i'm sorry, your therapist tried to convince you WHAT?

She tried to convince me that I'm a starseed, which basically means that you're reincarnated on Earth, but you're originally from another planet. And the reason that you reincarnated on Earth is so you can bring us into the next age of enlightenment or something like that.

She gave this so I could read it. Yeah, anyway that was my last session with her.

She also gave me something to read in our last session and it was something SHE wrote. There was a part in it about evil lizard people living on the planet and they are constantly trying to stop us from succeeding as a society. So yeah... not a great experience.

#i saw six sessions with her bc i kept holding out hope it would get better at some point but it never did LMAO #i also never stayed a full session with her and my last session was somehow only 30 minutes #i was supposed to stay in there for an hour #she was 30 minutes late for that one #she thought i was a starseed bc i was talking about liking star trek or quantum leap #idk #apparently a lot of nazis identify as starseeds as well #so obviously im seeing a new therapist now and she's SO much better #idk why i didnt leave after my old one made me listen to my birth chart on her phone for an entire session #but yeah this was only like three weeks ago 😭#i could probably write a whole thing on why my old therapist wasnt good tbh and im out here rambling in the notes #but now i make jokes about being a starseed to my family bc it's just so STUPID #OH YEAH she said i could be a starseed bc im anxious about things that people arent usually anxious about #she said they she's also a starseed and all of her kids are starseeds as well 😔
