How to Master UGC NET Course in 6 Simple Steps
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been entrusted with the administration of UGC-NET by the University Grants Commission (UGC). UGC-NET is a test to determine the eligibility of Indian citizens for Assistant Professor, Junior Research Fellowship, and Assistant Professor positions in Indian universities.
As of June 2018, NET of CBSE was implemented in 84 subjects in 91 cities nationwide. For those who pass the assistant professor aptitude test, the assistant professor recruitment regulations of each university, college, and state government will be applied. UGC-NET is held twice a year
They conduct this examination in June and December every year. One of the most challenging exams to master, the exam has a win rate of just 6%.

6 steps to master UGC NET course
Analyse Curriculum
THE UGC NET exam will be conducted in two sessions (Paper 1 & 2). paper1 contains general aptitude questions and Pape 2 deals with the subject matter in question. Go through the syllabus to identify weak and strong areas. You need to identify what problems you are good at and what problems are difficult.
Time management skills
The main reason for this failure is a lack of time management skills. Ideally, study time depends on the student's learning ability. Each student's ability is different, so start with the basic concepts and get into the habit of sitting for 4 to 5 hours. On a daily basis. Find an expert in this field for exam guidance and coaching.
Try to make notes
Study the syllabus carefully before taking notes on the topic. This allows you to distinguish between what is relevant and what is not. Try to take notes yourself from the beginning. Having all the important points in one place is very helpful during revision
Practice maximum UGC NET Mock Tests
Take the UGC NET mock tests and UGC NET practice questions on this topic. It helps candidates develop appropriate strategies, which usually vary from student to student. This analysis is very important in shaping your final exam performance. Also, take a look at the previous year's papers. This is a very important step in preparing for UGC-NET.
Take a break in between
Stay relaxed and confident while preparing for the UGC-NET exam. Don't stick to books. Try engaging in a variety of activities that will keep you energized and stress-free. Get 6 hours of sleep. Relax, eat well and study with proper dedication.
Coaching for UGC NET course
Preparing for an exam can be stressful, especially if the exam takes a long time. To reduce this stress, you can join a coaching center. India has both online and offline centers. Here you are profitable because you can meet like-minded people who are already preparing and can solve all your doubts together.

JEE Main 2021: How does NTA secure the exam?
Joint Entrance Exam (Main), one of India's most important and anticipated competitive exams, is also one of the most challenging exams for aspirants all over the country. The test will be conducted in a computer-based testing (CBT) format by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The NTA has issued a specific guideline for the frisking employees, requesting them to be more precise and attentive as per the most recent developments in the approaching examination.
NTA has not published any clothing rule in light of the UGC-NET scandals, in which two female candidates were denied entry to the exam because they refused to remove their hijab. Given that this was the first time the exam was held in the winter, the dress code was crucial. However the officials have clarified that no dress code is required and that the NTA has adequately safeguarded the centres. The NTA ensures the security of the exam and safeguards the JEE exam with its elaborate rules and regulations combined with appropriate measures taken to prevent malpractices.
What is Computer Based Testing?
The exam is taken on a computer but not online in the CBT or computer-based testing format. Every exam centre receives an encrypted question paper, which is only decrypted when the candidate clicks the question paper. The CBT exam is sometimes known as a LAN-based exam because no one except the student can see the final questions. The CBT Format is quite common in such competitive exams and are used by various educational institutions for their major exam and entrance tests.
What method is used to encrypt the question paper?
The computer-based test (CBT) is administered online. The answer keys and question papers are maintained separately and encrypted in such a complex manner that it would take more than a year for powerful computers to decipher them once the final question paper is formed. This prevents the question paper from getting leaked or hacked. This security measure is very essential and protects the question paper from malpractices.
What is the procedure for creating a question paper?
The individuals responsible for setting the question papers construct their respective question papers in accordance with the NTA's requirements. Each of them submits their own question paper to the agency, along with the answer key. The answers and solutions also include supporting sources/books that can be referenced later to back up their solutions. All of the questions formed have a particular difficulty level, and are sorted subject wise with an author's tag. The computer will then select the questions depending on the selection of the board of individuals assigned to form the question paper. This method can be fully automated and random, or it can be overseen by a person or group of people and can be based on the number of questions from a specific chapter and the overall difficulty level.
What is the format of the exam?
During the exam, each student's biometrics and photographs are taken. According to NTA, a student can only mark attendance by presenting a passport-size photo (from the most recent year), imprinting his or her left thumb, and signing the form. This personal information is gathered in order to prevent any kind of shady entry. The live footage from the exam hall cameras is sent to city centres, which are then watched by state observers. NTA also transmits live feeds from each exam centre in its headquarters, where vigilantes keep an eye on everything that happens. The computers are programmed to read cheating trends during the exam, according to the officials, such as too quick answering, too sluggish answering, two students taking a similar amount of time for answering questions or similar answers, and so on. Over thirty different cheating patterns have been identified, and the programme is still learning. An alert is provided to the exam observers whenever a cheating trend is detected. The NTA also deploys two invigilators for every thirty pupils in the exam hall, as well as CCTV cameras.
NTA Security Measures for JEE Main:
1- It is now required to wear face masks and gloves, as well as carry individual hand sanitizer and a water bottle.
2. Before entering the JEE Main exam centre, students must wash their hands and use hand sanitizer.
3. According to the NTA, nearly 99 percent of students have been assigned their first choice of centre cities.
4. Before entering the exam rooms, candidates have to pass heat scanning.
5. The exam center's entrances have been secured and there are 'isolation rooms for individuals whose body temperatures are above a certain threshold.
7. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, seats are distributed and students are let in with proper measures for social distancing.
8- The seating area will be thoroughly sanitised before each shift begins. This includes the monitor, keyboard, mouse, webcam, desk, and chair.
