couple inches. 

“Hyuck-ah, I don’t need this right now.” 

“Actually I think you do.” The singer turned the two of them to face their noona reuniting with their older members. “Your love interest has been gone for months without a single call or text from you and all she gets is the most awkward side hug of the century?! Where is the romance?! Where is the drama? The moment where the star-crossed lovers, separated by time and space, finally get back to each other and can't keep their hands off of each other.” Haechan shook his hyung after every word. Renjun forcefully pushed away when the room almost started spinning

“Noona and I are not some soap opera for you.” Before Haechan could come up with a quip, their managers were calling them to their places.

He really shouldn’t have expected less from his noona. As soon as their manager called for a break she wandered over to where he was, sat on the ground laughing at Ten and Kun’s bickering. She crouched next to him and tapped his shoulder. Renjun leaned his head over acknowledging her.

“Could we talk?” Moxy whispered in his ear. Without alerting anyone, the two made their way outside the small gym the group was using to practice their concert in. Renjun caught Donghyucks attention, signaling for him to cover for them. Renjun rolled his eyes at the kissy face he  made in acknowledgement. 

Say what you will about Donghyuck. Nobody supports their feelings more than him. Except for Jisung and Aurora. Those two are HUGE gossips. 

The two members turned a couple corners so nobody would try to spy on them coming to stop after a fourth left turn. They both leaned on the wall facing each other. Silence took over the hallway again. Moxy reached over and grabbed his hand, starting to play with his fingers. A habit the rapper did to gather her thoughts. 

It’s moments like this where Renjun couldn't help but fall deeper and deeper in love with the gorgeous person standing in front of him. Migyeong was physically attractive, even he couldn’t deny that. All the members were pretty sure most 4th gen idols have had or currently have a crush on her. But for Renjun, it was the dozens of quiet moments they shared together. Just two people existing in the same place at the same time. No talking required. They could read each other like books without saying anything. 

When Migyeong walked in for practice, Renjun knew she was tired because of the sleep still caught in her eyes. He knew Migyeong wanted to talk because she kept glancing over at him. Even now, he could see she had something to say but was trying to find less harsh words. Migyeong took a deep breath, steeling herself, before speaking. Letting her chocolate brown eyes bore into his. 

“Why—Why didn’t you call?” She uttered but before Renjun could respond, more words came flooding out of her mouth. 

“I mean, I called almost everyday while you were off on tour. But while I was gone, you didn’t.” Renjun noticed the water pooling at the edges of her eyes, blinking to keep it from spilling over. “I just wanna know if all my calling was bothering you. Cause if it was, I wish you would have told me. I would toned it down..” Before Moxy could keep rambling, Renjun wrapped his arms around her, pulling her into him.

“Woah, woah..shhh. Relax noona.” Renjuns hand glided up her back, settling on her neck. Gently, he guided her to look at him but her eyes weren’t open. “Look at me  亲 (Qīn).” Once her eyes opened, Renjun spoke. 

“First of all, your calls never annoyed me. They actually helped me keep going.” He paused, swallowing, “I didn’t call because I already know what it's like on tour. It's draining and for you, I knew it would be worse. Noona, you’re one of our biggest introverts. Too much time with people and you check out.” They both took a seat on the floor, Moxy laying her head on his shoulder. “When you're on tour, all you’re dealing with is people. Staff, dancers and fans on a daily basis. I didn’t want to add to that. And if I hurt you with my assumption then I’m truly sorry.” They sat in silence after Renjun finished explaining. Moxy resumed playing with his fingers while she let the words float around her mind. 

“I was tired…..all the time. Sometimes I would sit in my hotel room with the lights off and just stare at the ceiling.” Moxy moved away so she could face him,” But I would have loved to hear from you. You are the exception, Junnie.” 

“I got it. I’ll make sure to call next time. “ Renjun smiled when the rapper laced their fingers together. 

“That's a long time from now.” 

“What? Are you guys already getting ready for the next album?” 

“Naw, SM told us we were sticking with the original albums concept. We get a bit of a break before diving into the next series.” Moxy scooted closer, if that was even possible. 

“I missed you.” 

“I would say the same but I was always checking the reactions on twitter after each show.” Renjun smiled, finally getting Moxy to laugh at his own whippedness. 

“Really! What was your favorite one?” She asked as they both stood and made their way back to the practice room. 

“The night of your Dallas show there was one video. A woman posted her niece’s reaction to you entering the stage at the top of the show. She was like nine and as soon as your face appeared on the screen…tears. She just started crying and reaching for you. She was so precious.” 

“I think I remember seeing that.” The two entered back into the gym right as their manager called a return to practice. Before Moxy took her place for Resonance, She properly wrapped her arms around his waist tucking her head into his neck. Quickly, Renjun reciprocated. 

“Now that's a proper welcome back hug.” Moxy’s whisper plastered a goofy smile on his face.

Getting All The Info

"So there's just one more thing you guys need to know about know that you're offically NCT members." Juno walks over to her bag and retrieves a book with a laminated cover. Tossing the book into Sion awaiting hands, Wish's leader turns it over to read the title.

"The NCT Codes??" Sion glances from the book to his fellow leader, confused but curious. His other members scoot closer, all of them closing in to get a good look at the book too.

"The NCT Codes. We didn't have a legit book up until a couple of months ago but the leaders and I figured it was better to give you guys a guide to how we operate." Juno took a seat in front of them and grabbed the book from Sion's hands.

"NCT is a group of 30 people with complex personalities. Sometimes its hard to share what's going on, you don't feel like talking and you want everyone to leave you alone for an hour or two. That's what the codes are for. It signals to every member what you want or need." Juno flipped to the the first page before handing the book back to the boys.

"You don't have to memorize all of them cause they're are alot. But the first three or four pages have the most relevant ones that you all should know." Instead of going back to practice, Juno took time to explain some of the codes the boys asked about

Code: Missing [inset item here]

"Between the thirty of us, there's a ton of places where items can get lost. This code just lets the members what to look out for. Make sure if you use it to send the code with a description or picture of the item."

Code: Eminem

"This is for anytime you wanna hang out with the members after a long day. This usually leads to a big movie night with a bunch of junk food so just be ready for that."

Code: Knights Of The Round Table

"A special code for the leaders and their second-in commands. This one if used frequently to go over scheduling so everyone knows where the others are. Sion-ah from now on, we'll both be attending these meetings together."

Code: Parental Supervision

"Whenever your doing something but you want one of the leaders there with you, use that code and whoever's free will show up. I want you all to remembers there's no shame in using this. A lot of us use Parental Supervision when we have to deal with managers or show runners we'd rather not be around alone.

Code: Sick Leave

"Self-explanatory but if any of you are sick, please tell us so we can help if we can.

Code: Alone Time

"Use this anytime you want a moment alone. There's also another code to use when your ready to be around people again."

Code: Wardrobe Malfunction

"If your unsure or uncomfortable in any wardrobe choices the stylists have made, Use this code. One of the leaders or a hyung will get everything sorted."

This kept going for a while, The boys asking about codes while Juno explained their uses. Some were funny, painting a portraits of the moments that lead to it creation. Others were more sobering. Those ones showed the new members what their older members had been through to get to the present.

"Ane, Did you write this last one." Sakuya flipped to the back of the book. The last six pages were blank except for some familiar handwriting . Sakuya could tell Juno's script anywhere. No matter what language she was writing in, it always looked pretty and polished. Ryo looked over his shoulder to see what was written.

"Code: Ane? What's this for?"

"Code: Ane is a NCT Wish only code. That's what the blank pages are for. Every group has their own book where they can write down codes specific to their sub-unit. These blank pages are for us and I figured as leader, I'd come up with the first one." Juno moved closer to the boys taking a seat between Ryo and Riku.

"Code: Ane is for any of you to use whenever you need me. You drop the code and I'm gonna come running as fast as I can." Even though they haven't been together long, Juno's top priority was reminding her boys they can trust her. That they could lean on her.

Trust was something Moxy fostered quickly with the members of AG. The tight knit relationship Moxy cultivated between the four women was why Juno looked up to her a leader. She wanted at create a space where the boys could rely on her but also joke and play around with her like little brothers do with their sisters.

And she planned on proving it every day.

"Alright, enough reading. Lets get back to practice." All the boys whined enjoying having a break but they still got back into their places. They had a debut to prepare for.

MORE WISHxJuno CONTENT!!! I'm so excited for their debut. I'm considering getting the SMTown Tokyo beyond live so I can see their debut!!! We better get NASA as well.

Also, New Juno header!! I knew I had to redo it as soon as Wish was confirmed. I think I'm gonna keep the other one to use anytime I write about Juno with the Boss!Unit.

I decided to make the NCT Codes and official thing in this universe. At first it was something fun to throw in but now they feel more important to AG's universe. I'll probably weave in more codes as time goes on.

Golden Hour

From Coconut Noona Injunnie!!! Look Momo-ah didn’t come home last night. I know she passed out in the practice room. I was wondering if you could drop some clothes off for her to change into? I saw on the shared calendar that you we meeting with some producers for you cover. You’ll be at the company earlier than me. I’ll leave a bag in the kitchen for you to grab. Thanks!!!

These were the two messages Renjun woke up to. He kind of felt pathetic. All Hannah had to do was mention Migyeong’s name and he was making a detour to the AG dorm, picking up the aforementioned bag then heading down to his car.

The singers heart clenched when his fellow member said Moxy spent the night at the company. Probably passed out after too many run-throughs of tour choreo. All of the NCT members were worried about the rapper. Coming from one world tour and going straight into another was a lot for anyone. Just ask Haechan and Mark at the beginning of 2023.

But nobody could tell Moxy ‘no you can’t.’ or ‘maybe you should rest.’ By next year, any 127 promotions we’re gonna be on hold while most of their male members started military service. No way was Moxy not gonna give it her all.

Renjun sighed and shook his head as he pulled into one of the empty parking spaces. Sometimes he couldn’t help but admire people like Mark, Haechan, and the members of AG. Giving their 200% to two groups is a lot. But none of them would have it any other way.

The males mind shifted to his upcoming meeting. He’s been wracking his brain for days. Thinking of the perfect song for his next cover. Every song felt good but not good enough. Which lead to him changing his mind more times than he can count. The managers made the meeting today to finally nail down the song so they could get started rearranging and scheduling time to film the video.

In the middle of his overthinking, Renjun didn’t even register when he made it up the elevator to the door of 127’s practice room. I really need coffee is what he thought as he opened the door. He checked around the room for his g— the girls sleeping body.

The sight on front of him made all the thoughts moving around in his brain halt.

Sprawled across the leather couch was Moxy. Her prone body underneath the knitted blanket Jisung and Chenle bought for her birthday. One leg was dangling over the edge, a foot grazing the grey floor. Her left arm curled underneath her head, holding the pillow in place. The long curly hair spread out in a halo around her head. Waves of black and light brown cascading over the couch cushion.

Renjun remembered when she came back from the hair salon months ago. Moxy stood in the Dream dorm complaining about what the company decided to do with her hair for Fact Check. Black with light brown chunky highlights.

Honestly Renjun couldn’t help but laugh cause he, along with everyone in the K-pop industry, knew Moxy could pull off anything. It wasn’t any different with this look either. When 7dream watched the music video, Renjun choked on his drink when her face appeared first, curly hair and devastating eye makeup

The boys got a big kick out of that.

As quiet as he could, Renjun walked over to her side and set the bag down by her foot. His hand was inches away from her shoulder when the light of dawn filled the room. The orange and red sunrise illuminated every inch. Coating Moxy in a ethereal glow.

If Renjun could commit an image to memory, it would be Migyeong in the morning. The way the sun bounced off her caramel skin had him addicted. Any time she spent the night in his room, he’d wake up early just to get a glimpse of her in the morning.

And like lightbulb going off, Renjun knew the song he wanted to cover.

He watched Moxy's eyes flutter open, disoriented. Her mind registering who who was in front of her.

“Junnie-ah?” Her voice rough with sleep, “What are you doing here?” Moxy tried to sit up but her body wasn’t cooperating. So Renjun stepped in. He wrapped an arm around her shoulders and gently pulled Moxy upright. Her body curled into his side naturally, head nested in the crook of his neck. Somehow, even though she's taller, Moxy made herself smaller to fit in the male's arms.

Sometimes Renjun has a really hard time not squealing around her.

He felt more than he heard her mumble something, "What did you say?"

"I said....isn't your cover meeting today?" Moxy voice got clearer, stronger as she woke up fully.

Renjun moved the hand near her waist upward, taking a curl and tucking it behind the sleepy girl's ear, "Yeah. I've got ten minutes until it starts." With a groan Moxy sits up, stretching her torso out. A few bones cracking after her stay on the couch.

"Did you finally figure out the song you want to sing?" She asked, Moxy's eyes blinking slowly.

The sun finally showed its face, making the practice room ten times brighter. The light casting a white glow around Migyeong.

Beautiful he thought.

"Yeah. Yeah I did." He said was a smile.

I swear Renjun releases a cover and my MoxJun muse bangs on pots and pans until I wake up a write something for them.

I also wanna take the time to say sorry for the time between posts. Work really ramps up during this time of year but after a couple for weeks I'll be free to post and write as much as I want!! So just be patient with me. I'll post as I finish things but the bulk of the posts I plan to release during the December

The Finale Collide

It's finally here my friends!! The long awaited finale to Taeyong and Moxy animosity era!! Honestly I'm both hype and scared for this post. Hyped because I'm proud of myself for writing this down and posting it. Scared cause I hope it lives up to the hype but I guess we'll see. Anyways enjoy the finale!!

It started with little comments

“Moxy, could you not play your music so loud at night?”

“Migyeong, maybe shave down a bit of your time in the bathroom.”

“Why aren’t you picking these steps up? You were at the top of your dance lessons right?” 

Each word ground at Moxy’s patience with her new bandmates. 

For months, Moxy had been dealing with the cold shoulder from all her members. Well, most of them. Haechan resolutely ignored the way his hyungs were acting. Moxy frequently found herself greeted by the group's maknae in her room waiting to gossip about their days. Johnny and Doyoung were pulled between the two sides constantly. Slowly but surely it felt like they were pulling away from her too. Missed hangouts were becoming common. The reasons are usually bogus member-related excuses.  

The only time she got some reprieve was with her friends, at gymnastics or at night when all the boys in her dorm were asleep. The makeup noonas have been complaining about her eye bags for a while now. Migyeong figured she had at least a couple more late night snack sessions before managers got involved. 

After a year, 127 hadn’t gelled with their newest member and Moxy felt the ice could break underneath her feet. Leaving her to drown at any second. During their first performance of Limitless, Moxy messed up a move she’d nailed in every practice beforehand. For someone else, it was just debut nerves. For Taeyong, it gave him all the reason to nitpick Every. Single. Move she made. 

“Your arms need to be bent more.”

“You’re supposed to be expressionless Migyeong.”

“Your jump is still a half a second late.”

“It’s right-left-right Migyeong, not left-right-left.”

Those were just the minor ones though. Chain was the most difficult choreography she had encountered. Moxy spent hours after each practice committing the moves to memory. Any time she tried with Johnny, Doyoung or even Donghyuck, She was fine. Hitting every move with the speed and precision required. Her muscle memory vanished in front of Taeyong. One time she was late by seconds, making everyone look off. Another time, Moxy fumbled her footing causing her to bump into Taeil. During this latest run-though Moxy’s head must have been in the clouds. She was so off. She was basically dancing at half speed. By now, Taeyong had had enough.

“MOXY!! We are a week out from filming. There is no way you can keep messing up this choreo. Not after last time.” 

“I slipped slightly during my first performance ever. It never happened again Taeyong!” Migyeong had taken to only addressing Johnny and Doyoung as Oppa. She refused to give Taeyong respect when after all this time he hadn’t earned it. The other members were granted a sunbae or -ssi. Doyoung tried to convince the younger to call them all oppa but Moxy was stubborn. 

“What have they done to deserve that title?” Was her response. 

“Secondly, I know I have it down. Johnny’s watched me nail it several times.” Taeyong rolled his eyes.

“Well Johnny isn’t your leader I am. Now we're all gonna run the dance break until everyone gets it right.” Some of them groaned but Doyoung noticed that Taeyong didn’t look away from Moxy even when addressing everyone. The manager ran the music again. Everything was going smoothly….

Until both Taeyong and Moxy got the quick movements wrong. 

“ARE YOU KIDDING ME MOXY!!” “DON’T LOOK AT ME AS IF IT WAS JUST ME!! YOU MESSED UP TOO!!!!”

“Both of you need to relax.” Johnny tried to diffuse the situation. He and Doyoung walked over to Moxy hoping to smooth out the tension between their leader and their female member. 

“Johnny if he looks at me like I’m the only one in the wrong—” 

“Johnny, we don't have time for this!”

“OH PLEASE! Like you’ve ever had time for me, oppa!” Moxy’s eyes snapped over to their leaders. Her gaze made the older boy flinch. Whispered conversations all ceased. Everyone's attention was on the leader and the girl. 

“I haven’t done anything. For a year! To any of you. I was added to this group. I never expected to be welcomed with open arms. You don’t know me. I don’t know you. And after a year, both statements are still true and I can’t take it anymore!” Moxy points to the closed practice room door, “I walk through that door for every practice scared of the people I’m supposed to rely on. Then that feeling follows me to the dorms where I can’t be myself because everything I do annoys you! The only time I get some piece?! When you’re all asleep. And you wonder why I’m always tired.” Moxy eyes were ablaze. The heat gets to all the males in the room. 

“I don't know what it is about me thats got you so pressed but I am SICK of it. Maybe it's because in all the training you did, I made it in half the time. Maybe I’m so good that you're trying any trick in the book to get me to leave.” Moxy tried to make her way closer but Johnny and Doyoung stopped her. Or at least they tried. Moxy ripped out of their grips, not stopping until she was face to face with Taeyong. “I don’t know and I don’t care. What I do know is if you look at me cross-eyed one more time there won’t be a plastic surgeon in Korea that could fix your face once I'm done.” Heavy breaths left her Moxy as the adrenaline of her anger finally dissipated. The room was left tense

Realizing what she said to a guy older than her, Moxy brought her gaze to the floor. Several of the members thought she was gonna apologize right then (They don’t know what a black woman from Chicago's anger is like.). Moxy shook her head making her way to her bag. She threw her stuff in quickly and before anyone could blink, Moxy was out the door, slamming it in her wake. The slam knocked everyone out of her trance. Taeyong watched as Doyoung and Johnny ran after, calling her name. Moments later, the two walked back in with unreadable expressions. The rest of the members looked at Taeyong carefully, watching their leader's face.

“Let’s run it again.” Was all he said.

Practice lasted hours. Strangely, Taeyong was silent the entire time. His other members kept glancing at each other wondering what was running through his mind. When practice was finally called, Johnny and Doyoung ran to their bag packing their things in a hurry. They got to the door but before they could leave Taeyong voice rang out

“Where are you two going?” 

Before Johnny could stop him, Doyoung whipped around to face his leader. Fury written in his gaze, “To find her. And when we do, we are all gonna sit down as a group and settle this. Because this can’t happen anymore and I’m not gonna lose her.” 

“So you’re finally choosing her over me. Over us? Someone you’ve barely known for a couple months. Doyoung she’s not your family. We are!” Taeyong shouted. Several bodies flinched at the sound. 

“AND SHE COULD BE TOO!” Johnny had enough. His angry voice was like thunder and it made even their leader too stunned to speak up. “Taeyong have you ever given her a chance to be a part of this family? Let me answer for you, you haven’t.” Everyone could tell Johnny was trying to reign himself in. Trying not to yell even though they all felt like they deserved it. “Taeyong-ah I don’t know what's going on in that head of yours. Hell, none of us do because you close us off all the time. But that girl doesn’t deserve this ire from you. She’s good. She’s damn good and you can’t pull your head out of your ass to see it.” 

“Hyung,” Doyoung broke the silence in the air, “Johnny hyung and I have had to talk Moxy out of quitting four different times now. And after what just happened, I don’t know if we can make her stay. So right now me and Johnny hyung are gonna do our best to bring her back.” Doyoung shifted his gaze to the rest of their members. All of them in different states of shame. “You all are welcome to come along. Maybe seeing more than just us will be enough to convince her.” Doyoung watched as the boys he either grew up with or watched grow up all stand still, not knowing which way to go. Do they fight to keep Moxy or do they follow their leader who stood in the middle of the floor holding back tears. Doyoung sucked his teeth, turning his back on his members and gesturing for Johnny to follow. 

Just as they made it down the hall, the door to their practice room opened.

“Hyung! Wait up!” Haechan and Mark ran to catch up. “I’m coming. I don’t want to lose noona.” 

“If Haechan’s going then so am I” Mark added. The two older boys looked proud at the younger members' decision

“So are we.” Jaehyun spoke for himself, Yuta and Winwin. 

“Is he-” Doyoung started to ask but Yuta shaking his head was enough of an answer for him. Johnny corralled the boys to the elevator that just opened. They all piled in and made it downstairs to the waiting car. Johnny gave their manager the directions to where he assumes Moxy is. Just Winwin was reaching to close the door, relief overtakes his face as one last voice shouts

“WAIT!” Both Taeil and Taeyong were running to catch up. Once they arrived, Taeil patted Taeyong on the back before getting in the car. Taeyong was left standing in front of Johnny looking anywhere but at his eyes. 

“You know you and Moxy are a lot alike.” Taeyong’s eyes finally met his, “You both are extremely strong but hide your soft side behind walls. You both don’t know how to let the other in. But you learned to trust us with who you really are. I’ve seen who Moxy really is and you can trust her too.” Taeyong watched as Johnny got in the front seat. Silently he climbed into the back where Taeil and Doyoung left a seat between them. As the car took off, Taeyong tried to apologize to Doyoung but wordlessly, he grabbed his hand with a smile that said It’s okay. You’re here now. That’s all that matters.

When the car arrived, all the boys piled out to see a gymnastics gym in front of them. Taeyong watched as Doyoung approached a girl standing by the door. The two greeting each other like old friends. The mysterious girl waved them all inside, leading them past the main gym and into the stands. 

“I’m so glad you're here oppa. Migyeong’s been here for hours. Only stopping to eat. I tried to convince her to call it a day about two hours ago but you know how she is. I know your dance practices can be long and after this, she’ll need time to rest.” The girl stopped right outside the opening to a section of the stands that overlooked the whole gym. Music was blaring loud enough to drown out any sound. 

“Thanks Jiho. We’ll make sure she rests. Are you heading home?” Johnny asked Jiho. Doyoung led the pack in but Taeyong stayed by Johnny.

“Yeah I got loads of homework. Being a gymnast and a college student was never gonna be easy was it? Tell Thea I went home first. Bye oppa.” Jiho hugged Johnny then bowed to Taeyong before running off. Johnny steered Taeyong inside. 

“Who was that? And whose’s Thea?” Taeyong asked as they walked in. Out on the padded floor was Moxy, hunched over trying to catch her breath.

“That was Jiho. According to Moxy, she used to live in Chicago and they both trained at the same gymnastics gym together. Jiho’s on the track to compete in the Olympics so the only time they see each other is here. And Thea is Moxy’s English name.” Johnny smiled at Taeyong trying to pronounce ‘Thea’ properly. They both took the end seats on the beach and watched as Moxy ran halfway across the mat throwing herself into a dangerous thread of mid-air splits, rolls and flips. While Johnny and Doyoung were used to seeing their friend do these kinds of moves, none of the other members were. They all were flinching and shrieking, scared for their female members' health. 

Taeyong gripped Johnny's hand while he watched Moxy complete another rotation at the last minute, seconds away from crashing onto the floor, “What is she doing?!?! Isn’t this dangerous?” Taeyong’s eyes were wide with terror. Which only added to the amusement in Johnny's eyes.

“For her? Not really. She’s trained to do this. Before she started idol training, Migyeong was a cheerleader. Her favorite part was the tumbling.”

“Whats a cheerleader.” They heard Haechan ask but Mark took over answering the maknae’s question. 

The nine members watched as she bounced around the mat. Sometimes it felt like if they blinked, she’d be in another place that quick. Moxy continued the routine ending in the middle of the mat, jumping in the air and landing on her back in what looked like a rough landing. Some of the members feel out of their seats never seeing someone do a move like that. Johnny had to explain what she did was a death drop and that Moxy was perfectly fine. That didn’t stop the worry. 

With a deep breath Moxy sat up. Her back facing the group. She just sat in the middle of the floor for a while before getting up. She was about to set off the mat when the beginning notes of Chain started playing. She froze at the sound. They all could see the look on her face. Everyone was reminded of Moxy’s mistakes during practice. Taeyong could hear Johnny whispering “You got this. You’ve done it before. You can do it again.” encouraging Moxy to go for it. 

And she did.

What Taeyong witnessed couldn’t be the same girl from practice hours ago. This girl was nailing every move with precision and a groove that couldn’t be compared to anyone. Taeyong could picture how Moxy would fit in their other choreographies 127. Seeing her dance reminded Taeyong of how he felt the first time he nailed a dance routine after years of hearing he’d never make it. When the music stopped, Moxy stood in her ending pose for a moment just catching her breath. Just as the members were gonna stand to clap for her. Moxy crumbled to the mat. Her sobs broken by gasps of breath.

Taeyong was out of his seat before anyone could stop him. 

Moxy curled into a ball as small as she could go. She couldn’t stop the tears from coming. 

Why can’t I do it when they’re watching? When I’m supposed to execute this dance. I can’t mess up again. They’ll kick me out before I can leave on my own word. The thoughts became too much. She’d held them back for so long and in this moment she just wanted someone to come and help. 

Moxy didn’t even register being held in someone's arms until she looked up and met Taeyong’s concerned filled eyes. She tried to move back but he just held her tighter. The longer she sat there more tears came to the surface. How long had he been here? Were the others with him? What did they think? They must think I’m a baby. Sitting here crying like this when they’ve all done this longer than me. They probably been through worse. 

Taeyong’s hand ran up and down her arm in a steady pattern. He still didn’t let go. “You did so well, Moxy” Shock ran through her spine. Moxy leaned back and saw nothing but the truth in his eyes. The walls crumbled one last time as more tears bubbled to the surface. Taeyong just kept rocking her back and forth until she calmed down.

“Sometimes….I’m afraid to fail.” She said, the sound muffled by her face buried in Taeyong’s chest. “If the fans catch a mistake, they’ll latch onto it then Lee Sooman will realize he made a mistake choosing me and I’ll have to start over. I-I can’t do that. I never—” Moxy held back the tears. “Before they told me about 127, I prayed every night to not be in a girl group. I saw what Red Velvet was doing. I couldn't picture myself there. I didn’t see myself in just another girl group competing with all the other pretty girls that have to act like they can’t dance to fit some decade old stereotype. This….This is everything I wanted.” Taeyong watched more tears spill for bloodshot eyes. “I can’t lose this. I can’t lose NCT. I can’t lose 127! I can’t oppa!” Moxy's head landed in her hands, her desperate sobs breaking the hearts of her fellow members. 

Finally, he saw the same desperation that tied them all together. A drive to not lose the family they created. A desire to do this with this team forever. Taeyong pulled her back into his chest. Letting the teardrops land on his already wet shirt. One by one, the duo’s members surrounded them on the padded floor.

“I’m sorry…….I’ve always wanted Doyoung and Johnny in this group. When we debuted without them, I was devastated but we kept going.” Taeyong sat back running his thumb under Moxy’s eye gently. Wiping away the tear tracks. “Then Limitless comes around, they tell us we're getting new members. Doyoung and Johnny walked thru the door. Then you did. It felt like SM didn’t trust us to rise on our own. Like……..we needed a gimmick to push us over the edge.” Taeyong paused warding off his own onslaught of tears

“Being completely transparent, Moxy, you’re everything I wish I was when I became a trainee. You are incredibly talented and your talents supersede you.” Moxy could stop her mouth from dropping open. Taeyong wished he was her. When he was the trainee everyone wanted to be.

“Yeah we all heard about the new female trainee that was giving us old SM rookies a run for their money.” Yuta interrupted with a smirk. The comment brought laughs from all the members.

“You were right back in the practice room. I am intimidated by you. And I let my own pride stop me from saying…….I’d rather see you here, with us than anybody else.” Taeyong laced their hands together. 

“In better words, You're stuck with us now. We're gonna bleed your talent dry, kid.” Johnny said, adding more humor to the heartfelt moment. 

“I’d like to see you try.” Moxy quipped back, the clouds fading away for the sun to come thru. Shining a new light on the 10 member group. They all sat in silence for a moment each one wondering how they went forward from here. Until Haechan broke the ice. 

“Noona what were you doing in here before Chain came on?” Moxy sat up. All the members wanted an answer as well. 

“Oh that was tumbling. It's a part of gymnastics but what I was doing is more like an improv cheer performance. It helps me relieve stress.” Around the circle the boys asked if she could do more. Moxy agreed though the blush on her cheek showed she wasn’t used to the attention. 

Watching his member crowd around Migyeong as she showed off a basic flip for them, Taeyong felt the weight lift off his shoulders. 

We’ll be okay. He thought. For once, he believed it.

Debut Day

The four members of AG just finished their rehearsal before SMTown Tokyo tonight. Excitement was bursting from them at the chance to perform Cowboy again since their tour. It had been an easy couple of months since the turn of the new year. The tables had turned for AG. Usually Moxy, Aurora and Hannah were the ones who busy rushing around to various schedules while Juno stayed home.

Luckily, or unluckily depending on how you look at it, Things had changed. Now Juno was the one rushing around the world on schedules with her second NCT team, NCT Wish. While Hannah, Moxy and Aurora were enjoying a bit of a break, Juno hand been to Thailand and Barcelona filming content for the groups debut and part 1 started today.

Aurora wrapped her arms around Hannah shoulders, making the elder drag her weight up the stage. Moxy's laughter echoed around the empty arena at Hannah's exaggerated movements. She went to make a comment to Juno but she wasn't there. Juno still stood on the extended stage, looking around at the empty seats.

Moxy walked back to the silent singer.

"Is it strange....that I'm not nervous?" The singer asked, still looking out at the stadium.

Moxy shook her head, "I don't think so. You've been here before." The leader gestured to the arena. "You've been at SMTown. You've debuted before. Sometimes not everyone gets rattled. That's just who you are. Don't question it." Moxy rubbed Juno's shoulder. Some idols may find Juno's confidence off-putting but her leader knew that's just who she is.

Juno nodded, "Yeah...Yeah, you're right."

"I'm always right." Moxy attached herself to Juno's arm and shakes a smile out of her. They bowed to the staff then walked back to the top of the stage. "The boys excited?"

"You can tell they're hiding their nerves behind excitement. I keep thinking about what to say; help them relax."

"Just remind them of who they are and why they're here. Thousands of wannabe idol could be in their position. But they aren't. And thats goes for all of us."

The girls stop at the top of the stage when they hear a cacophony of young male voices shout "Ane!!" and "Noona!!" They both couldn't stop laughing as the six new members of NCT ran onto the stage for rehearsal. Wide eyes and dropped jaws followed as they looked out at the stadium that would be filled with fans in a few hours. Moxy hugs Juno then heads to the back. The six boys bow respectfully to their sunbae as she passes.

Riku attaches himself to Juno left side, "Ahhh, theres my stage five clinger. You know I got used to feeling my arm over the past three hours." Riku clicks his tongue.

"You know you love me Ane."

"Debatable." The members laugh at Riku's despair over Juno's rejection. The stage director calls them to attention and Juno leads their introduction as they start their rehearsal.

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\

"Alright, NCT Wish! You're on in five minutes." Seven voices shouted acknowledgements to the warning. Several pairs of feet frantically moved around the room. Grabbing jewelry, getting makeup touched up, Hair pins being taken out and final layers of clothing being put on.

Before the newest members of NCT walked out of the door, Juno said, "Yeoreobun!! Gather up." The boys form a tight circle around their eldest. Their eyes met hers and the leader had to force herself not to cry.

"I am so proud of all of you. I'm not gonna give you a peptalk cause you don't need it. There is nothing else we can do to be better than what we already are. You know these steps, you know the lyrics and this is just another stage. Go out there and kill it like I know you can." Juno puts her hand in the middle with each of the boys following suit.

"Set It Up!"

"Shut It Down!"

"HANA DUL SET!"

"LET'S WISH!!" Spirits were high as the group walked out the door. Juno walked behind them like parent watching their children run free. The boys jogged forward, getting into position for their opening entrance.

Juno almost caught up with them when six bodies crowded around her. Wrapping her between their intertwining arms.

"We are so proud of you Juno!" From Taeyong.

"You're finally debuting!!" Jungwoo said with a huge smile.

"You're gonna be amazing out there! i just know it." Winwin ruffled her hair

"And Wish is gonna be amazing. Especially with you and Sion leading." Doyoung smoothed out the mess Winwin made. But Jaehyun yanked Juno into his side, proceeding to mess up her hair again.

"Come on! We all know they're gonna kill it." Juno used all her strength to shove Jaehyun off only to end up in Mark's arms.

"We just wanted to wish you luck before you debuted again. And I personally wanted to welcome you to the club of double debuts." Juno had to shoved her face in Mark's shoulder to hid her tears. It felt good to have her original unit surrounding her, congratulating her on re-debuting.

When she was a trainee, she never considered herself on the same level of her future AG members. Out of the four of them, Juno's dancing style fit with the girls better than the boys. But SM saw something in her and thinking back, she's glad they did.

With the help of her girls and the boss unit members, Juno became better than she ever could alone. She made strides that she wouldn't have made unless pushed to do so.

But she couldn't dwell on those thoughts. She'd end up crying and risk ruining her makeup further.

"We're one minute out! Where's Juno!!" A stage hand called out. Quickly, Mark and Juno separated. Juno took a couple deep breaths as she walked to her place.

In the corner of her eyes, she saw someone as she walked up the stairs. Donghyuck was peeking around the corner. He held two thumbs up then ducked around the corner, hoping not to get caught by one of the managers.

An easy smile grew on her face as she took her place between Sion and Yushi. It was Wish's time to shine

A HUGE congrats on the debut NCT WISH!! I didn't pay for SMTOWN Tokyo but I did see clips online and I am so proud of them. I've never felt so much cute aggression towards an idol group before (Especially for Riku!!)

She is literally gonna pass out Mark thought as Moxy swayed for the fifth time, her eyes getting closer and closer to shutting fully before snapping open again.

There are few idols that go though what some of the members of NCT go though while maintaining two groups at the same time. Every now and again things get tough. The constant flights, practices, recording sessions, photo shoots can grate on you. Leaving the idol in question so tired they can't even think straight.

When Mark got into those moments, Johnny and Taeyong were always the ones to pull him out and get him to rest. When it came to the younger members, Mark took over that responsibility. And now was the best time to use it.

It had been a rough time for Moxy, she'd been in and out of planes during the American leg of AG's tour. The girls were flying back and forth for NCT Nation concerts. If SM had their way, the girls would have been at SMtown Jakarta too. Now here they were and the company was running the rapper ragged. Getting all the footage they'd need for 127's next comeback. Anybody who looked at Moxy could tell she was running on fumes and Mark felt it was on him to help.

When he saw some of the makeup and hair noonas start to back off from Moxy was when he took his chance.

From behind, Mark slipped a hand into the crook of Moxy's arm catching her mid-sway, "Noona? Could I borrow Moxy once your done?"

"Acutally you can have her now. I just finished up." The makeup noona smiled at them then walked away. Mark pulled his twin in the other direction, her feet dragging on the floor. He guided them to a more quiet corner of the palace where 127 was shooting. He turned her around to face him but kept a grip on her forearms.

"You're probably gonna hate me for this but I don't care. Code: 8299." Moxy eyes snapped open from their half-lidded state.

"Are you pulling rank on me?"

"Absolutly. I've watched you fall asleep standing up five times in the last ten minutes. You're tired and if you keep going you're gonna pass out Tay. So we're gonna go nap and you can't argue about it." While feeling triumphant on the inside, Mark didn't let it show. Moxy just huffed, knowing what Mark said it true. He used his personal code. She couldn't argue. She held out a hand, not without rolling her eyes though.

Mark just smiled and pulled her along to one of the group dressing rooms.

"You know we won't be able to sleep long."

"I'll get the hyungs to stall. They'll buy us some more time." Once Moxy was settled next to him on the couch, Mark sent out a text to the 127 group chat

the duo's members proceeded to act like freshly debuted idols, not knowing how to pose. Sometimes flat out ruining shots. Their managers feigned ignorance to what was happening. Turning a blind eye to the groups chaotic efforts.

I imagine M Squared were posed on the couch like Lizzie and Gordo in the Lizzie McGuire Movie when their on the plane to Rome. Moxy's head on Mark's shoulder, his head on top of hers. You best believe the hyungs were freaking out over the cuteness.

AG Presents: The Time Of Day Tour - The Encore

General Information

After five long month's, NCT AG wrapped up their first world tour back in Korea with a three night run of encore shows

To really celebrate the ending of a huge moment of AG's career, the girls decided to make more work for themselves and change EVERYTHING!!!! The setlist, costumes, vcr's, the whole shebang.

As for the encore's story, The mech-shark from previous shows is back and has banished AG to the real world. The group has to travel across different dreams and collect more Dreamergy to get back to the Flat and destroy the shark once and for all

The show takes place over three days on November 4th, 5th and 6th. The beyond live was on the 5th.

While the group did change quite a few things, the stage set up, including the massive light rigged circle, did not.

VCR Info

Opening

The action kicks off as soon as the VCR starts. We're back in The Flat and Moxy gets thrown across the screen but she lands on her feet (Kindof like Black Widow). Hannah runs over and helps her up. "I though we took care of this thing."

Aurora flies by and ducks under the shark attacking dorsal fin, "We didn't really defeat it. We just sent our misplaced guests back home."

Up in the skies Juno floats on a metal disk keeping a watch on her friends, "Guys watch out. We gotta portal in coming." She jumps up and the disk transforms into surfboard. Juno lands safely and rides right into the fight. A sword appeared in mid air that Juno grabs. She plants the sword in the underbelly of the shark, slicing thru the underside of the shark just as a portal to the real world opened.

"JUNO!!" The other three girls screamed as they watched their friend fly right into the portal. The wind picks up, dragging all the girls off the ground and into the air. Moxy was able to grab ahold of a light post. Hannah flew past but Moxy grabbed her hand. Hannah grabbed Aurora out the air by the collar. For a moment the three girls held on but the winds current grew stronger and stronger.

Slowly, Moxy lost her grip on the light post, sending the three girls flying. One after the other, each girl gets pulled in as the shark roars in victory

Aurora, Hannah and Moxy land on the other side of the portal in normal clothes. They tried to jump back in but it closed too quickly. The girls heard a groan behind them. They ran over to help Juno stand.

"What do we do now." Hannah asked as the four girls stood in the empty alley where their way home stood inaccessible.

"I guess we go hunting for Dreamergy." Moxy turned around with her hand up. A black smoke engulfed her hand and shot out at the camera making the screen go black

AG ended up in the backstage of an arena once again. This time they stood in front of the lift as stage hands ran around them. Stylists were adding jewelry while makeup artist finished their final touch ups. A voice sounds from a walkie-talkie, "30 seconds till show time. Girls make your way to the lift."

A manager stepped up and guided the girls to their positions as the lights go down and the girls are lifted out of sight.

Rockband VCR

The girls walk into a garage set up with band equipment. Each of the members take a instrument.

Moxy takes Bass. Aurora sits behinds the drum kit. Juno grabs the lead guitar and Hannah steps behind the keyboard. Aurora counts them off with her drumsticks and the girls play a instrumental version a new song, Me Vs. The World.

The girls are rocking out when the camera cuts to a couple walking down the street. They look over and see that AG aren't playing real instruments, they're playing air instruments. The couple quickly walks away, shielding their faces.

Neo Got My Back VCR

Each of the members walk into the shot in outfits that represent the song they are performing. They stand together in the middle then a white flash obscures the screen.

When it fades out, AG are wearing outfits reminiscent of The 7th Sense music video

Solo Exchange VCR

A close-up on Moxy eyes as they open. the camera pans out while Moxy looks around. Finding herself on a sidewalk with a guy she doesn't know next to her. She stands in the same outfit the Juno wore in History.

The camera zooms back in on Moxy eyes. She blinks and we switch to Hannah who stands in small pool of water wearing. Aurora white outfit for On + Off

Zoom into Hannah's eyes. With a blink, we switch to Juno standing amongst a crowd of dancers in a crowded club. Juno looks puzzled while she wears Hannah's Let Me Get Me

With one more zoom and a blink, Aurora is on the set of Headphones in Moxy's white puffy jogging suit. Aurora shrugs at the camera. Unsure about what's happening.

Love Rollercoaster VCR

Quick scenes of the girls in happy relationships. Juno cooking in a kitchen, trying to avoid the tickling fingers her boyfriend. Aurora digging her cold toes into her partners thigh. Hannah eating dinner with her man as the sun sets. Moxy slow dancing in the living room with her boyfriend

A storm brews in the sky and a bolt of lightning strikes across the screen. Now the relationships aren't so happy anymore.

Juno is screaming, throwing plates and glasses at her boyfriend. Aurora crying, her face buried in her hands as her boyfriend yells at her. A single tear rolls down Hannah's face, realizing that her boyfriend is missing another dinner. Moxy and her partner standing in the living room screaming in each others faces.

Moxy keeps screaming as her boyfriends quiets. The camera circles them and focuses on Moxy face over his shoulder as a hand smacks across her face. Moxy falls to the ground holding her cheek. Shock in her eyes. The camera pans out and fades to black

Love Myself Mini VCR

the girls stand in a field tall grass in white outfits. The wind flows thru their hair.

Juno holds a broken plate. Aurora wipes away her tears. Hannah swirls around a glass of wine. the camera focuses on Moxy's bruised cheek. She smoothed her hand across her cheek and the bruise healed instantly

All four girls take a deep breath simultaneously as the camera flies around them and into the sky

Christmastime VCR

The girls walk around on a snowy street decked out in the winters finest. Around them families and couple play around in a winter wonderland.

Kids are sledding. Parents are making snow angels and snowmen. Teens are having a snowball fight. Couples are sitting together and sipping hot chocolate.

The girls stop in front of a snowglobe display window. In the center, illuminated by spotlights, was a huge snowglobe with a city skyline. White snow fell over the small city. On the base read the words Ncity.

The girls smile as snow begins to fall.

Show Ending

This video is shown once the girls go back stage at the end of the encore.

The girls stand in the alley from the beginning of the show. The each have a bottle of some pink liquid in their hands. Moxy looks from side to side before uncapping the bottle "Alright. Here goes nothing." All the girls chug the pink liquid. They all make faces at the taste but get it down with minimal gagging.

AG joins hands and a bright white light shoots out of their chests and weaves together, forming an arrow. The arrow dashes across the alleyway, flies up then dives straight down creating a new portal to The Flat. The girls celebrate, finally being able to make it home.

They walk through and come face to face with a sleeping shark. Moxy smirks, making a massive scythe appear in her hands. Around her, the other members also grab weapons to take down the shark once and for all.

The shark feels something tap his nose. The shark's eyes blink open to see AG standing before him. Aurora waves at him then takes her mallet and smashes his nose to pieces.

The girls proceed to destroy the shark that's been tormenting them and The Flat. Moxy cut off its fins before it could fly off. Juno cracked off his jaw open, leaving him with no way out. Hannah took the last blow, launching a missile at the sharks broken remains. Nothing was left except for scatter nuts and bolts.

The camera follows the smoke up to the sky and comes back down as the smoke clears. The girls sit on silver disk floating in the air, staring out at the peaceful Flat

"Its been awhile since we've been gone. We should probably get back before the boys worry and go looking for someone that isn't there." At Hannah's mention, the girls get moving.

Just as they walk to the edge of the disk, Aurora calls out

“Are we ready? For the future? Like what's in store for us?"

Moxy gestures for Aurora to come over. Once she’s in reach, Moxy pulls the younger into her side.

“We’ll never be ready for the future cause we’ll never know what's in store tomorrow. What I do know is with the four of us, I’m sure we’re ready for anything.

With that, one by one, they dive off the platform until only Moxy is left. Moxy turns around to face the camera and smiles. She winks before flipping off the platform following the girls into AG’s future

Outfits

Opening - The girls wear matching black leather outfits with platform combat boots and black cadet hats. The stars of this outfit were the customized leather jackets that had patches and trim in each members signature color

Rockband - This outfit was all about the plaid, graphic tee's and ripped up denim. The girls alternated between blue and green plaid mixed with denim jeans, tops and jackets.

Neo Got My Back - Each member wore outfits from their groups music videos but customized to their signature AG colors. Aurora wore the racing fit from the Hot Sauce mv. Hannah wore the red and white outfits from Phantom. Moxy wore her classic Limitless fit in green. Juno had a whole new outfit made cause the Boss Unit never performed Volcano. Her outfit was all black with an pink leather jacket and pink combat boots.

Solo Exchange - AG wore white/beige/light brown outfits. The pieces fit the girls performance of each others solos.

Love's Rollercoaster/Love Yourself - The girls were decked out in all white with silver accents. Moxy wore a pants suit with a sparkly sliver top. Hannah wore a white bell sleeve top with silver pants. Juno had a white dress with lace overlay. Lastly, Aurora wore a white high-low dress with a silver corset at the waist.

Finale - the girls ended the concert in white and green outfits. Once they got to Give It Up, The girls put on custom oversized varsity jackets with tons of patches to represent them and NCT

Christmastime - AG came back out in classic Santa dresses with Santa hats. They all had different necklines. Juno's was a sweetheart neckline without straps and a shawl over top. Moxy had a classic v-neck. Hannah's was a halter. and Aurora had a sweetheart neckline with a jacket overtop

Extra(s)

On the day of the concert, The AG Youtube channel posted the first of the many behind the scenes videos of the girls working with their staff planning the whole concert. Showing fans everything that has been released was planned in advance by the girls

netizens all over, while they've been enjoying the content, expressed concerns over the schedule. Especially now that they know AG juggled with the schedules of their various unit schedules as well.

TO celebrate the girls finishing their tour back in Korea, AG's Exhibition added outfits from the tour. The various screens around the space played performances from the Time Of Day Tour: Live in Los Angeles dvd

The AG staff hosted a dance competition with the fans. Fans were asked to get into teams of four and dance to a chosen AG title track. Whoever was chosen as the best group, their video would be posted to the AG Instagram and TikTok

The dress code for the both days of the concert was Neo Pearl Champagne. The girls wanted the whole stadium covered in green and they delivered once again.

Fans were not ready for how many changes the girls made. The encore was basically a brand new show. Twitter, or i guess X, was alight with users posting videos and updates for the whole two and a half hours.

After the opening vcr, The show started with the lights off. Smoke fills the stage. Very quickly, four white spotlights shined at the top of the stage. illuminating the smoke billowing across the floor. Taeyong's voice resonated across the stadium as he introduced the four members. With each name, the girls rose up from the floor.

Breakout kicked off the show with brand new choreography. This time AG added more step moves and they had a producer remix the song as well.

Second surprise: Ag performed Let Me Move You with choreography for all four members.

Out of all their solo/duo songs, fan were wishing to see Let Me Move You as a four members song and the girls delivered.

The next section included all of AG's rock inspired songs. Along with Ultimate and Breakout, for the first time, Shut Up and Dance debuted a rock version that really played up the guitar.

During the encore AG also debuted new songs they wrote while on the road. And up first is Aurora's

Our resident maknae wanted to write a song a la Avril Lavigne circa 2003. And that's how Me Vs. The World was born. Its a song about those days when the world won't let you win and you just want everyone to leave you alone until the days over.

in the middle of the stage a single mic rose from the floor. During the song, AG push and shove each other to sing into the mic while the other parade around the stage engaging with fans.

The crowd lost their MINDS when the members came out in their outfits for the NCT covers section.

Juno and Taeyong worked together on new choreography for Volcano. The singer wanted to do something new because all the fans have seen Boss.

To end this section, the girls decided to really show off and perform The 7th Sense. In a higher octave! Anyone who still said AG didn't belong in NCT were immediately silenced with this performance cause the girls KILLED! IT!!!!

AG wanted this encore to be about once in a lifetime stages. Performances that may never be seen again so any fan who was watching, online or in person, felt like they got their money's worth. So they all decided to switch solo songs by drawing straws.

Most fans rank Moxy above Aurora on their rapping skill but when stood on the stage and performed Headphones flawlessly, alot of people had to reconsider their ranking. (Like why rank them at all, theres only two of them.)

Hannah surprised everyone with the emotion she poured into her performance of On + Off. Her experience with contemporary dance really elevated the choreography

Out of all the members, fans praised Juno the most. It can be challenging to do a song with complicated choreography but Juno looked like she barely broke a sweat. The singers come a long way from her early days in NCT

In the next section, AG performs all their lower tempo love songs but with a surprise at the end. AG debuted the next two new songs written by them.

Say Ok was stripped down and reworked into an all acoustic track with Hannah playing the acoustic guitar on stage with them (Giving off early TSwift vibes)

After another vcr, the girls performed the new songs. Back To My Love and Body Talk both have a theme of loving yourself. More like learning to love yourself. Realizing you don't need anyone adding toxicity to your life

Moxy worked on both of the new songs. She did Body Talk with Juno and Back To My Love with Hannah.

In the finale, AG performed Give It Up. The version the group did for Queendom. AG decided to save the dance performance version for special occasions like their encore concert.

To end the show, The members decided to perform a new Christmas song along with their previously released one. The song, called The Perfect Christmas, was recorded while the girls were in California.

To celebrate the end of the tour, SM released two albums. The first was the live album that was recorded at their L.A show.

The second album was called Time Of Day: AG Presents. The album consisted of studio recordings the new songs debuted in concert. It was released in December, a week before Christmas.

The Perfect Christmas was added as a bonus track on streaming platforms. On Christmas Eve, AG's Youtube channel dropped the music video for the song. Where the girls are walking through a picturesque city during Christmas on their way to a holiday party with all the members of NCT (The og song is from the Cheetah Girls Christmas album just like AG's last Christmas song)

What If MSquared Dated...

I'M BACK!!!!! Sorry I was gone so long, When I'm working I barely have time to write but know I have time off and I'm getting the creative juices flowing again. I still have a ton of AG!tour posts coming up that I'm in the process of finishing but when inspiration hits, I have to get it out.

The Beginning

This world starts after Moxy and Taeyong resolve their differences

For a long time Taeyong and Mark would commiserate over their shared feelings on Moxy joining the group.

All their ire wasn’t just toward Moxy but also toward the company for just dropping this bomb on them and forcing them to pick up the pieces.

During those long nights Mark poured a ton of his thought's about the situation on his leader. How he felt like the company was already trying to replace him with someone different, someone better

Taeyong would always have to remind him that Moxy couldn’t take his place. But when Mark watched Taeyong embrace her as Moxy broke down

It felt like he’s was floating alone in a lifeboat while all the other members were partying on the yacht called the S.S. Moxy.

In the weeks after, Mark felt his envy for Moxy grow and grow. He would get on his knees every night asking God to take the anger away but it continued to fester

His blood boiled anytime Moxy got compliments on her dancing when they both killed it. His whole body itched when Moxy was showered with praises on her rapping (especially when they aren’t her words, they’re his)

In front of the camera the two put on a good show. Presenting a picture of friendship and kinship for all the fans to see. But when the camera went off, it was like they stood on opposite sides of an ocean. They couldn’t be further away from each other

The members preferred when they avoided each other cause it was like fireworks when they clashed. Mark and Moxy poked and prodded at each other. They nitpicked at the other faults for everyone to hear.

The younger members like Jungwoo and Haechan truly thought the two would never get it together. That Moxy and Mark hated each other and would never repair the bridge between them. They didn’t have to be friends. Lord knows there’s plenty of idols who only tolerate each other.

The hyungs though....They knew different. They were just waiting for the other shoe to drop

The Enticing Incident

The company sat with 127 to discuss the line distribution for Kick It. SM wanted to make a callback to the groups pervious title track, Cherry Bomb.

They planned for the first part of the rap section to include Mark and Moxy rapping against each other like they did in Cherry Bomb. Moxy was ecstatic for it. The last time they did a mini rap battle in a song it went viral. Moxy just hoped they could live up to the hype when this time around. their part was shorter.

Moxy left the meeting ready to do what she does, Slay. Her and Mark may not see eye to eye but they knew how to put aside their differences for the sake of work

Weeks later, when Moxy was given the lyrics with her part highlighted, she stormed off to find Mark. Instead of the original plan, now Moxy only had two lines.

One of the managers told her the switch happened after suggestions from Mark. “Kick It would be better if all the rappers had their own parts” were his words verbatim.

And Mark just so happened to get the biggest part while Moxy only got two lines.

The girl saw red. Johnny didn’t even try to hold her back. He even held Jungwoo back from calming her down. "They gotta get thru this. If there's blood then will interfere."

Moxy threw the door open to Mark studio and went off, “Look I don’t know what’s your problem but that doesn’t give you the right to take my lines away!”

Mark turned around with an innocent look on his face. But Moxy could see right through it. He was smirking behind that doe eyed looked.

"What could you possibly be talking about? How could I take your lines away?" Mark sat back on the couch, nonchalant to Moxy anger rising.

"Oh so you have no idea about my lines for Kick it being cut in half!!?! How about the mysterious meeting you had with the higher ups two days ago that Jungwoo told me about?" Moxy watched the boy carefully for any sign of hesitance that would prove her right. But all Mark did was stand up forcing her to look up at him.

"Moxy-ah how you possibly accuse me of cutting your lines. I just made a suggestion to the director based on our own talents."

"Says the guy with four lines all to himself." Mark chuckled and took a step forward.

"Look just because you're scared about pulling your part off doesn't give you the right to come in here and yell at me." Now Moxy takes a step forward.

"And now your insulting my talents!! I can pull off anything, What I'm mad about is going to the director and taking my lines." Mark takes another step

"Says the girl who claims my work as her own!" Moxy gasps, offended by Marks accusation.

"I have never nor would I ever claim someone else's words. I make it clear to every one who will listen my rap parts aren't written by me!" Moxy takes another step forward. The two feuding members stand nose to nose.

"I don't know what you have against me but you better get over it. Cause if you insult mephh-" Moxy tried to finish her sentence but something stopped her.

Moxy had her arm in the air using her whole body to emphasize her point. Outta nowhere Mark grabs her wrist and smashes his lips against hers.

Their first kiss is fueled by anger, just lips pressed hard against each other, teeth clashing. Moxy struggles a bit to free her arm but once she does, she pushes the boy away. Mark immediately moves back giving them both room to breath.

They both kept glancing at each other. Eye locking but never staying in the same place for more than a couple seconds.

If you asked, neither of them could tell you who moved first but in the the blink of an eye, Moxy arms were wrapped around his shoulder, Mark's hands gripped each side of her waist as theirs lips meet a second time.

Hands held the other tightly. Whether it was out of anger or desperation neither could tell, but lips locked again, anger turning into something new. Something unexpected.

Moxy was confused. For the longest time Mark ignored her, at worst he ridiculed her with jabs at anything. Her hair, her costumes, her slightest mistakes. But something about being held in Marks arms felt good. And she hated to admit that.

So many thoughts were running through the older's mind. Was his annoyance at his curly haired member all a lie. Were all the jeers and glares just his own, admittedly, bad way of keeping her attention on him and not on the hundreds of hungry eyes that followed her everywhere 127 went.

All of those thoughts were too much for him to process. So he pushed them aside to focus on who was wrapped in his grasp.

They couldn't tell how long they'd been tangled together. None of them coming up for air until Mark lifted Moxy up and carried her to the couch, somehow bringing them closer as he sat down. Mark doing all that without breaking their kiss sent a zing up her spine.

It was like a fog drifted into Moxy's brain. Clouding her judgement and obscuring her sight outside of Mark's lips on hers and his hands moving across her back. His surprisingly soft lips traced a path down her neck, stopping at the point where her shoulder and neck met.

Slowly Moxy floated back to reality, like a leaf that's detached from its tree. Everything came back into focus. She blinked, giving her a clear picture of the studio ceiling

Now, all to rapidly, reality set into place. The hands and lips on her skin began to burn. She forcibly removed herself from his grasp. Watching as Mark realized what they had done, he met her eyes for a moment but his gaze quickly met the floor. A rosey blush spread on his ear.

Moxy messily fixed her clothes and disappeared out of the door before Mark could even speak.

The Cooldown

I think everyone knows that Moxy and Mark are not confrontational. Well...Moxy's has a couple exceptions. It usually boils down to her family or her members being hurt, then the gloves come off. Other than that, She steers clear.

So you can imagine how the aftermath of the kiss went

Radio. Silence.

Before when they'd irritate each other with words, now they go out of their way to avoid each others. They no longer acted close on camera. They continuously dodged each other in the halls of SM.

This went on for months. The company didn't step in until fans started to speculate what went down between them. Forcing them to be act somewhat ok with each other which lead to some of the most awkward moments in 127 history. It became a joke around the fandom whether Mark has game or not

Avoiding each other is hard to do when 127 has a comeback coming up. It's time for Favorite, the title track for Sticker's repackage. After the fan outrage at Moxy's lines in Sticker, SM really made up for it in Favorite.

and with every stage, Mark slowly descended into madness.

Mark wanted to strangle whose bright idea it was to put Moxy in the shortest dress know to man

(Factually this is untrue but forgive Mark. He was on the verge of a nosebleed every time Moxy performed)

Between Kick It and now, Mark took the time to figure out what happened with the kiss. It wasn't a spur of the moment thing like he first thought. When he looked back at all the times they fought, He could pinpoint why he chose to bother Moxy. Anytime she performed, Mark knew she belonged on the stage with 127. That made him fell replaceable.

instead of remembering Taeyong words, he instead chose to make her feel as bad as he did.

Saying she stole his words was a low blow. Moxy was right, anytime lyrics were brought up in interviews, the other rapper made it a point to credit Taeyong and Mark for making her sound cool.

When he looked past the jealousy, all he found was fondness and admiration. A need to keep her eyes on him. A want to show off to everyone she was his.

Meanwhile, Moxy didn't think about the kiss again (a lie, the memory haunted her dreams for weeks). Because Mark never sought her out, Moxy took it as a obvious rejection. The kiss being nothing more that the result of heightened emotions. So she moved on. Pushed the memory to the bad of her mind and kept pushing forward

The Talk

One night after the first week of promotions was over, Mark made his way downstairs to the fifth floor dorm to bug Haechan but right before he knocked, Mark noticed a female silhouette sneak into the stairwell. He would notice that curly head anywhere. Mark turned in her direction and followed her up to the roof of their dorm.

Moxy was sat on one of the benches lining the edge of the building, looking out at nighttime in Seoul. Clearing his throat to catch Moxy's attention, her shocked eyes met his

"Can I sit?" all she gave was a stiff nod. But her eyes watched as he sat down. The two members sat in silence. the cold night air making Moxy shiver.

Mark draped a second coat on her shoulders. He coughed to avoid embarrassment, "Its too cold for you to be sitting out here without a jacket. No matter what city you grew up in."

"Thats rich for someone from Canada." the quip lightened the mood but the moment was fleeting. It felt like an anvil was hanging by a thread between the two of them. Someone had to speak or it would crush the both of them.

"Mark?" He turned to her, "Why do you hate me?" The question was tinged with hurt.

Mark reached over to brush a stray curl behind her ear, "I-I never hated you. Moxy...I was jealous of you. I was scared they'd replace me with you."

"What?" She said incredously. "How can you be jealous of me?"

Mark kissed his teeth, "We're extremely similar Thea."

"They are plenty of thing you do that I don't."

"We both dance the same."

"I'm half black. Rhythm runs in our blood, mostly. What's your excuse?"

Mark just ignored that, "We both play guitar."

Moxy couldn't help the annoyed expression appearing on her face, "How many people are actually gathering around someone who plays bass. I'll answer that, No one! They flock to whose playing lead and thats you."

Before mark could give another bogus example, Moxy cut him off, "Mark I could never replace you. Do you know how much I heard about you during training?!" Now it was Marks turn to be shocked, "Yeah, I heard about you all the time. And it was an honor to be compared to a trainee like you. And I'm sorry if anyone words hurt you or made you feel less than." Moxy's honest words brought unshed tears to his eyes. Moxy watched him as he held the tears at bay with a fond smile. The silence between them ease up, becoming more comfortable.

But Mark was less than comfortable, words were right on the edge of his tongue and he couldn't stop them from coming out.

"You know, I haven't been able to stop thinking......about the kiss."

Moxy's eyes widened a bit, hopeful but apprehensive, "Y-you have? Then why didn't you say anything?"

"I just figured out the girl I was picking on was who i wanted attention from the most. I think I deserved a moment to figure myself out."

Moxy smacked his shoulder, "One year of a moment, Mark?!?!" She kept smacking him, making him laugh. He grabbed both of her wrist to get her to stop.

"You're right." Mark whispered, scooting closer until their noses were grazing with every move, "A year in a long time. Can you think of anyway I can make it up to you." A furious blush rose on her cheeks. Mark couldn't help his smirk. Moxy was normally so fierce, Seeing her soft, almost shy at the attention was too much. He sent out a brief prayer 'be still my heart."

Meanwhile Moxy was distracted by the barely there kisses Mark was leaving from the juncture of her neck to the edge of her ear. "I....I can think a few things." Moxy finally spoke albeit breathless.

All of a sudden the sensation was gone. Moxy opened her eyes to Mark standing, smiling as she came back to reality. Moxy stood up slowing, realizing that Mark left her hanging on purpose.

But Moxy wasn't one to be show up.

She sauntered closer to him till they stood face-to-face. Moxy grabbed a fist full of his hoodie, pulling to eye level with her. As she leaned in for a kiss......

But placed a light kiss on the edge of his mouth. Then walked away

"Have a good night Mark. Hope you dream of me and what could have happen if you hadn't chose to play around." Moxy blew him a kiss and closed the door behind her, leaving Mark stunned.

The Relationship

Msquared are the definition of Hot n' Cold. One minute they're super sweet to each other and the next they're teasing mercilessly.

Mark turns into the simpiest of all simps when Moxy dresses up for red carpets. It's the only time she'll allow the stylist noona's to put her in a dress. And Mark goes wild for it every time

Moxy explicitly told Mark she wanted their relationship to stay between them, their families and their members for awhile before telling the fans. So Msquared are very careful when their on camera.

They maintain the distance that had before the their first kiss. But as the months passed, Mark created the image that the two settled their differences and now tolerated each other. That way he could actually be close to his girlfriend without anyone suspecting anything

They spend a lot of time in the dorms just hanging out. They'll sing, watch movies, practice guitar together. The most special nights are lyric nights. Mark sits down and works on bringing out the words that are in Moxy head onto the page. Bringing her closer and closer to penning her own lyrics.

They become each others recharge at the end of a long day. With them both being in two groups, night time is they're moment to be together. They cuddle all the time. Their favorite position has to be back to chest. Marks arms enveloping her body and his head nestled in the crook of her neck

They might not go out on dates often but when they do it's special. Moxy loves to experience things and Mark loves to watch her reactions. They way her eyes light up and soft sounds of intrigue that leave her mouth warm his heart.

They LIVE to make the each other blush, stutter or trip over themselves in public or on video. It's game for them. One time, Moxy ignored Mark for weeks when he didn't warn her about the boxes in Quiet Down.

Msquared are extremally supportive of each others careers. They'll send food and gifts while on the road or during promotions with their separate groups. They'll attend music show tapings. Fans started to think something was going on when Mark showed up to one of AG's pre-records for BOY with any of the members and stayed until they were done.

Mark always makes time to sit in on Moxy's Instagram lives. Her love and passion for music fuels him. He writes his best lyrics while watching Moxy express her love for music with the fans

Moxy's favorite time to be with Mark is in the studio. She's created her own little cozy nook in his studio for herself to hang out and have a place to no so subtly watch him work

The Reaction

Haechan was the first to catch them together.

It was two weeks after there talk on the roof. Mark and Moxy were hanging out in his room when Haechan stormed in. Mark forgot their dinner plans and there was no way Haechan was missing out a free meal.

The maknae burst into the room, rant prepared in his head, only to freeze at the sight in front of him. Moxy and Mark were cuddled together on the olders bed. The pair launched away from each other when the door swung open

Haechan looked between the two of them for a long time before saying, "I don't care when this started or how it happened. What I do know is my time alone with either of you is sacred and I do not share." The new couple nodded but you could see the amusement in their eyes. "Now I have a reservation with one of you in a hour." He glared at Mark for forgetting, "So I expect one of you to be downstairs and ready to go in less than five minutes." And with that he stormed out. Mark following close behind (But not after kissing Moxy goodbye)

Because Haechan can't keep his mouth shut, the dreamies were informed at their next 7Dream sleepover a week later. Mark could barely walk in before he was bombarded with questions.

Jisung was kind of like Haechan where he was concerned over his place now that Mark and Moxy were dating. They both were like his second parents. And he didn't want to lose his time with either of them

Those worries went away when Mark planned a date on the same day Moxy made plans with Chenle and Jisung for their monthly Noona/Maknae time. Mark was the one to tell her to have fun, that they'd go out another time. But he did make the maknaes promise not to keep her out all night.

The hyungs of 127 found out months later.

Even though Haechan couldn't keep a secret from the Dreamies. NCT Dream and AG collectively promised to say nothing until Mark and Moxy were ready

The couple met up early in the practice room. 127 was scheduled to practice for the groups 2 Baddies comeback but the new couple hadn't see each other in while because of AG preparations. They got so caught up in each other they didn't even notice the door open.

"I KNEW IT!!!" Shouted Jungwoo. Shocked, the two rappers jumped away from each other. The hyungs all had different reactions. Some were shocked, some were unreadable but Jungwoo was gleeful.

"I knew something was going on when Moxy started coming to the 7th floor more. She hates our dorm."

"I don't hate your dorm. I just hate the messiness."

After being together for a while longer the two revealed their relationship to the fans after AG's encore concert with a picture on Marks Instagam story of the two hugging then another of them kissing. Over the post he used the song First Song by 127

SM confirmed the relationship an hour later. MSquared was trending for 24 hours. While some fans were angry, The majority of nctzens were happy for them. The most validated were the msquared shippers who had been there since the beginning.

AG Presents: The Time Of Day Tour - NCT AG's First Headlining Tour

General Information

SM dropped the press release on June 6 announcing AG's plans for their first tour, called AG Presents.

Teasers was released on June 12th and 13th. In both, a portal to The Flat sat open in an alley. Two of the members would appear, wave at you, then proceed to close it. Just as the portal shuts, a piece of paper flies out and lands on the ground with the words “Wanna see the show?”

On June 14th, SM announced a new single will be dropped the week of the Seoul concerts.

The song, Future Starts Now (Kim Petras), was released on June 19th with Korean and English versions

Stage setup

AG's stage consists of the main stage, a ramp and the extended stage. The extended stage is rectangle shaped that's slightly curved making the entire stage look like an umbrella

To the side of the main stage is a tube that is measuring Dream-ergy (explained in the VCR Info section)

On the main stage is a huge circle with a lighting rig surrounding it. Most of it is a screen but in the middle section there are movable screens for the girls to walk on and off stage. Two stationary screens sit on either side of the circle as well

The seats between the main and extended stages were reserved for NCTzen AG - ACE members only

Premise of the show

The audience somehow ended up in The Flat. Their collective dreams of seeing AG brought them there.

The members fight a grey mechanic shark, hell bent on destroying dreams, including yours. This shark can use its mouth to bite portals to other dreams

The girls chase the shark through the different dreams of AGzens. While fighting off this monster they also have to collect enough Dream-ergy to send the audience back to earth. 

Throughout the show, the lights in the stadium will shift between green/blue/white and pink/purple/orange. While the lights are pink/purple, it means the audience is hearing from AG in story. While the lights are green/blue, the audience is hearing from the real members of AG, no storyline involvement

VCR Info

Before the opening VCR a ‘Welcome To The Show’ video greets the audience where the girls go over the rules of the concert as if you were attending a movie or Broadway show.

Sidenote for this VCR: I'm saying you cause the girls are talking directly to the camera. In a way they are breaking the fourth wall talking to you or the audience. So thats what I mean when I say you.

In the stadium, the lights and screens on the stage show a city background. Filled with people navigating the roads, entering in and out of businesses, driving down the street, etc. As it gets closer to showtime, the stadium lights slowly turn color until the whole venue is engulfed with pink lights. On the screen the cityscape is replaced with a pink swirling vortex that overtakes the cityscape giving the illusion of moving backwards into something.

When it hits showtime, the view is warped as you start to spin around. Then, you're shot out of the other side onto a new planet. The grass is pink, floating platforms of silver suspended in the air, bouncy up and down. Green, blue, purple and pink blobs of goo recreate clouds. the corner of the screen has coordinates and the planet's name, The Flat. 

Suddenly, an explosion goes off. The view whips around to a battle between four girls and a huge mechanical shark. One of the girls is swatted away by the sharks fin. She flies through the air landing right in front of you. Groaning, she rolls over and sits up on her knees. The girl turns toward you and you recognize its Hannah.

Hannah looks at you, puzzled and concerned, “You’re not supposed to be here." Hannah helps you stand "That shark can create portals to different universes. If you were to get sucked into one, we might not be able to find you.” Hannah alerts the other girls of your presence, telling them to watch out for you. “Alright we can’t send you back right now but stay close and stay low.” 

You follow Hannah as she joins the fight once again. Just as the girls start to get the upper hand. The monster roars, snapping its teeth together. Aurora darts away, narrowly missing her arm getting chomped. A portal opens behind you and AG. You and the members are pulled into the swirling blue vortex. Placed in a different universe, the girls are now in their first costumes for the concert. A staff member pops in, letting AG know they have five minutes until showtimes. 

Moxy notices you swaying back and forth and asks "Are you okay?". AG tries to go back but their powers aren't working. Juno figures until they get more dream-ergy(energy from dreams) they can't jump through the necessary portals to get back to The Flat and the monster. "There's no way we can open a portal that big without Naevis' help. And she's MIA."

AG asks you to help them collect Dream-ergy so they can get you and themselves back to The Flat. In order to start collecting Dream-ergy, AG must insert themselves into the dream fully. The girls inform you they won’t notice you until they pull themselves out of the dream. "We won't be able to talk to you anymore once were in." "Don't be scared, If you stay close we'll know you're there."

The members close their eyes. In a flash the girls are fully settled into the dream, not even acknowledging you anymore. "What are we waiting for? It's Showtime!!" From there, you follow them as they walk from their dressing room through the halls of the venue. They pick up jackets, bracelets, and microphones on the way to the stage. On the side screens, a new VCR plays, introducing the girls as they walk through the giant portal like entrance in the middle of the stage to start the show.

Young and Proud VCR (the original song is by Ace Of Base)

In this VCR, AG are in a dance room, dressed how they would before they debut. In no name-brand, baggy clothes.

Throughout the video, instead of seeing themselves as they are. In the refection of the mirror, the girls see themselves in outfits they have worn for past comebacks

The girls chose this as one of their VCR songs because Young and Proud is the first dance they choreographed by themselves.

Take A Hint VCR (the original song is by the Victorious Cast)

The members are at a diner, where there are a bunch of sleazy guys leering at them. For awhile they ignore them until one puts his brave face on, approaches the booth and tries to talk to Hannah. The girls look equally disgusted then they begin to sing.

The members dance around the diner, patrons and workers all joining in. The group of guys are so oblivious, partying along to the song. They don't even realize the girls are singing about them.

Once the song ends, the guy from earlier tries to speak but is interrupted by a car horn. Outside in a jeep, sits several members of NCT. Mark in the drivers seat waves the girls outside. AG says goodbye to the boy and his friends then head out, holding back their laughs until the door closes.

All About Us VCR (the original song is by T.a.T.u)

In this VCR, the girls are dressed like they're Ladies in Bridgerton. The girls have been sent to retrieve a crown that's making this dream into a nightmare

A party is going on and the members take the chance to go retrieve the crown but are stopped by their 'dates'. Their dates whisk them away to the dance floor. The crown is brought out for all the partygoers to see.

To distract the room from the crown, the girls bring their dates to the middle of the ballroom, inviting them to dance. As the song begins, AG sings along drawing the partygoers onto the ballroom floor with them. The choreography looks like it was ripped from a scene in Bridgerton.

During the climax of the song, all the girls are able to escape their dates and descend on the crown. As song ends, the girls are able to toss the crown through a portal and close it. AG escape thru another portal and leave the dream just as their dates reach the stage.

Our Time Is Here - This is the final song of the concert. The girls and their dancers parade around the stage singing and having fun. Show Ending

Once the girls are backstage again, The Dreamergy Collector whizzes on. It beeps three times before the collected Dreamergy is released. The pink energy flows through the tubes that connect to the portal on stage. The portal powers on and the scene is still on the Flat.

From backstage, the girls sing a verse of The Parting Glass as the lights in the area turn from pink to green and the portal takes the audience back to the real world

Boy Group Cover Section - The girls were all wear black leather pants, black cropped shirts and black jewel adorned jackets with black boots.

Solo's/Duet's Section - These outfits are inspired by Aespa's costumes in the Savage Performance Video. The colors are change to lighter shades of the members signature colors (Moxy=mint green, Hannah=baby blue, Juno=baby pink, Aurora= lavender)

Girl Group Cover Section - the costumes for this set are modern hanbok's. Think Blackpink in the HYLT music video. The main colors are black and red instead of pink.

Extended Stage/Cart Section - These outfits are all sparkly with fringe. The girls are wearing all different types of glitter and jewels. Moxy and Aurora both have fringe on their shorts. Juno's top is bedazzled while Hannah wears sparkly mesh.

Finale Section - For the finale, the girls are wearing outfits like Red Velvets costumes for the 2021 SMtown online concert (the plaid ones). AG wear black plaid with white tops

Before the Show

Outside the Seoul venue was an area for fans to relax, play and take pictures before the concert starts

At the end of the area was a stage with a screen that played various music videos the members have participated in. SM organized a random play dance for fans on all three days

Near the SM building is a pop-up to celebrate AG's first concert tour. It was called Time Of Day: The Exhibition. In the exhibit, scenes from AG's music videos have been recreated for fans to walk thru. The members costumes for each video are displayed for fans to see up close. At the end is a gift shop where all of AG's albums are available for purchase again

Interesting fact about the pop up, The one album that sold the most copies is tied between Time Of Day (the full album) and Time of Day: Noon

At every show, including those outside of Korea, there is a booth that sells photocards from previous AG albums for any poca collectors

Tour merch is tie dye themed. The colors chosen represent each member’s color. Here is the list of goods being sold: Three T-shirts(one cropped), One long sleeve shirt, Two hoodies (one cropped), a bag, a bandana, a photocard set and a pin set

AG set a dress code for each day of the Seoul Concerts. Day 1 was signature colors. Day 2 was pajama/loungewear. Finally Day 3 was black, white and green.

Songs played before the show starts: Say Ok, Circle Game, Technically Single and Fly. Fans know the concert is about to start when I’ll Be There starts to play

You know that running joke of NCT being friendless outside of their group members. AG can no longer be included in that conversation after the concerts in Seoul.

Who knew all it took to unite the kpop world was Bruno Mars or AG.

One day 1, I swear all of SM was there. Boa, Taeyeon and Hyoyeon came together. Eunhyuk, Leetuck, Donghae and surprisingly Kyuhyun were in attendance. All of Red Velvet and Aespa were there. Taemin and Minho arrived together. Kai even got time off to attend the concert with Baekhyun and Chen

And you already know there was a whole section of seats blocked off for NCT use only. Each day one of the units was in attendance. Day 1 was for 127, Day 2 was WayV's turn and finally on day 3 was for Dream

On days 2 and 3, idols from all over the industry came to support the girls. Stray Kids, WJSN, Seventeen, Ateez, Xdinary Heroes, Treasure, Itzy, Kepler, BB Girls, Loona, Hyolyn, Tiffany and Seohyun. I could go on.

The biggest surprise was the appearance of Jungkook, Jimin and Taehyung of BTS. The screams that erupted from Armyzen's in the crowd were deafening. This was by far the biggest talking point on twitter. All netizens wanted to know how this friendship came to be.

It was revealed on one of the dancers Instagram's that the girls and their dancers play musical statues to loosen up before a performance.

Showtime!!

When the girls walked out of the portal for the first time, The crowd went BANANAS!! On day 1, Hannah had visible tears in her eyes. Weirdly, the girls stood at the top of the ramp soaking in the cheers from the fans before the music kicked in

The show director posted on Instagram that she gave AG fifteen extra seconds to feel the moment before starting the show

For Juno, this was her first concert. Reasonably she was in awe. At times, fans caught her just smiling out into the crowd with the most joyful expression

As soon as they reached the first Mnet, the girls were crawling to the places. Moxy even said "Whoever thought it was a good idea to put all our dance heavy songs in the beginning...we gotta talk."

The crowd couldn't get enough of the solo/duet section. Neither of the duet tracks had been performed before so the nerves were quiet high with the girls.

Moxy and Juno's Be There choreography was a sight to behold. At every turn, it looked like one member could fall only for the other to catch them. Creating a dance the fit the tone of the song perfectly

The dance for Let Me Move You was so much fun. Hannah and Aurora couldn't stop smiling the whole time. Fans later found out Moxy and Hannah choreographed the dance with the help of Bada Lee

Each of the girls solo performances proved their talents to fans across the world. Each girl never being swallowed by the stage. Not the slightest bit afraid to stand alone and sing. Moxy's solo stage is the only one fans had seen before so everyone in the stadium were excited to see Juno, Hannah and Aurora murder the stage

Juno's stage was the cutest. While simple, History's dance really showed the singers improvements. Juno danced with a male dancer telling story of the song

The On + Off stage was beautiful. The entire stage and venue was bathed in white lights. Aurora was seated on the floor, knees bent and arms wrapped around them, while dancers filled the stage and worked around her. At different times, the dancers would physically pull her to different spots. Only for Aurora to assume her previous position again. Fans called the performance powerful. A testament to Aurora's talent a performer

Hannah had the fans in a chokehold with her sexy performance of Let Me Get Me. Hannah had all female dancers with her. The most iconic moment was Hannah stopping the music after the first chorus, strutting down the ramp then dropping to the floor one leg out ala The Boys by GG

A fan favorite set was the girl group covers. Fans could get enough of how AG performed Genie. The members sang the song acapella. Dropping the back track in favor of letting their true voices shine through.

AG made it a point to give their dancers a moment of their own to show off their greatness. At every show, during Do It Like This, three different dancers got a chance to freestyle before the girls came back out to the stage.

Once the members boarded the carts during Liberty Walk, both carts make it a point to stop in front of the disabled section and give those fans a special moment

Luckily, no fans were harmed when the signed bouncy balls started being thrown.

Future Starts Now is a dance-pop song encouraging fans to go out and conquer the world. The message and title fit AG perfectly. At this point in their careers, their ready to close this book and start a new one, ready to take the world by storm. AG were having fun with the choreography. AGzen's said it felt like a Girls Generation choreography but AG-ified.

SLAP got new choreo shocking everyone. The move were matured, matching the growth AG have made in the past four years. The chorus dance still kept some moves but changed others, mixing the old and new into something different but welcome.

Fireworks were popped during Coloring Outside The Lines, painting the night sky. During Moxy's bridge part, fans could hear the emotions running thru the leader. The tears she held back.

Concertgoers let other fans who were attending the concert to stick around for the shows special ending. On day 1, a ton of fans missed the girls singing them home and wishing them safe travels.

During Day 2 and 3, the girls relaxed more, enjoying the moment. This was their first concert tour. the tour director posted a video of herself reminding the girls that concerts like this should be about making memories. They already know the show from top to bottom, it was time to have fun. Cause the fans have more fun when they do.

AG kept their composure during the ending mnet's on day 1 and 2. The floodgates opened during day 3

"When I left Hawaii, my dad didn't want me to go. He wanted me to stay, go to college there. I never understood what he was afraid of but I guess I won't know until I have my own kids. I think what sold the deal for him was when I said "I'm not leaving our 'ohana. I finding a new one." Now, my dad is here. First time he's every left the island and he got to met my new 'ohana. I got to tell him this is my family. We're broken but still good." Hannah

At that all the girls started crying. Moxy was wailing, "What the hell, Hannah! You can't just quote Lilo and Stitch at us!"

"I got in a huge fight with my brother the day I left Huston. I didn't understand why he didn't believe in me, in my talent. But...it wasn't that. He's been burned by this industry before. He just didn't want the same to happen to me. I think that's why I worked so hard to prove everyone, even myself, wrong.

I used to look up at the sky and beg for my own group. My own unit. I haven't done that in a long time because I realized......this is my group. This is my unit. AG is mine....and I promise to continue to give my 300% to making us a success." Juno

Aurora was silent for a moment before she started speaking

"I didn't know I'd feel the way I do right now. Standing here. Mark coming back, releasing two full albums then going on tour as seven felt like triumph. Like the boat we were on got past the rough water and we're finally sailing free." "This....feels like.......relief. In the best way. I don't know about unnies but for some reason the voice in back my head always told me this is temporary. This won't last. That while i gained security for one, i'm gonna lose the other in turn. Over the past three days, that voice finally went away. For the first time, I feel like this could last. This could stand the test of time and change. We plan to be around for a long time. Will you stick with us?.......Yeah? Good."

"You know....I thought I knew what I was going to say. But it all just escaped me. (long pause) I don't want to make you guys upset but this is whats weighing on me to tell you. There have been times when the girls and I will get ready for a show or a performance and think 'this is when it all goes wrong' or 'this is it.....for us' or even 'this time...they won't be there. This time they won't scream'. And every time I'm proven wrong. Every time we have to take ourselves out of that feeling because it doesn't matter if there's thousands of you or one of you. (Long pause) AG....exists....because...of you. We are standing here because of you. And I...We can't thank you enough. Thank you for wanting us. Thank you for accepting us. Thank you for demanding more. Thank you." "I use to pray for my own group of members. But I don't do that anymore. Cause this is my group. NCT is my group. These are my members. I found my place and its with these three women and twenty men. I'm okay" Moxy

On Day 3, after the girls performed Coloring Outside The Lines, the lights went down and a video began to play. The AG Korean Fan Union sent a video for AG to be played on the third day. In the video, the fans thanked AG for their hard work even when fan numbers were few. After the video finished, they turned around to a sea of banners that said "AGzen stand with AG till Liberty"

The girls were already teary eyed but the banner project pushed them over the edge. The day 3 mnet's pushed the fans over the edge. Tears were flowing on both sides.

During the tour, you can really tell how much both sides, AG and fans, care about each other and the success of the group

Moxy ends every show like she ends her vlive’s “Be safe, Be happy, Be healthy and most importantly, Be nice."

Differences between shows

The dress code chosen for the rest of the concerts was black, white and green. London and Toronto were the most coordinated cities. The fans going so far as to assign colors to different sections.

At the Japan shows, the cover songs have been changed to Japanese songs.

For the boy group covers: Gimme Gimme (NCT), Electric Kiss (EXO), Breaking News (SHINee), Opera (SuJu), Mirotic (TVXQ)

For the girl group covers: MASAYUME Chasing (BoA), Galaxy Supernova (SNSD), 4 Walls (F(x)), Wildside (Red Velvet), Black Mamba (Aespa)

For the Japan concert, AG released a debut mini album called Time Of Day: 時間 (Jikan, Time in Japanese). The album included five songs: four previously released and one new.

The new song is called COWBOY(by F(x)). Along with the mini album, a mv for COWBOY was released where the members are coaching a girl on how to win a boys heart, by being herself. In the setlist, COWBOY is performed between Do It Like This and Liberty Walk

The other four tracks are songs rerecorded in Japanese. SM looked at the Japan charting info to determine which ones would be translated and rerecordd. Those songs are: Breakout, Hit Me Up, Shut Up and Dance, Our Time Is Here.

Aurora was strangely emotional at the London shows. She didn't even cry at the shows in Seoul. But in London, fans were shocked when tears spilled out during her final mnet.

Later, in the London vlog, it was shown that Aurora's paternal family were all at the show. In a tearjerking moment, Aurora was embraced by her grandmother, someone she hasn't see in years.

During the U.S shoes, Future Starts Now and Something Like A Party are performed in English

While in Chicago, AG performed on the last day of Lollapalooza. They were on the BMI stage at 7:30-8:45. They didn't prepare anything special because of the tour but the girls packed a TON of songs into their time slot.

While Hannah's parents came to the Seoul show with all of AG parents, at the L.A show they brought Hannah's younger sisters to the show. The fans were so nice to them, giving them freebies and conversing with them.

After the show, The AG twitter account posted a video of the three sister embracing, tears on all their faces.

AG were unable to attend KCON in a performance capacity. They did hold a fansign hosted by hello82, though.

One fan asked if they watched WayV or Taeyong’s performance. Hannah revealed they had their manager screen record both sets so they could watch it back on the plane ride to LAX.

Taeyong and WayV attended AG’s last show in California. After the show, the members came backstage. Taeyong gave a speech to the girls, congratulating them on finishing the U.S. leg of the tour. Camera’s for AG’s instagram account filmed a part of the speech and posted it on their stories.

“I cannot express how proud I am of you four. You’ve grown as women and professionals. You all are blossoming before my eyes and the pride I feel every time I see you walk on stage is overwhelming.”

All the members of NCT flew back to Korea together, since the next week was NCT Nation

U.S fans put together another banner project for the second show in LA. This time, the fans used the video to congratulate AG on their achievements up till this point including selling out each stop in the U.S. leg of the tour.

At each of the girl's hometowns, Chicago, Houston, New York and California (for Hannah cause getting to Hawaii would be a logistics nightmare), management chose 25 attendees to come back stage and meet the girls in a private meet-n-greet. No filming was allowed but fans did get professional photos sent to them after the US leg finished.

While in Canada, the girls called Mark during their final mnet so he could greet the Canadian fans.

In Latin America, the girls perform a cover of Celoso by Lele Pons in full Spanish. Celoso was performed after Future Starts Now. On top of that, they changed Suju's Black Suit to Suju's Lo Siento in the boy group cover section

Online Tour Content

In every city the girls filmed vlogs of what they get up to while on tour. All of the highest viewed vlogs were in their respective hometowns.

Moxy's America food tour returned for another season. This time instead of tacos, the girls ate pizza at local pizzerias suggested by fans.

At the end of the tour, AG released a special tour video of Cannonball which edited together all the best clips of the members performing the song across all the tour stops (think Ateez's video for Dancing Like Butterfly Wings)

Two shows came out in conjunction with AG’s tour. One from Mnet and the other from Disney+.

Mnet’s show was called AG 도전 (Challenge in Korean)

The premise of the show: AG are known as FFI or Fearless Female Idols. All AG members are a part of NCT, a predominantly male idol group, for a reason. They face the challenge of being female idols in male groups every day and they conquer it every time.

Over each episode, ten in total, AG has a chance to win $500. The money will go towards AG’s end of tour trip to an unknown location. 

Every episode will have a main subject to focus on and it could be anyone. Each episode has two challenges each worth $250. The first challenge is The Game. AG have to answer questions about their subject then win in a game their subject has played before.

If they pass, AG picks one of the subject's songs to perform. If they fail, the staff chooses.

The Second challenge is The Performance. AG has to perform the song chosen. If the staff chose the song, AG has to face an extra challenge of the staffs choosing. AG winning the last $250 isn't up to the staff though. It's up to their fans and the subject themselves. 

Each performance is dropped online for the fans to see. By a voting system, if they like it, AG wins $125. The other $125 is won by the subject of the week also voting in AG’s favor. 

In each episode, the are also surprise challenges that AG filmed while preparing for tour that can help or hinder their performance depending on if they win or lose 

An episode debuts after each tour stop on the U.S. leg of AG’s tour until they finish in Vancouver.

The show ends in a special episode where their vacation destination is revealed to the girls, Disney World

In a random order here are some of the subjects that will be featured: BTS, Everglow, Girls Generation, Ateez, EXO, LE SSERAFIM

The second show isn’t a show at all, Its a documentary on Disney+ about AG in conjunction with their tour. Part 1 has interviews about the creation of AG and videos of the girls preparing for the concert. Part 2 is the filmed Seoul day 2 concert.

Encore Show in Seoul

The encore is called AG Presents A New Day: Encore in Seoul

The girls prepare alot of changes for this concert.

The premise of these shows is the dream-eating Shark is back and is causing the fans to have nightmares. Now AG has come back to fight the monster off and restore your dreams.

The show has a loose theme of moving on. Remembering the past and stepping into the future.

Netizens were freaking out after the first day because AG changed the WHOLE SETLIST almost

Fan's in attendance had no idea what was going on. They weren't prepared at all.

AG had a whole new opening set, extended stage set, new solo songs, new covers for and a new finale. Needless to say, AGzen's were FED!!!

But to get more, your gonna have to wait for the next post. I came up with wayyy too many ideas for the encore concert. I figured why waste them when i can make another post and fully flesh them out so look forward to the part 2 of AG's tour. Times When NCT was Protective over Aurora

The notion of NCT protecting Aurora is laughable 

Because she can and will protect herself(see the numerous times she has or has wanted to punch someone)

But there are couple times where NCT have stepped in or backed Aurora up and here’s more than a couple

During the The Dream Show 2 Tour in North America, Aurora realized how many fans loved her.

She also saw the lengths antis will go to make an idol they hate understand why they don’t like them

A couple fans were rude to the members over the course of the tour so far but eventually they shrugged them off. Remembering there's thousands of other fans that love them in this one fans place

Aurora had a group of Antis since debut. Somehow the scrounged up the money to fly to Dallas and buy floor seats

Haechan was the first to notice them. They kept talking over Aurora first mnet of the night

Later,  Aurora made eye contact with one of them. They group of anti’s let their backs face her while Aurora was on their side. She straight up ignored them but the boys didn’t think that was enough

Even member found someway to hang off Aurora the whole concert

Jisung and Aurora were extra flirty during Quiet Down

Renjun holding hands with her during Sorry, Heart

Both Chenle and Aurora being super chaotic during Love Again

Jeno attaching to her leg during Candy, knowing she can't drag him by herself

The anti’s after a while just quietly left the show. Score for the Dreamies!!

During training, Aurora was friends with a very select few. The rest she ignored. 

Some of the female trainees were turned off by her standoffish nature but at first they didn’t mind

Until Aurora started training with baby shinki

Aurora was chosen over trainees that had been in SM for years. And they did not like that. Some of the slighted girls gathered together in a room to bad mouth Aurora for hours.

Aurora never found out about it because this group never said anything to her face. Anything that was said was kept in the room for their ears only.

This went on for months, they’d act cool in front of Aurora’s face then dog her out behind her back.

Until the boys found out.

One of the girls implied that Aurora was possibly sleeping with them (First of all - Ew. Second of all - get your head out of the clouds.) Mark went OFF

The girls’ were in tears by the time Mark was finished. He almost kept going but Aurora walked in. 

(I’m not gonna say more because I am in the process of writing this whole debacle)

Aurora didn’t want to tell anyone about what happened. She felt Mark’s rant was enough. But Moxy and Juno disagreed. 

When those same girls complained to their teachers about their dorm room’s being trashed. Nobody could prove it was them

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\

This one doesn’t happen often. For the longest time Aurora’s wardrobe didn’t get to the young idol without being approved by Ms. Chae, Moxy or Mark if the first two weren’t available. 

As she grew up, Aurora felt better about her stage outfits. More comfortable defending her own comfort zone without the help of her mom or leader.

But sometimes it couldn’t be helped. 

Once, during a Breakout!Era fansign, the stylists gave Aurora a skirt without some slip shorts underneath. At first, she felt fine. Great even. Then the leering eyes started getting to her whether they were real or imaginary. 

The skirt was just a bit out of her comfort zone. A place she thought she was ready to leave

Moxy noticed the maknae squirming around but she couldn’t really do much since they were outside and none of the stylists brought clothes to change into.  

So Moxy stood behind Aurora for the ENTIRE fansign to protect her

None of the fans in attendance really understood what was going on with them but they were too busy giving heart eyes to the two members

Some fans take things too far. Especially in this case. 

The Dreamies were at a fansign for Boom. Everything was going smoothly until the last couple of fans waiting in line. Among the girls was one guy. Quietly he went down the line of members until her reached Aurora at the end. 

In casual fashion, Aurora was her usual self until her face dropped.

“You know, you didn’t have to join a boy group to find a guy. Plenty of guys are out there, including me.” 

Aurora froze in place, pen still signing her signature onto her picture. She put the pen down then faced the ‘Fan’

“If I wanted to find a guy and then I found you, my mom would disown me because I would’ve lowered my standards. Look at you. You prepared that for how long and now you have to sit embarrassed knowing that the idol you adore would never want you.” 

The ‘Fan’ left with his tail tucked between his legs 

What Aurora didn’t notice was the six twin glares the boy was getting. Those eyes were enough to get him moving but Aurora’s just as sharp eyes kept him in place

Like brother, like sister

Aurora has a wide demographic of fans. By far, the wildest are the males. Male fans love her standoff-ish nature 

But a chosen few take it too far. 

During a music show recording for Welcome To The Jungle, a “fan” started screaming weird things directed at Aurora

At first Aurora ignored them, keeping her attention on the fans opposite from the screaming one

But then they got louder. And bolder.

Fans saw Aurora get more and more disturbed by this fan's presence. 

The pre-record started soon after. This dude kept screaming the entire time, disrupting the fan chant. Making fan uncomfortable. Irritating the staff. 

It was Hannah who decided enough was enough. 

Once the pre-record was over, Hannah stomped off stage. Ten minutes later she reappeared. She whispered something in Aurora and the maknae visibly relaxed

Seconds later, The fan and his friend were dragged out by security.

Don’t piss off Hannah: Lesson Learned

NCT has watched Aurora grow up before their eyes. She went from a little kid to a strong woman in the blink of an eye. 

They were there when puberty hit Aurora like a bullet train

One day everything was fine. The next day, the whole world was turned on its head. 

Suddenly she needed new articles of clothing that she wasn’t worried about before. Every month cramps, headaches and nausea racked through her body only to disappear a week later. 

Boys became appealing to her eye. Her style changed. Her taste buds changes. 

It all became too much

So Aurora lashed out. Expecting them to fight back, the members not holding her outbursts against her made her feel worse. Eventually everything reached a head during one We Go Up dance practice. 

Aurora just exploded. Ranted and raved for ten minutes straight before crumbling to the floor in tears. Renjun was the first by her side, pulling her head into his neck and dragging her legs into his lap. One by one the boys surrounded her until she cries herself to sleep

The Dreamies agreed to never speak about what happened. But they did inform the other members about Aurora problems so they all knew how to handle it. Give her space

When she came to any of them for help, they kept it quiet. Knowing the maknae would recede even further if she felt everyone was talking behind her back. 

She changed her hair and clothes. Anything she didn’t like ended up in the trash until her current style stuck. 

The members helped Aurora during her time of the month no matter how embarrassed they all felt. 

She talked about boys. Not a lot but enough for the maknae. 

NCT as a whole kept this up until Aurora felt like herself in her own skin again. 

When she looks back at that time, Aurora can feel the tears build up.

She really has the most amazing family.

Johnny x Moxy (Minny) Moments

Here's a couple of moments in the relationship between Johnny and his little sister Moxy, Enjoy!!! ~ Author Izzy

Studying

Moxy has a one track mind. When she’s focused on something, she won’t stop until she gets it done. 

That gets in the way when Moxy was in school at SOPA

Sometime’s the rapper would get frustrated at how things were worded, how they solved math problems, and the sheer amount of homework given was overwhelming. To avoid it, she would fake like she had dance practice. Dancing all night until she was forced to spend an all nighter finishing her work

After the fifth time Moxy wandered into practice with blood shot eyes that were barely open, Johnny stepped in telling Taeyong he’d handle it.

Johnny told her that his door was open no matter the time. He’d been through what Moxy was going thru but he didn’t have help. 

Anytime Moxy needed it, Johnny would stay up and help solve any question Moxy had regarding her homework

Eventually they formed a system where the two would take over a conference room and knock out her homework for the next day

Cute

When Moxy love’s something, she studies everything she can about it. She wouldn’t be a kpop idol if she didn’t want to know more about the Korean side of her.

But Johnny can’t get enough of Moxy’s little obsessions. He finds her one track mind sooo cute

Like when it comes to wrestling, Moxy loses her collective mind. She’ll start reacting like nobodies in the room with her. He has dozens of videos of Moxy practically hyperventilating at different segments from show

Moxy has a weird eating habit. She eats all the vegetables out of her meal before any rice or meat. Seeing her dig through every section of a meal for any veggies she forgot makes Johnny want to squeeze her.

Johnny could just shake her when Moxy reads something in Korean. It’s when she sounds out the words she doesn't know. 

The audible coo Johnny releases when Moxy’s pouts or glares in frustration

Johnny think’s Moxy is the cutest when she’s listening to music. It’s like she can’t control her body anymore. She’ll start dancing and singing no matter who's around. 

The best are when they’re in the car on the way back home from a schedule. It's those times when Johnny can tell Moxy is lost in another world while listening to her music. Sometimes the two will meet each others eyes. Johnny will smile and Moxy smiles back….yeah those are the times when Moxy is the cutest to Johnny

Awe

Johnny is in AWE of Moxy

Her Strength and Fearlessness. 

Johnny and Doyoung would frequently accompany Moxy to the gymnastics gym to keep an eye on her, making sure she didn’t get hurt 

Sometime’s Johnny couldn’t watch as she threw herself into dangerous trick after dangerous trick. Doyoung would laugh at his hyung hiding behind his fingers.

The couple of times Doyoung was able to get Johnny to look up, he couldn’t help but see why Moxy was considered one of the best from her high school’s cheer squad. 

The strength she held while flipping and cartwheeling across the mat. The fearless expression in her eyes as Johnny watched her do one last rotation at the last second to land properly. 

Her Mind

Johnny could listen to Moxy talk about her passions for hours. 

The best times are when she has an idea for music videos. Johnny can’t count the nights he’s stayed up for hours listening to Moxy’s ideas for NCT music videos

Johnny always encourages her to write them down. Hopefully one day she’ll share them with the company, he knows she will

Her Talent

Johnny is pretty sure nobody is luckier than 127 to have Moxy on their team. She has so much talent it's embarrassing 

Moxy can pick up lyrics in a snap. Choreography comes so easy to her. The versatility of her voice. 

Johnny could spend hours gushing about his little sister so make not to ask him about what’s his favorite thing about Moxy cause you’ll be stuck listening for HOURS

Sexy

There's one thing that all the 127 members know and its that Moxy is considered, by a large margin of male kpop idol’s, to be one of the sexiest female idols out there

A lot of guys take glimpses at her. She never notices because they’re stopped by her fellow members

Johnny has literally seen boys stop what they're doing and gaze at Moxy with so much longing. It makes him sick.

Johnny and Moxy will get into a ton of fights because he’ll want her to cover up  but not explain why. Most of the time, Moxy will change just to get him to shut his mouth

The worst era’s for this were Favorite and Faster. 

Favorite was bad because the stylist thought of the amazing idea “Let's show off Moxy’s body after YEARS of hiding it.”. 

Dresses that stopped right before the middle of her thigh, tight in all the right places(all the wrong places in Johnny eyes). She always wore shorts underneath so she was never afraid to dance full out. 

Faster was even WORSE! Moxy was walking around in leather crop top and pants that showed off just a bit too much for Johnny

Johnny and Yuta have mastered their glares due to this ‘problem’. Jaehyun doesn’t glare so much as he blocks the view of Moxy with his body. 

Moxy hasn’t run them down because of this but it’s coming

Driving

Whenever Moxy wanted to go somewhere, It was on Johnny's gas tank. He took her and anyone with her everywhere

The unofficial reason, Johnny wanted to practice driving in Korea. The official reason, Johnny didn’t trust Moxy alone on Korean Public Transit

But like most big brothers forced to lug their sister’s around Johnny got tired of it. So he began teaching Moxy to drive

In the end, Johnny took Msquared to take their driving test together. Marks loves to rub his higher score in Moxy’s face. 

To keep in practice, one of their older members will take them out for a drive late at night so they don’t get caught by a wandering camera. This usually ends up being Johnny and

Blame It On My Youth

"Hannah-ssi, you missed the timing again."

"Ah! Sorry, again." Hannah sighs, the disappointment written all over her face.

Hannah was recording for WayV's much anticipated 2nd full album. After literal years of waiting it was finally time for the group's comeback. The members had been in and out of the practice rooms and recording booths for weeks now. Perfecting every move and note to get the best product for their fans. Recording the title track, On My Youth was the last thing left to do and the dancer kept messing up. This was her third time in the booth this week.

It had been tough recording and shooting everything for the album all while getting ready for AG's first tour but she'd pushed through every hurdle. Singing all her parts for the b-sides was easy. Like everything was finally coming together. But now she was stuck on her lines for the second verse of On My Youth.

The producer started the music over.

It's okay Hannah. You got it! This is the one. The dancer hyped herself ready to nail this take.

. . .

"Hannah-ssi...."

"You don't have to say it......I already know."

.

.

Within the last thirty minutes, Hannah tried and re-tried ten times. TEN. DIFFERENT. TIMES!!! She either came in late or started early

"Why don't you take a break while we reset." Hannah didn't even respond to the producer. She just let her body hit the wall behind her then slid down until her butt hit the floor. She buried her face in her hand. The sounds of frustrated screams were muffled.

You have to nail this.....Everyone's waiting for you so they can finish the song. You're incredibly unprofessional. It's four line in English how is it this hard! Her thoughts kept spiraling. Water began to pool in the corner of her eyes.

"Hannah-ssi? Wanna try again?"

"Cou...could I step out? I'll be right back." Her voice cracked in the middle, betraying her.

"Of course, take as much time as you need." Hannah was out the door and down the hall in seconds. not even noticing two of her members walking by.

"Was that Hannah-jiejie?" Yangyang and Ten watched her run down the hall turning toward the elevators.

"Definetly. Follow her, let me know where she goes. I'm gonna see what happened." Yangyang nodded taking off in Hannah's direction while Ten made his to the recording booth.

He knocked before coming in, smiling when the managers and producers greeted him. "Hello. I hope I'm not interuppting."

Jessica, one of WayV's eldest managers, waved him off, "We were just waiting for Hannah. Did you happen to see her? Is she okay" Jessica asked.

"I came here to ask you. Yangyang and I saw her running down the hall."

One of the producers turned around, "That because she's been having problems with On My Youth. She's probably feels bad cause her part is last thing we need to finish the song." Ten nodded, seeing what the problem is before anyone else explains. His phone beeps with an incoming message for Yangyang

We found Jiejie. She's in our practice room.

"I'll have her back within in thirty minutes. I promise." Ten bowed and rushed out of the room. The WayV group chat was blowing up with messages from the members. Everyone dropping what they were doing to get to Hannah's side.

Ten raced down the hall once the elevator doors opened. The door to the practice room was cracked. As if a closed door would keep him away from his precious dongsaeng. He made sure to close the door behind him and took a seat on the floor across from Winwin near Hannah's feet. There wasn't any tears or sniffling sounds. The older took that as win.

"Hannah?" Kun started grabbing the hand not covering her face, hiding the tear tracks. "If you feel up to it....wanna tell us...whats going on?"

Hannah just sighed, already feeling ridiculous for getting worked up over this. Her thoughts already spiraling at the thinking of what had gone on the past three days.

The dancer bit her lip but still removed the hand from her face. Gently, Xiaojun used a wet tissue to freshen up her face. She nodded, quietly thanking her same aged friend. He wrapped an arm around her waist, his way of accepting her thanks.

Hannah took a deep breath before starting, "I keep messing up. I've missed the timing for my verse for three days straight and I'm this close to letting SM use an ai to finish the song so we can move on." It felt like some of the weight was lifted off her shoulder but some stuck around.

After some time Winwin asked, "Okay. Its normal to have a problem recording. Everyone does but we get through it. And you'll get through this as well." The older's words brought her tears back to the surface. Hannah shook her head, disagreeing.

"I have to nail this. It's been too long. We've been waiting too long. I can't be the reason this comeback is held back. After everything that happened with him," A chill settled in the room. His mention bringing back a year of hurt the seven of them were still getting over. "We don't deserve anymore waiting. Not from me."

A silence fell over them. Nobody really wanting to admit that Hannah.....was right. More than a year of waiting and they were finally coming back. Stronger than they were before. Even more ready to represent the NCT name internationally.

But despite they're readiness, it was still daunting. To comeback after all this time. Had fans forgotten about them. None of them felt like dealing with answering the question of if they were NCT or not again. Phantom was them dipping their toe in to see if the water was warm.

On My Youth was them diving headfirst into the deep end with no floaties. Just waiting to see if they'll sink or float.

"We're not waiting. Not anymore." Kun spoke confidently, determination in his eyes. "It is finally our time. We can't waste it. We have to attack everything we're given. We fought for this." The leader used his pointer finger to draw a circle in the middle of the seven member. "We not giving up now. And no matter how many times any of us mess up a recording or goof off in practice," That gets some laughs from the members, "Nobodies getting left behind.

With every word Kun spoke, the lump in Hannah throat grew smaller and smaller. Maybe what she was really worried about was losing the six boys around her. They had been through so much and this album felt like their last chance. Hannah wanted to make it count. She wanted to give her all.

She wasn't losing WayV without a fight.

Hannah stood up and walked to the door without a single glance at her members.

"Jie-jie! Where are you going."

"The recording booth." She answered with a smile. "I have a song to finish so that we can have an album to promote."

I think it goes without saying Hannah nailed her verse in one shot.

I really wasn't expecting to love On My Youth so much but that album is flawless. It's somehow different but it still feels like WayV!! Also congrats to the boys on becoming million sellers!!

~ 6:28 pm, Sometime in 2021, Aurora/Moxy/Haechan/Taeyong ~

“Did you get along with the 127 members noona? Like when you were added to the group.” Aurora asked out of the blue.

Moxy barks out a laugh, “HA! No!”

“What.” 

“Yeah seriously. The only members that I was cool with were Donghyuck, Johnny and Doyoung oppa. I’m pretty sure Taeyong hated me. Like the day of my high school graduation, Taeyong lied about having a dance practice just so Johnny and Doyoung couldn’t meet Grandma Jin. He almost made me stay back to practice alone for two hours. Thank God for Soonjae-noona. She covered for me.” 

“Why didn’t any of us know?”

“Unspoken rule. No 127 drama reaches the Dreamies. You all were going thru a lot at the time. Debuting. Jaemin injury. The ticking timebomb that was Marks graduation. There was no reason for you guys to get sucked into our drama.”

Moxy could see the gears turning in the maknaes head. “Huh.”

Haechan was sitting on the couch watching a new drama with Johnny and Taeyong. His phone buzzed with an incoming message. Haechan grabbed his phone. Taeyong looks on seeing the younger puzzled at the message before texting back. 

“Who’s that?” 

“Rora,” Haechan took a sip of his coke, “She wanted to know where you were.” 

“Oh.” The three turned back to the show. All was silent for a moment before Haechan sat up. 

“Just putting this out there. I hold no responsibility for what Aurora does with the information I’ve given her. Her actions are her own and I, Lee Donghyuck, am not to be held accountable. Thank you.” Haechan leaned back onto the couch ignoring the looks from his elder members.

There was a knock at the door. The three boys were taking a break to order food. Johnny figured it was the delivery man so he got up to open it. Before he could get the door open, Aurora barged in. Aurora looked like a girl on a mission so who was he to stop her. Aurora stormed over, stopping directly in front of Taeyong. He tried to greet her but before he could Aurora clocked him with a right hand

“OH!!” Haechan jumps out of his seat in shock. Quickly, color fills Taeyong’s left cheek as the bruise takes form. Taeyong sat shocked at the actions of nct’s youngest members. One look at the fury written in Aurora’s eyes and Taeyong was hit with reality. 

He knew exactly Aurora was mad. 

And honestly he deserved it. 

“Thats for treating Moxy noona like crap and because she’s too nice to give you the punch you deserved.” And with that Aurora stormed right back out the door. Leaving like nothing happened. They all sat quietly, not really knowing what to say.

“I just want to reiterate, I have nothing to do with that. My hands are clean.”
