Chat Between Elon & Donald
[Elon]: Donald, did you know you can literally hack your brain into feeling happy just by smiling? Neural pathways—very advanced stuff. [Donald]: Elon, I have the best smile. People say it all the time. Tremendous smile. But I don’t need tricks, I’m naturally very happy. Everyone knows this. [Elon]: It’s science. Facial Feedback Hypothesis. Your brain releases dopamine when you smile, even if it’s fake. Kind of like… a cheat code for happiness. [Donald]: Fake smiles? Sounds like the media. Very dishonest. But okay, I’ll try. 🙂 [Elon]: … [Donald]: I feel amazing. Best mood in years. Probably the best mood anyone’s ever had. People are saying it. [Elon]: Wow. Instant results. Huge success. Neural reprogramming—very powerful. [Donald]: Elon, we should trademark this. Call it Winning Smile Technology™. Maybe put it in a Tesla. [Elon]: Or launch it to Mars. Smiling Martians—great idea. [Donald]: Martians love me. They really do. #GeniusLevelHappiness #SmileLikeAChampion #BigBrainScience

The idea of "rewiring" our bodily systems to match the new grid is often discussed in the context of spiritual or energetic practices. The new grid refers to a higher frequency or vibration of consciousness that is said to be available to humanity at this time. Some believe that as we shift into this higher vibration, our physical bodies must also adjust and evolve to match it.
There are many practices that are said to help with this process of rewiring, such as meditation, energy healing, breathwork, and yoga. These practices can help us to release old patterns and blockages in our physical and energetic bodies, allowing us to align with the new frequencies.

MIND GAME: Name That Loop
“For the rest of the day, try to "catch" your negative mind loops as they happen. Watch for signs of mental "pain" or friction, which are a good indicator of thought processes that need debugging. Debug each negative thought loop down to its root problem, using one of the three techniques:
- The Five Whys: Ask "Why?" five times
- Worst Case Scenario: What's the worst thing that could happen?
- Third Person Perspective: What would you say if you were hearing this from someone else?
At the end of the day, write down each of the "root problems" you uncovered on your practice sheet, preferably using the METAL method.”*
*see earlier posts for techniques mentioned above.
